Breakfast is average, Western food is basically not good, and Chinese food has few varieties. Most of them are made from frozen food, not freshly made, and it feels like there is a shortage of staff. Moreover, there are many people during the National Day holiday, and the supply is obviously insufficient. The advantage is that it is hygienic and will not cause any pitfalls. The room service was good. Because I had to do simple laundry, the room was not equipped with soap. I called the housekeeping department and they immediately sent laundry detergent.

I had been here once before, and this time I booked a larger room, which was great value for money. The service staff were all very welcoming. However, the pick-up service wasn't as good as I expected. I thought it would be like overseas, with a private car taking us to the hotel, but actually someone took us to the bus stop next to the hotel and then picked me up. It felt like a huge waste of time; I should have just driven.

It is basically configured as a four-star hotel, with clean sanitary facilities and free parking. The room is large and the bed is very comfortable. It is a 45-minute drive from Jinshanling Great Wall and a ten-minute drive from Luanping City. Highly recommended for a family vacation, but unfortunately I didn't get to experience the swimming pool.
