3-Star Hotels in Chengde

Surrounded by mountains and water, the environment is beautiful, a weekend away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We stayed in a tent room, and listening to the river and the chirping of insects at night was very relaxing. The boss is a man of taste. He spent his own money to build roads and keep the place beautiful. It feels like the boss really regards this place as his own business. There are many beautiful flowers and plants planted in the garden, as well as chestnut trees, hawthorn trees, and walnut trees. You can pick them in autumn, but now you can only admire them. Corn and vegetables are also planted. The coffee shop tastes very good, much better than the ones in the city. The boss is very attentive. He drove out to lead the way in the middle of the night for fear that we would not find the way. I heard that the boss used to be a director and can cook. He personally cooked barbecue for us and made delicious Chongqing noodles, which were awesome. 👍🏻 The place is still under renovation, and the two bungalows are being renovated so that people can live in it in winter. Looking forward to visiting us next time

The room was spacious and comfortable, fully equipped, and clean. The receptionist was very attentive and helpful. There are several delicious barbecue and hot pot restaurants nearby; although small, the food is great! Parking is convenient; a beautiful river is just a 200-meter walk from the parking lot. Perfect for a relaxing walk!

It is a small courtyard not far from the highway. The environment is beautiful, comfortable and pet-friendly. The house is clean and tidy and there are snacks. The owner and service staff are very enthusiastic. You can order food from nearby restaurants at the bar and have it delivered to your door. The price is cheap, the quantity is large, and the taste is good! I will stay here next time if I have a chance.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and the main reasons I chose it again are its excellent location and spaciousness. It's conveniently located, making it easy to cross the road to watch free sunrises and sunsets from the hill opposite. Plus, being a little set back from the main road ensures it's quiet. Its biggest advantage is the large courtyard with flowers and plants, perfect for a peaceful evening stroll. The attached photos show the hotel exterior from different distances, as well as pictures taken from the small hill. It rained this time, so I missed the sunset, but I'll catch it next time!

This was the last stop on my road trip back to Beijing from Inner Mongolia. I stumbled upon this hotel on Ctrip the night before. It was very American-style, with a complimentary horse-riding service for the children. We also had a boat trip on the grass sea where we happened to see the sunset, which was truly beautiful. The hostess was very welcoming, and the food in the hotel's own restaurant was also very good. Since I ate too much meat in Inner Mongolia, I didn't try the grilled lamb chops here. I'll definitely try it next time I have the chance.

During the day, you can take a bath on the small balcony at night. It is good. In summer, there are many mosquitoes. You must bring anti-insect spray! ! ! The room includes a mini bar. The souvenirs are all small gifts with care. Hotel location in the Beijing Valley There should be two hotels here. I saw the photos and still like to come. The front desk is a bookstore. The hotel is a canteen. I hope that the Beijing Valley can develop into Anaya. Although there is no sea, it is very close to Beijing. To the north is Wuling Mountain Anaya. To the south is Pinggu. To the west is Miyun. To the east is Jixian. I hope that in the future, I can have more punching points and dining halls. Amusement pool gyms. (There are a lot of kittens in the park, but unfortunately they didn't bring some freeze-dried ones.)

Originally, this hotel was not my first choice, but I clicked to see the hotel environment taken by netizens, and I lived here immediately! In fact, you don't have to go to the surrounding attractions to enjoy the surrounding blue sky, white clouds, green mountains and green waters. I took advantage of the sunset and drove the car near the lake of Yanming and took some photos with the grass lake. The waiters in the store are also very warm and thoughtful, and the inquiries about my understanding of the surrounding attractions are also detailed recommendations. When I checked out, I ignored the toiletries that I brought in the bathroom, and the store also contacted me in time. Finally, I asked them to help me express it home, thank you very much~

I don’t speak Chinese, but the staff there were very friendly and helpful. From checking in to checking out, the front desk staff helped me like a personal assistant. She even scheduled a massage and taxi service. Local guests I met at the hot pools were also very nice and welcoming. This is somewhat old place, but I like places with history. Be aware of the large portion of dishes you get at the restaurant. I couldn’t finish all the dishes as a solo traveler.

This stay at the Holiday Inn Express exceeded my expectations. Before coming to Chengde, I did a lot of research, and my previous experiences at Holiday Inn Express hotels elsewhere had them feeling quite old. So, I was a bit hesitant when booking this one, but it turned out to be surprisingly good! The hotel has been recently renovated, so the facilities are very new, everything is clean, and the service is attentive. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get everywhere, and there are all sorts of restaurants, big and small, nearby, so dining is a breeze.

The hotel boasts a beautiful environment and fresh air, and both the facilities and cleanliness are impeccable. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were delicious. Overall, the service was satisfactory. However, I have to complain about a front desk staff member who answered the phone between 7 and 10 PM on the 31st. The first time I reported the washing machine wasn't working, she actually told me it was leaking and advised me not to use it. I ended up fixing and using it myself. The second time I called about the shower water not getting hot, her response was even more ridiculous: she told me to just keep running the water until it got hot. I wasted nearly half an hour, and the water never got warm. In the end, a housekeeping staff member came and simply inserted the gas card, which solved the problem. What's worse is her terrible attitude; she was argumentative and refused to admit her incompetence in handling issues, acting as if she knew everything. She definitely deserves a bad review! On another note, the hotel is very close to Jinshanling Great Wall, which is absolutely worth a visit!
