"I've been to Sanya at least once a year for the past 6 years, and I've definitely had some less-than-ideal experiences. This was my first time bringing my child, and honestly, I didn't have high hopes for the hotel initially. However, as soon as I opened the room door, all my worries disappeared. The sea view was spectacular and endless, offering a clear sight of boats going out and returning. Downstairs, there are two swimming pools, and my little one absolutely loved playing in the infinity pool. The breakfast selection was excellent. Our butler, BOBO, provided incredibly thoughtful and attentive service, promptly and cheerfully assisting with directions to the beach and arranging a late check-out. Plus, there are plenty of dining options conveniently located nearby."

"My stay at Atlantis Sanya was a perfect and healing vacation experience, exceeding all expectations. Both the facilities and the attentive service were incredibly delightful, making it an absolute pinnacle for family holidays in Sanya! The Imperial Ocean View Room we stayed in offered breathtaking views, with the blue sea and sky stretching as far as the eye could see. The room was full of thoughtful touches; the complimentary mini-bar drinks and snacks were refilled daily and unlimited, and the fresh, exquisite welcome fruits were both thoughtful and refreshing. These details truly showcased high-end quality, making for a very comfortable stay. Coinciding with the Mid-Autumn Festival, the hotel thoughtfully organized fun lantern riddle activities. The atmosphere was rich, and solving riddles allowed us to win many adorable marine animal plush toy prizes. The children had a blast, immersing themselves in the joy of the festival. The hotel's buffet breakfast offered an incredibly wide variety, with both Chinese and Western dishes available. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was superb! I must especially praise the Vietnamese beef pho – its rich and flavorful broth, smooth rice noodles, and ample, authentic ingredients made it a must-have every morning, truly a signature breakfast item. A special thanks to our dedicated butler, Patrick (派大星), whose service was meticulous and responsive to every request. He proactively followed up on our needs throughout our stay, responding promptly with patience and thoughtfulness. Countless warm details made the entire trip exceptionally hassle-free and comfortable. He is the best butler I've encountered in all my years of staying at hotels, truly meeting international first-class standards. (And he's quite handsome too!) The most commendable aspect was the Atlantis Sanya Waterpark's Fast Pass, which offered incredible value for money! Unlike Disney's single-entry limitations, here all attractions could be enjoyed unlimited times on the same day, eliminating the need for repeated queuing. This allowed us to freely explore various water activities, maximizing our freedom of play, and ensuring both adults and children had a fantastic time. Overall, the experience was impeccable. The stunning sea views, thoughtful hospitality, abundant dining, perfect service, and high-value entertainment experience – every detail was amazing! The perfect Atlantis Sanya delivered an unparalleled ultimate vacation experience. Next time I visit Sanya, I'll bring the whole family, old and young, to create more beautiful memories!"

"Today marks another stay for us at the Four Seasons Haoting Hotel. We encountered a small hiccup during check-in, which initially led to an unpleasant experience. However, Manager Xingxing quickly resolved the issue for us. We stayed for three days and felt like friends with Manager Xingxing! She was always so warm and thoughtful. We're very happy with the hotel; we've stayed many times, and the service is excellent. The hotel environment is great, the rooms are spacious, and the bedding is clean and tidy. Housekeeping staff member #16 cleans the rooms quickly and thoroughly. Overall, it's very good. The hotel has a self-service laundry room, a pool, fish spa, and a well-equipped gym. We hope the check-in process can be improved in the future, and we will definitely continue to choose Four Seasons Haoting Hotel."

"The hotel is conveniently located with many dining options nearby, and it's not far from the beach – just across the street. The front desk upgraded our room, and the view was great, but the musty smell in the room was really overwhelming. After sleeping there for one night, my throat was dry and sore the next day. Also, you have to keep the balcony door closed, otherwise the air conditioning won't work, which only made the musty smell even worse. They didn't provide disposable slippers at check-in; we had to call for them later. Despite the nice pool and convenient location, the strong smell means I won't be coming back. Oh, and when we first checked in, even though we had come from another hotel and hadn't been to the beach yet, and had changed our clothes, there was fine sand on the bed, indicating poor hygiene."

