LLibraKKKThe environment is pleasant, though the resort area is quite small and pales in comparison to Aranya in Beidaihe. The hotel's interior design is lovely and very Japanese in style. The courtyard features many beautiful hydrangeas. The minibar being constantly restocked is a definite plus. Breakfast is served at a nearby restaurant, where you can choose one of three à la carte buffet options; the food was decent. While polite, the staff's attitude felt rather cold and indifferent. There were no perks like early check-in, late check-out, or room upgrades, which is fine, as the hotel isn't obligated to provide them.
What really ticked me off was an incident during check-out. The day before, the butler had explicitly told us that two bottles of body lotion would be left at the front desk for us to collect when we checked out. However, when checking out, the front desk didn't mention it at all until I brought it up. Then, the staff acted as if I was trying to swindle them out of a major freebie, going through a ridiculously elaborate verification process, only to eventually hand over just *one* bottle. It made me feel like I was begging for a gift. I almost decided to just drop it, but the more I thought about it, the more annoyed I became. They were the ones who offered it in the first place, yet they made me feel like I was trying to take advantage. So, I insisted on receiving the two body lotions that were initially promised. I've stayed at many hotels that offer complimentary parting gifts upon check-out, and those always cheerfully enhanced my overall satisfaction. This experience, however, left me absolutely furious. They seriously need to train their staff on proper communication protocols.

GGuest UserThe room is hygienic as shown in the picture. Two rooms are set. One is a circle of hair on the ground as soon as you enter the door. The other is obviously the same as where the water leaks. Of course, the probability is that the cleaning is not cleaned at all.

Breakfast is not as rich as others say, fruit has a kind of pear, other dishes of staple food supply can not keep up, breakfast 7-9, we went at 8 o'clock, some dishes, staple food is gone...

It takes more than 40 minutes to drive from the hotel to the archway of Saihanba. , is the best local hotel in Weichang. We also gave you hot spring tickets for two to relieve the fatigue of the journey. The breakfast is very rich, especially the sauce beef, pig ears, and haggis soup. They are all at the level of a five-star hotel. Staying here is very comfortable and enjoyable.

As soon as you open the door, you will feel the Instagram style. The big bed is super spacious, and it is stress-free for two adults and two children to take a nap. Unexpectedly, there are also Lego toys and a small tent! The baby is having fun and the mother is relieved! In addition, I highly recommend their 5-story barbecue shop! I haven't even found such delicious and authentic barbecue in Beijing! The taste is amazing! There are no blind spots! The picky kids who are used to staying in various 5-star hotels said they haven't stayed here enough! On the way home, they were still discussing what to play next time haha! Conscience evaluation, it is definitely No. 1 in Kuancheng.

2. Breakfast is from 7 to 10 o'clock. I go to have breakfast at 7:10. I need someone to turn on the lights and serve the dishes.
3. The most bizarre thing is that the air conditioner panel is like a light. It lights up when the air conditioner is on. You have to turn off the power switch to keep it on. In other words, you have to turn off the air conditioner to keep it on.

The hotel facilities are perfect, the room layout is reasonable, the health is very good, and people feel relaxed and comfortable. GGuest UserBecause the rainy trip was cancelled, I arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock. The room was not cleaned. I waited for less than 10 minutes to clean and stayed. It was still very clean and tidy. The sheets and pillowcases were all new. But there is always a sweat on the bed, which is unbearable.
There is a bath on the first floor of the hotel. Guests are free of charge and extra points.
The hotel parking lot is quite big, the parking is very full, I asked the lobby staff what to do, the service staff said that there is no way, I finally found a parking space after a circle, alas
