The bedding was nice and comfortable; the L'Occitane toiletries were of good quality. The service was truly excellent and extremely thoughtful. I missed breakfast, and the restaurant manager arranged for breakfast to be delivered to my room, offering a diverse selection – incredibly considerate. Thinking about it now warms my heart! Hiking on the nearby Twin Towers Mountain offers fantastic photo opportunities, perfect for those who are both inexperienced and enjoy outdoor activities."

The breakfast and afternoon tea were another highlight. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, delicious, and presented with great care. More importantly, you could feel the effort and hospitality behind every meal. It wasn’t just food—it was an experience that reflected the passion and dedication of the team. What truly sets this place apart is the people. The staff consistently went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt cared for and at home. I have stayed in many hotels and guesthouses, but this place is truly special. I had only booked it for the first night of my trip, but on the day I checked in, I immediately extended my stay for two more nights before my return journey, right at the front desk with the lovely young lady on duty. The front desk staff are genuinely warm and kind. We traveled from Chengde to Ulan Butong, and then came back to stay here for another two days. Highly, highly recommended. The standard room has two 1.5-meter beds. Facilities: Pretty good! Cleanliness: Clean and tidy Ambiance: Very comfortable Service: Everyone I encountered was excellent"
