Hidden gem: Just down the stairs next to the hotel is the Temple of Confucius. Plus, there's a highly popular lamb soup spot nearby, serving delicious *shaobing* (sesame flatbreads)!

It is also quite affordable to reach the place by Didi (550 yuan from the Beijing airport).
