Great location, just across the road from the beach. The room had a washing machine, which was incredibly convenient. Housekeeping staff, especially Ms. Wang Guiqing, was very attentive and warm. The only downside was the ongoing construction on both sides, making it a bit noisy.

Booked the ocean view room. It was huge and clean. Aircon was strong and water pressure was good. Heater working well. Bed and pillows were good. The only issue was the toilet glass door was not aligned properly so there is a sound everytime I open or close it. Few halal food options around so it's convenient for Muslim travelers. Highly recommended. I will be back in March!

For 800 a night, the room had an unpleasant smell, and the phone was out of order, so I couldn't even call the front desk. There was also ongoing construction work nearby. However, the front desk staff and room service were excellent. The front desk kindly showed me other rooms and found one with a less noticeable smell for me to stay in. The washing machine on the balcony wasn't properly sealed, and the balcony door was difficult to open and close. Despite these issues, all the staff were very good.

The hotel is located right by Sanya Bay, which makes it very convenient for walks along Coconut Dream Corridor. We booked a 'sea view room,' but it only offered a partial sea view, not directly facing the ocean, though you could see Phoenix Island. There's a construction site nearby with occasional work, but we didn't hear anything too noisy during our stay. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and the service was good. Dining options around the hotel aren't particularly convenient, so we had dinner at the hotel's 4th-floor tea restaurant; the food was decent, and the prices were reasonable. Breakfast was plentiful. Parking was also easy.
