A perfect summer getaway with kids, all-inclusive fun, food, and entertainment! Traveling with kids during summer, the last thing you want is crowds, but this family room was a delightful surprise! The space was incredibly spacious and not at all cramped. The warm lighting paired with comfortable bedding, and upon entering, we found adorable animal towel art on the bed – super cozy. The bathroom had a large bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak after a tiring day. Our family of three had a wonderfully restful stay. The facilities truly catered to the whole family! We had planned to take the kids to the outdoor pool, but the weather didn't cooperate, and it rained. However, the indoor kids' club was more than enough! The ocean-themed soft play equipment was very safe, with a dinosaur slide, rocking horses, and a sandpit – everything you could ask for. Our child didn't want to leave, completely freeing up the parents' hands. Adults can also find their own exclusive relaxation spots. The gym was well-equipped, perfect for a morning run or stretching in the adjacent yoga room. It was great to keep fit while on vacation, erasing any guilt about indulging. Finally, I have to commend their dining options! The complimentary buffet BBQ experience was excellent; the ingredients were fresh, and the meat was delicious and flavorful. Coupled with the wide variety of dining choices available at the hotel, the value for money was truly outstanding. This stay far exceeded my expectations, I have to give the hotel a perfect five-star review! The hotel's location is a major plus. Right next door is a large supermarket, making it incredibly convenient to pick up snacks and daily necessities. Whether you're taking a taxi to explore or just strolling around the neighborhood, getting around is a breeze – truly ideal for independent travelers. The most impressive feature has to be the trendy infinity pool. It offers direct, panoramic sea views, surrounded by palm trees. Watching the sunset with the sea breeze in the evening creates a magical atmosphere, and every photo you take here turns into a stunning, Instagram-worthy shot. Next to the pool, there's a charming beachfront bar, and the artificial sand area features comfy beanbag chairs. As night falls, the lighting perfectly sets the mood. It's the perfect spot to relax with a drink (at a reasonable price), listen to the ocean, and gaze at the mountains and sea – quiet, peaceful, and absolutely perfect for unwinding on vacation. It truly maximizes that relaxed holiday vibe. I particularly recommend the hotel's Yuehai All-Day Dining restaurant for their seafood buffet dinner – great value for money! They have a wide variety of fresh seafood, with live fish, shrimp, and shellfish neatly displayed, all cooked on the spot. There are also specialty dishes like freshly carved roasted crocodile, various BBQ options, and grilled skewers. Plus, you'll find an abundance of Hainan tropical fruits. The selection is diverse, and the freshness of the ingredients is commendable. The chefs carving and serving on-site add a touch of ceremony, and with so many options, everyone, adults and children alike, will find something delicious to enjoy. The room service was prompt, and the hotel grounds were meticulously maintained and clean, with tropical greenery everywhere. The overall facilities are excellent, offering a one-stop shop for dining, entertainment, and relaxation. It's definitely worth a stay, highly recommended! [Love]

I stayed on the top floor for two days, and it finally cleared up, revealing a breathtaking view. The breakfast was plentiful, and the service was excellent. It's about a five-minute walk to the beach, and it's convenient to get anywhere from here.

Extremely satisfied! Even before checking in, a butler contacted me via WeChat. The butler was very polite and helpful. The location in Dadonghai is super convenient, with a mall right downstairs, making shopping a breeze. My kids absolutely loved the hotel's infinity pool, and it's so close to the beach that we could go swimming in the sea. The seafood buffet had a great variety, and there was even a live singer in the restaurant. The BBQ buffet was also delicious, with individual grills for everyone and a rotating selection of dishes, which was very convenient. I will definitely choose Harman again next time I visit Sanya! 👍

Facilities: The shower took a very, very long time to heat up. The door in my room seemed to be broken; I had to yank it hard multiple times just to open it. The slide in the kids' pool was loose and wobbled when children went down it. Some tiles were missing from the bottom of the kids' pool, a potential hazard that could cut feet if not careful. Service: There was no service whatsoever. No one came to help with luggage when we arrived. Hygiene: The cleanliness was just average. This was the only hotel I've stayed at that didn't automatically provide disposable slippers. I searched the room for ages and couldn't find any. I had to call the front desk, only to find out they don't provide them proactively and you have to request them to be delivered. For over 700 a night without breakfast, it's absolutely not worth it. The environment and service are only worth about 300.

Sitting on the lawn, listening to the sea breeze, and gazing at the ocean truly maximizes the vacation atmosphere. I paid to upgrade to an ocean-view room at the front desk, which was excellent value for money. The room's view was impeccable; the balcony offered a prime vantage point with panoramic views of the beach, ocean, and distant mountains. The room was spotlessly clean and free of any odors, making for a very comfortable stay. The air conditioning was virtually silent and provided stable cooling. The bedding was soft and breathable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The room's decor was thoughtfully arranged, with towels artfully folded into cute little elephants – these small details were truly delightful. The hotel's location is superb, offering immediate access to the beach scenery, perfect for both relaxing photo ops and family fun. The hardware facilities are well-maintained, and the service is meticulous and attentive. It's well-suited for both family trips and vacations with friends. The staff were responsive and polite. This hotel is perfect for both couples and families. The beachfront setting, extensive amenities, and high-quality buffet offer excellent value for money. It was the best value hotel of my Sanya trip, with unbeatable convenience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a seaside getaway!

This hotel is super conveniently located right above the 'Big Pineapple' shopping center, which has KKV, MINISO, and a variety of restaurants, making shopping and dining incredibly easy. There are so many foreigners here it feels like being on an overseas vacation! The bathtub is huge and perfect for a relaxing soak. The location couldn't be better; you can catch a bus to CDF (Duty-Free Shop) and other places from the Dadonghai bus stop, which is just a five-minute walk away at most. Breakfast was decent, nothing spectacular but perfectly fine. We also opted for the BBQ buffet included with our room and were very satisfied with that too.
