"Every year when I visit Sanya, Tiancheng Central Seaview Hotel is my top choice for staying in the city. The hotel is located in the heart of the urban area, right next to the First Market, which means I can head straight there for fresh seafood as soon as I arrive. The location is truly exceptional. The overall facilities in the rooms are relatively new, and compared to other hotels of a similar standard in the city, both the room size and hardware are quite good. Getting to Luhuitou Park or Coconut Dream Corridor from here is very convenient, making it easy to go sightseeing in the mountains or watch the sunset by the sea in the evening. Travel is truly hassle-free. My only minor complaint is that over the past few years, I've consistently encountered small issues with the room cards occasionally malfunctioning or being unresponsive. I hope the hotel can improve the regular inspection and maintenance of the room cards. It's quite frustrating when you're carrying food and can't get into your room; it really detracts from the stay. Also, the construction site next door has been ongoing for 4-5 years, and the banging noises at night disturb sleep. This year, the hotel prices have also gone up, and I haven't seen any improvements that justify the price increase compared to previous years! Despite these minor flaws, it doesn't diminish my appreciation for this hotel. It offers a quiet escape in a bustling area, with convenient access to transportation and dining. Among city hotels, its overall strengths are quite impressive. If friends or family come to Sanya in the future, I would definitely consider recommending this as an accommodation option. I look forward to the hotel continuously optimizing its details and improving. When I return to Sanya in the future, I will still consider staying here."

"Before going, I saw many complaints about outdated facilities, declining service, poor breakfast variety, and long queues! However, since this was an off-peak trip, the experience was actually quite good. My son ran up and down, and on the morning we left, he went to play again as soon as the doors opened! It felt like we had the place to ourselves for a while. Also, I arrived around 9 AM and checked in almost immediately without any delay. Regarding the hotel facilities, honestly, they were well-maintained. As for the breakfast, I personally found it just so-so, but they have three breakfast restaurants, which might mean the offerings are more spread out and specialized, unlike the more abundant and concentrated buffet at the Westin where I stayed later. Overall, I was satisfied with this stay! Especially when checking out, I mentioned to the butler that my child wanted the small dolphin toy!"

Upon arrival, he proactively helped us with our luggage and immediately provided children's amenities when he saw our little one. The check-in process was efficient, and he thoughtfully upgraded us to a family room. When my child accidentally spilled juice, Manager Shen's first concern was to reassure us that ”the child is fine,” and he swiftly handled the situation. His warmth and patience throughout made a deep impression on us. The room facilities were complete, and the breakfast was incredibly rich. The hardware is great, but the service is even more heartwarming. The professionalism and warmth of the hotel's service made our family trip start off perfectly. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely be back!"

"I saw pictures online before coming and thought the sea view was beautiful, but I didn't expect to be so lucky! During my stay, the rain cleared up just in time, and the sea view from this hotel was absolutely stunning! Both the Yuehai Restaurant and the infinity pool offered incredible ocean views. The turquoise water, sandy beach, and coconut trees were super therapeutic and instantly brightened my mood. The room was also very spacious and airy, with a separate wet and dry area, and it was spotlessly clean. The mattress was just the right firmness, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff were all friendly and polite. I ate well and slept well here; I give this experience a perfect score 💯! 🍽️ I particularly want to praise the hotel's dining – they truly understand what vacationers want! What surprised me the most was that the buffet breakfast was open until 1:30 PM! How friendly is that for late risers?! Plus, the restaurant's terrace has a super beautiful sea view. Eating breakfast while looking at the ocean was an amazing experience. The dining options were extremely rich and offered excellent value for money! The hotel had a wide variety of food choices, with plenty of options. I highly recommend the revolving BBQ buffet on the 5th floor! Not only was the ambiance great, but the food quality was exceptional. The freshness was visible (especially the freshly sliced beef, with its beautiful marbling). The sizzling grilled meat paired with lettuce was incredible! The seafood buffet and roast duck also looked very tempting. Being able to enjoy such high-value and high-quality meals at a resort hotel made me very satisfied!"

"The Sanya Yalong Bay Hotel is a resort worth staying at. The hotel facilities are complete, the rooms are spacious, and there's even a sofa in the room. The balcony view is beautiful; in the evening, you can lie on the sofa, admire the lovely pool scenery, and it's perfect for eating and binging shows. It's especially comfortable for a family vacation. The hotel lobby is grand, and its location is excellent, with shuttle buses to the duty-free shop and the airport. It's also very convenient to get to the nearby Bohou Night Market, just about a 10-minute taxi ride away. The beach is only about six or seven minutes away, and the sea water is very clear. The hotel's pool water is also very pleasant and cool. Coming here for a holiday is an excellent choice. It was a satisfying stay with great value for money. I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again next time I come to Sanya. Extremely satisfied, highly recommended."

