"The hotel was excellent! It's well-equipped with very new facilities. The room was clean and tidy, and housekeeping cleaned it daily. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and reminded us of everything and made all the arrangements. The customer service staff were also very good and thoughtful. There's both underground and above-ground parking, which was very convenient. The breakfast was plentiful, a great mix of Chinese and Western options with lots of variety. For dinner, we ordered à la carte at the hotel restaurant, and the food was delicious – really good."

"Didn't want to rush our trip, so this is my second time staying at this hotel. It's very close to the Mountain Resort, which was perfect for taking the kids to play. The room was really clean, and my child slept soundly. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service, patiently answering all our questions. "Location - Good, strategic location, just opposite the high speed train station. Lots of eateries and convenient shops nearby, super convenient. Cleanliness - Required improvement. The tabletop had not been cleaned thoroughly and still had stains from the previous guest. The hallway outside the room was also dirty, dusty and wet. Comfort & Room Quality - Ok, room is spacious. Facilities & Amenities - Average. The hot water ran out halfway through my shower. Service - Ok."

"This hotel deserves a five-star rating for its front desk service, which was far superior to the treatment I received at the Yage Huanju Hotel in Beidaihe. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, thoughtful, and anticipated all our needs. Although the parking lot is small, the attendants proactively helped us park the car. The restaurant staff were patient and provided timely service. All the hotel staff made us feel well taken care of and right at home. The only drawbacks were that the room was a bit small, and the ceiling height was low, which felt a little cramped. The outer pane of the double-glazed window was quite dirty, likely due to the difficulty of cleaning it."

The trip to the Colorful Forest is perfect. 1. There are various sightseeing cars, carriages, camel riding, horse riding, and lakeside trains available in the Colorful Forest Scenic Area. If you are tired, take a car, and if you are not tired, hike. If you are hiking, the wooden plank road is also gentle, with basically no steep slopes, which is suitable for traveling with the elderly and children. 2. The scenic area costs 7 yuan for grilled sausages, 10 yuan for ice cream (a large cup), and 15 yuan for carrots for feeding deer (a large bag), which are friendly prices. 3. The scenic area is picturesque, and it is very filmy to take photos and check in. There are also various performances, which are very beautiful. 4. The service at the Squirrel Inn is very good. We arrived late and did not check in in time. At 7:30 in the evening, the front desk called to remind us that the bonfire party would start soon. 5. The bonfire party was so high, and there was a fireworks show. The scenic area was attentive. Disadvantages: Can a shelf be added to the bathroom and washroom? It is too inconvenient. Except for the bathroom, other aspects are perfect, a perfect parent-child trip. Come again next time.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and the main reasons I chose it again are its excellent location and spaciousness. It's conveniently located, making it easy to cross the road to watch free sunrises and sunsets from the hill opposite. Plus, being a little set back from the main road ensures it's quiet. Its biggest advantage is the large courtyard with flowers and plants, perfect for a peaceful evening stroll. The attached photos show the hotel exterior from different distances, as well as pictures taken from the small hill. It rained this time, so I missed the sunset, but I'll catch it next time!

A person driving from Chifeng plans to go to Saihanba to see. Originally, this hotel was not my first choice, but I clicked to see the hotel environment taken by netizens, and I lived here immediately! When I arrived at the hotel, the beauty in the photo appeared in front of me. In fact, you don't have to go to the surrounding attractions to enjoy the surrounding blue sky, white clouds, green mountains and green waters. I took advantage of the sunset and drove the car near the lake of Yanming and took some photos with the grass lake. The waiters in the store are also very warm and thoughtful, and the inquiries about my understanding of the surrounding attractions are also detailed recommendations. Our family stayed at this hotel in Saihanba and had a fantastic experience! A special thanks to our concierge, Qiqi, who was incredibly kind and helped us plan our sightseeing routes, taking care of all the little details. Her service was truly heartwarming. The room was clean and spacious, with beautiful grassland views right outside the window. The hotel's environment is quiet and comfortable, making it perfect for both family trips and group travel. Definitely worth coming back to!

Location: The location of the hotel is very good👍Surrounded by mountains, the Fairy Valley really lives up to its name. It is less than half an hour's drive from all the major attractions in Bashang. Service: The hotel's service is very good, far beyond my expectations. The front desk is very professional and enthusiastic. The waiters will greet you kindly and comfortably no matter where they meet. Hygiene: Hygiene is very good both outside the hotel and in the guest rooms. The room we stayed in was basically hygienic, and everything you touched and saw was very clean. Facilities: The decoration of the hotel is relatively grand, and all facilities are basically complete. I like it very much. It will definitely be my first choice hotel when I go to Bashang in the future.

I had some delicious lamb chops here, as well as local specialties. I wasn't expecting much since we were staying up in the mountains, but once I entered the room, the overall experience was really good. I'd definitely stay here again next time. Finally made it to Saihanba, which I've been dreaming of, and the accommodation here is fantastic. We visited the local attractions, and they were truly beautiful.
