The Lingshan Hotel experience was absolutely fantastic, and I have to give a huge shoutout to our butler, Zyvia! She was incredibly attentive throughout our entire stay, from before check-in to after. She meticulously arranged our travel routes, sightseeing itineraries, and even hot spring reservations. Her replies were always prompt and patient. The room itself was spacious and spotless, with breathtaking mountain views. All the community amenities were within walking distance. Zyvia's attention to detail was exceptional; she answered every question promptly and her service was incredibly kind and thoughtful. This mountain retreat was truly a joy from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Very good and quiet. The environment of the small courtyard is also very good, the mountain wind blows, very comfortable. The food is delicious, especially the firewood chicken and iron pot carp are delicious, the dishes are large and can't be eaten.

I went to Saihanba on November 1 and booked a loft room in this hotel in Weichang Town. Because we had to return to Beijing early the next morning, we stayed here at night after visiting Saihanba. It was very close to the highway. This is simply a surprise in this trip囍囍囍囍~ The hotel as a whole is very new, and the decoration is as luxurious as a palace. It really made us feel like we were treated like a royal aristocrat. LOFT is children's favorite. It is on the top ten floors of the hotel. It is clean and tidy, with complete settings, spacious space and comfortable layout. The decoration style is similar to that of a palace, with flowers and birds soft furnishings complementing each other. The fourth-floor corridor can directly lead to the VIP building for dining. The corridor with carved beams and painted buildings is beautiful. It’s a little cold on November, but outdoor dining is also possible. Most of them are private rooms, which are very suitable for family gatherings. The prices of various dishes are moderate, the taste is very good, and the dishes are large! There was still a lot left after three people had three dishes and one soup. The hot spring ticket was given as a gift. The children's play area is small and suitable for babies. Overall, it's a pretty good place. The food is good and the accommodation is good. I hope to come back next year for a summer vacation!

Overall it's very good, less than 500, and it's very suitable to bring water park tickets for two mornings during the National Day Golden Week. It is basically configured as a four-star hotel, with clean sanitary facilities and free parking. The room is large and the bed is very comfortable. It is a 45-minute drive from Jinshanling Great Wall and a ten-minute drive from Luanping City. Highly recommended for a family vacation, but unfortunately I didn't get to experience the swimming pool. It's just that some guests are of poor quality and make loud noises in the middle of the night, and the room staff have given proper warnings, 🙏 Breakfast is good, average, with freshly ground coffee

I booked this hotel temporarily. I didn’t expect the price to be so high. The little girl at the front desk spoke very softly and patiently. She also took the initiative to help us take the luggage to the room. Tell us that the guests can take a bath in the bath center for free. The male bath has a bubble pool and the bubble pool can relieve fatigue. Looking at her sincere face, she felt very cute [happy] [happy] The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. In short, the stay was very comfortable and satisfied!

1. The ID card was left in another car. After repeated negotiations, I was still allowed to check in. It felt cold. 2. Breakfast is from 7 to 10 o'clock. I go to have breakfast at 7:10. I need someone to turn on the lights and serve the dishes. 3. The most bizarre thing is that the air conditioner panel is like a light. It lights up when the air conditioner is on. You have to turn off the power switch to keep it on. In other words, you have to turn off the air conditioner to keep it on.

My stay here was absolutely fantastic, I was thoroughly impressed! The front desk staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and had excellent attitudes. The room was spotless, tidy, and really comfortable – it felt so good to relax in. The pool on the 10th floor is stunning, perfect for photos, and the whole vibe is just amazing! Plus, the amenities are super comprehensive, with a gym and laundry room available, which makes it really convenient for travelers. I casually mentioned to the front desk that I wanted to buy a small watermelon, and a staff member immediately arranged for a plate of sliced watermelon to be sent up from the kitchen, free of charge – it was such a thoughtful gesture! This hotel offers great value for money, and the attention to detail in their service is top-notch. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town, highly recommended!

The hot spring facilities were good, but there were bugs in the room, and there was no landline phone, so I didn't know how to contact the front desk (because the hotel is very large, you have to go to a different floor to get to the front desk).

First of all, the room is very spacious, with a separate bathroom, toilet, dry and wet separation; secondly, the bed is very comfortable, the indoor temperature is just right, there is a floor-to-ceiling mirror, I like it very much; the most important thing is the scenery outside the window, especially the night view, very beautiful! recommend!

The hotel boasts a beautiful environment and fresh air, and both the facilities and cleanliness are impeccable. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were delicious. Overall, the service was satisfactory. However, I have to complain about a front desk staff member who answered the phone between 7 and 10 PM on the 31st. The first time I reported the washing machine wasn't working, she actually told me it was leaking and advised me not to use it. I ended up fixing and using it myself. The second time I called about the shower water not getting hot, her response was even more ridiculous: she told me to just keep running the water until it got hot. I wasted nearly half an hour, and the water never got warm. In the end, a housekeeping staff member came and simply inserted the gas card, which solved the problem. What's worse is her terrible attitude; she was argumentative and refused to admit her incompetence in handling issues, acting as if she knew everything. She definitely deserves a bad review! On another note, the hotel is very close to Jinshanling Great Wall, which is absolutely worth a visit!
