Beautiful room with very comfortable bed. We got a room with a pool, only problem was that the pool wasn’t heated and was far too cold to use. The Zen pool in the resort was lovely though. All staff were very friendly and helpful. We tried the pool grill and the Chinese restaurant on site, both had very delicious food and wonderful service. Breakfast had a huge selection of both western and Chinese options and was also very well done.

A very satisfying vacation journey. Before checking in, the butler Lulu contacted me in advance to confirm the arrival time at the hotel to ensure smooth check-in. Although there were not too many popular rooms recently, they tried their best to coordinate with me to the appropriate floor. The room is very clean, and the hotel environment is very good. The large swimming pool is very clean. Adjacent to the beach, breakfast was also very rich. After staying for two days, we promptly cleaned our room. It was very embarrassing that I lost my room card while dining at the beach restaurant at night. I sent a message to Lulu at the door and helped me get a new room card within 5 minutes. The efficiency was very fast and the process was very timely. Thank you very much to Lulu. Unfortunately, this trip was quite rushed and I didn't have a deeper experience! The hotel is very nice! The service is great. We arrived in the night, but the room was ready according to our requirements (e.g. the crib was added and we did not have to wait for it). Beds are very big and comfortable. No smell of cigarette in the room. Breakfast is very tasty. Minibar is free. Whatever we needed we could get at the hotel. Very convenient and relaxing. We did not like the location because of the beach. There is no private beach. Actually, there is no good place to swim in the sea there.
