GGuest UserThe room is quite big, the bed is also big, the bedding is very good, the pillows and quilts are very new, and the quality is first-class. It is a bedding that can have a good sleep.
The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and it is also quite large. The disadvantage is that although the bathroom has a partition, there is no door. It is a bit awkward for two people to live in and the other person to go to the toilet.
It would be better if there was another table or counter in the room. There is no place to put the water cup, and the water can only be boiled in the bathroom, which is not very good. In addition, there is no drinking cup provided.
The shower head is not very useful, and the water flow is not very large.
The breakfast is average, only millet porridge (no soy milk, milk, coffee), with some small flower rolls, small buns, etc.
The homestay has lunch, dinner, etc., and you can order. The taste is OK, but the price is expensive. Example: A bowl of ordinary steamed rice costs 5 yuan, and no bowls and plates are provided. You must buy simple bowls and chopsticks for dining, and a set of single charges costs 2 yuan (a bowl of rice is higher than that of a five-star hotel).
At night, the lights outside the courtyard are on for a long time. The curtains on one side of the room are simple and do not block the light. Figure 1 shows the translucent curtain.

SShichuanâŚLet me start by praising the hotel's strong points. The room is very spacious, and the amenities are comprehensive. The mini-fridge is a thoughtful touch, and the lobby is beautiful. I especially want to commend the auntie at the restaurant; she was very warm and provided excellent service, a big thumbs up!
However, there are some downsides:
1. The cleanliness of the hotel room needs improvement. I never ate anything in the room, but the next day when I went to pull out the chair to work, I saw it was covered in BBQ debris.
2. The smell was extremely unpleasant. As soon as I opened the door, there was an indescribable odor throughout the room. It was like this upon check-in, and even after leaving the windows open all day, the smell was still present when I returned. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone sensitive to smells.
The building itself is generally very good, and there's ample parking. The only drawback is that the surrounding facilities are limited, so it's more suitable for guests who are driving.

SSZJason168The young lady at the hotel was very enthusiastic; she even came out to help with our luggage, and her service attitude was excellent. The hotel room was spacious, looked clean and tidy, and all the disposable amenities were readily available. The hotel's location is great, right next to Jinlong Shopping Plaza, and very close to the Summer Resort, within walking distance. It's also not far from the Eight Outer Temples scenic area, about a 10 yuan taxi ride away. I had a wonderful stay this time, and I'll choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengde.

GGuest UserThis was the last stop on my road trip back to Beijing from Inner Mongolia. I stumbled upon this hotel on Ctrip the night before. It was very American-style, with a complimentary horse-riding service for the children. We also had a boat trip on the grass sea where we happened to see the sunset, which was truly beautiful. The hostess was very welcoming, and the food in the hotel's own restaurant was also very good. Since I ate too much meat in Inner Mongolia, I didn't try the grilled lamb chops here. I'll definitely try it next time I have the chance.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Their kindness, warmth, and attention to detail were exceptional throughout our stay. Every interaction felt sincere and heartfelt, which made the experience even more special.
The property itself is stunning. Surrounded by mountains and nature, it offers a peaceful atmosphere that feels like a true escape from everyday life. The infinity pool was absolutely breathtakingâespecially at sunset. Swimming while overlooking the mountains felt like something from a dream.
Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail had clearly been carefully considered, and the views from the room were spectacular.
The breakfast and afternoon tea were another highlight. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, delicious, and presented with great care. More importantly, you could feel the effort and hospitality behind every meal. It wasnât just foodâit was an experience that reflected the passion and dedication of the team.
What truly sets this place apart is the people. The staff consistently went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt cared for and at home.
I have stayed in many hotels and guesthouses, but this place is truly special. If you are looking for beautiful scenery, tranquility, exceptional service, and a memorable experience, I cannot recommend it highly enough. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Originally, this hotel was not my first choice, but I clicked to see the hotel environment taken by netizens, and I lived here immediately! When I arrived at the hotel, the beauty in the photo appeared in front of me. In fact, you don't have to go to the surrounding attractions to enjoy the surrounding blue sky, white clouds, green mountains and green waters. I took advantage of the sunset and drove the car near the lake of Yanming and took some photos with the grass lake. The waiters in the store are also very warm and thoughtful, and the inquiries about my understanding of the surrounding attractions are also detailed recommendations.

IIkkyuSojunThe hotel's location is pretty good, and the surroundings are very quiet. It's only about a 19-minute drive to Jinshanling Great Wall. However, the Jinshanling exit on the G45 Beijing-Chengde Expressway is closed, so you have to take a detour.
When there are fewer guests, breakfast is served individually with generous portions. When it's busy, they open a buffet with a wider variety of options.
The room was spacious, great for families. But there were a lot of ladybugs (or 'stink bugs' as some call them) that somehow got into the room; we had to clear them out as soon as we checked in.
The bathroom drain was clogged, so the facilities definitely need some maintenance. It's probably okay for a 1-2 night stay.