During the day, we'd sit on the balcony, feeling the sea breeze and watching the crystal-clear blue ocean with waves gently rolling onto the beach. In the evening, the sunset painted the sea in gentle orange hues, and we'd quietly chat with my partner, creating a truly atmospheric moment. The hotel grounds are surrounded by lush coconut groves, with beautiful scenery at every turn. It's a short walk to the private beach. The sand is fine and soft underfoot. In the evening, holding hands, we'd stroll along the coastline, feeling the sea breeze, and letting go of the stress from work – it was incredibly rejuvenating. Our hotel butler, Nicole, was gentle and friendly, and she promptly addressed any issues we raised without being intrusive, showing excellent professionalism. The breakfast selection was extensive, and we enjoyed dining while admiring the garden and sea views. We didn't plan a packed itinerary; instead, we spent most of our time at the hotel, relaxing in our room with sea views, walking on the beach, and savoring our alone time. Overall, our stay was very comfortable. The sea view, environment, and service were all top-notch. There wasn't an overly contrived, assembly-line sense of ritual; instead, it offered a natural, authentic resort atmosphere. I highly recommend it for couples looking to unwind and relax. This trip created wonderful memories, and I'll definitely prioritize staying here again when I return to Yalong Bay."

"This hotel was originally just a one-night stopover, but the overall facilities, lounge, and room type turned out to be a pleasant surprise. In China, you probably won't find a JW Marriott at this price again. The hotel is located on a rocky beach in Dadonghai, without sand, but offering a different experience: mudflats foraging and swimming in the sea (there's a recessed, shallow area on the rocky beach in front of the hotel that's safer at low tide). The overall sea view isn't bad at all; one side offers a view of the curved Dadonghai beach, while the other faces the lighthouse. The hotel facilities are quite comprehensive, with a long family pool and a shallow children's pool. Armbands and full-body swimming life jackets are provided free of charge, and there are even cylindrical holders for shoes. There are numerous lifeguards, strategically placed so that every blind spot of one lifeguard is covered by another. This is completely different from the setup at other five-star hotels in Sanya, and the pool closes at 10 PM, which received unanimous praise from my family. The outdoor open-air children's playground is similar; for younger children, the playground staff will even follow behind to supervise, truly demonstrating JW's high standards. We booked an executive sea-view room in the East Wing, a room type that directly faces the sunrise over Rabbit Tail Ridge. Plus, it has a huge balcony, instantly eliminating any feeling of a small room. Since we only stayed for one day, we couldn't experience many of the dining options. However, seeing the hotel selling egg pancakes for 15 RMB and refreshing Qingshubiang for 20 RMB, I immediately felt that the prices were accessible to the general public. The executive lounge's food could only be described as average Marriott quality (I suspect this might be due to the hotel's price point), but it's one of the few resort hotels that even has an executive lounge. The breakfast experience was excellent, with stewed soups, JW noodles, numerous egg preparations, fermented grain vinegar, sour noodles, Hou'an noodles, and various fresh juices. Among the three hotels we stayed at in Sanya, this was the lowest-priced hotel, yet it had the highest breakfast standards. The service was excellent overall. Whether it was the lounge attendant helping us with a last-minute room change (and getting us a room with a large balcony), or the front desk staff running out to find the mini-train because my child wanted to ride it when it was almost closing time, or the proactive luggage service and reminders from our butler Una, it all truly met the high standards of a luxury five-star hotel! Some suggestions: 1. The open space on the large balcony could really benefit from some decorations and lounge chairs; I think it would enhance the resort feel. 2. Stronger signage is needed from the East Wing to the West Wing breakfast area. It's quite hard to find since you have to take an elevator. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Aside from the lack of a sandy beach, this is a high-standard, high-value-for-money resort hotel!"

"I was very happy with our room on the 16th floor. Since I was traveling with seniors and minors, I booked a family suite, which had two bedrooms, two bathrooms (both with separate wet and dry areas), a dining room, and a kitchen. Although we didn't use the kitchen, it was definitely perfect for a family trip. The balcony was huge and offered a great sea view, and there was even a washing machine on it. They provided free laundry detergent every day, which was a big plus, though it was a bit awkward not having a place to hang clothes to dry. It was also convenient that there's a mall about a 10-15 minute walk away where we could eat, and there were various supermarkets nearby for groceries."

"The best part of our stay was the meticulous service from our butler, Leo. He contacted us the day before check-in to ask about our needs and met them perfectly. He even helped us coordinate a slightly later check-out when we had an issue. A big thumbs up to our butler! 👍🏻 The hotel room style is a bit old-fashioned, probably because it's been open for a while. However, the sea view from our room was fantastic. Being on the 10th floor offered an expansive view with the entire ocean visible. It's a shame the weather wasn't great, so the sea wasn't as blue as it could be. The hotel doesn't have a heated pool, and the pool water had some debris and wasn't very clean. If you're primarily looking for a great sea view, this hotel will meet your expectations."