"During peak season, the lobby and front desk had more staff than other hotels, so check-in was quick. The hotel has a swimming pool and BBQ facilities, and the price is reasonable. Plus, there's a supermarket and restaurants, which is very convenient. It's a really big hotel. It's also convenient that it's right next to the Baihua Valley Food Street and the beach. Considering the fair price of over 500 yuan, this is one of the better choices for a hotel stay. We chose a twin room, and the beds could be pushed together to sleep four people. For a family trip to Sanya, usually lasting about a week, the hotel's cost-effectiveness is a big plus. There are so many helpful staff members; as soon as we got in and out of the car, they helped us with our luggage and even packed the trunk. And they don't accept tips! Overall, it was a good experience, and we'll consider staying here again next Chinese New Year. **Places to visit in Sanya:** Horse riding by the sea is amazing; the aerial photos look so cool. Scuba diving is a must-try. If you get seasick, I recommend taking motion sickness medicine before going out to sea, otherwise, you'll be throwing up and have to return early. **Food:** Go to Bohou Night Market, it starts at 6 PM. It's so cheap and delicious. Try stall #16 for tasty and affordable food. The durian across the street is cheap. The vendors on Bohou Street are generally honest; there were no cases of food poisoning or bullying customers. When I returned to a vendor because I had only eaten half of a snake fruit, they immediately gave me a new one. When I asked a boss if he had swapped out the mud crab I chose, he immediately threw a fresh one on the ground and took me to the kitchen to mark it. Genuinely great service. I was left with a very good impression. I'll definitely come back next time."

"The hotel's design is quite clever, and its name, Shan Hai Tian (Mountain, Sea, Sky), is very fitting. Getting out of the car and immediately seeing the ocean was a wonderful surprise, and you can even swim while enjoying the sea view. They have a rich array of children's activities and play facilities, and the teachers organizing them are all very enthusiastic, dedicated, and patiently look after every child. However, it would be great if there were more indoor activities, as it can get a bit stuffy outdoors. The room facilities are new and clean, and the kids' room is compact yet very comfortable. Customer service specialist Jill provided excellent service. Next time, I'd like to experience a sea-view room; having a balcony is convenient for drying clothes."

"I've been coming to the InterContinental Sanya Haitang Bay Resort for six consecutive years, and I've always been satisfied. Sanya has several bays, but Dadonghai best fits the image of a clear, gradually deepening ocean with sandy beaches and coconut trees. Yalong Bay beach isn't always accessible, and Haitang Bay is more suitable for duty-free shopping. Dadonghai is close to the city center and the airport, and the road to the airport is relatively easy to navigate, being within the city. Dadonghai has corals, making it suitable for beachcombing, snorkeling, and some friends were also paddleboarding there. Let's talk about the hotel. The InterContinental's design is very thoughtful. It won a gold award for hotel architecture back in the day, drawing inspiration from local ethnic minority handicrafts and incorporating many aesthetic elements of traditional Chinese architecture, such as borrowed scenery, symmetry, carved landscapes, and the use of water features. The element of water is also extensively used in other InterContinental hotels. Green landscaping is interspersed throughout the hotel, allowing guests to relax and enjoy their vacation. I've stayed at other hotels in Sanya, where some, to accommodate more rooms, make guests walk a lot without any scenic views along the way. The InterContinental, however, offers a new delightful view with every step. This time, booking through Trip.com, I had a butler, Annie, who communicated with me via WeChat throughout my stay. This is an exclusive Trip.com service. The butler was professional and answered all my questions. Sometimes she'd reply even at 10 PM, which made me feel a bit embarrassed. This stay was in a one-bedroom villa, which offers unbeatable value for money. It has a small courtyard, a private plunge pool, and you can see the ocean right from your bed. The Executive Lounge is also free to use and offers breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner. Breakfast isn't crowded, with a separate menu. The dishes aren't as extensive as the Mediterranean restaurant, but it's good enough for breakfast. The Executive Lounge's afternoon tea includes sandwiches, burgers, fruits, cakes, soft drinks, and Qingbuliang (a local dessert). The Executive Lounge is right by the sea, with both indoor and outdoor seating, all very comfortable. Dinner includes alcoholic beverages, Chinese and Western salads, hot Chinese and Western dishes, noodles, and cakes, satisfying dinner needs with healthy and delicious options, as expected from a good hotel. Thanks to the housekeeping staff, Ms. Guo Junfang, for her warm service every day. When she saw the pool was dirty, she immediately contacted customer service to have it cleaned. All the hotel staff are excellent, including the electricians, air-conditioning repair personnel, the gentlemen and ladies in white uniforms at the Executive Lounge, and the gentlemen and ladies in blue uniforms at the Executive Lounge, as well as the chefs. They are all very good, highly professional, and diligent. Due to many foreign guests, the hotel has a good number of international staff. The service has improved compared to two years ago. Regarding check-in wait times, I arrived at 12 PM, had lunch, and waited for 40 minutes before checking in. During the wait, I was given drink vouchers. The hotel usually has a 12 PM check-out time, and rooms require thorough cleaning afterward. Some friends shouldn't be unhappy about this; just enjoy the beautiful scenery and walk around a bit. I will continue to stay here again and again, like visiting a friend."
