"The Hotel Agora is just a 4-minute walk from Brussels Central Station (refer to picture 2). The staff member at the front desk was incredibly warm, attentive, and thorough. He helped us with our luggage, walking us upstairs to show us the small elevator from the first floor, which was such a thoughtful touch! Big plus! The room was clean and bright, with a window overlooking the road outside the station exit. It was incredibly convenient for going out to eat and shop. Great value for money! Another plus! All the sights were within walking distance, making it super convenient. Another plus! Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay—it was fantastic! I'd definitely stay here again or recommend it to friends. Thank you for your hard work! Thank you!!!"

"The hygiene was acceptable, and the room wasn't very big. However, the service was quite poor. Check-in took an extremely long time; everyone was waiting in the lobby until very late, and there was only one front desk staff member who was incredibly slow. The hotel elevator was out of order, so guests staying on higher floors had to use a narrow spiral staircase. There was only one staff member in the entire hotel, and no one was available to help with luggage. As a female traveler, other hotel guests ended up helping me with my bags."

"I often stay at this hotel as part of my business trips. I enjoyed the location in central Brussels. However, they offer breakfast in room but, as usual, they forgot to bring it while I booked a specific time of delivery and I needed to call the reception and to wait again. It happened 9 times out of 10 and I already told the receptionist. The room is outdated but comfortable. It needs a lifting, and same for the TV where you can’t connect the apps."

"Very bad experience. Around midnight, the check in took around 30min (use a self register webpage that doesn't fully work). The person told me "you're alone in the dorm" but upon entering, the room was a mess. Some beds were made up partially. There was a pile of clean sheets and towels on a table. The trash bin was full and a bag of KFC was left on a bed. The bathroom was messy. There was hand soap instead of shower gel. I went to the reception and made a complaint. "Oh it's not the first time this happened" was the response. For the complimentary breakfast you need to fetch a QRcode from the reception. This however took another 15min and I gave up and left."

"Located on the commercial street, it's just a short walk out of the Tram 4/10 station. As a business hotel, the single room is spacious enough to fully accommodate a suitcase. It provides disposable toothbrushes, shower caps, bath towels. with good shower water and comfortable bedding. The room features a capsule coffee machine but has a small refrigerator which cannot be run. After consulting the front desk but is not work actually. The wall-mounted outlet is poorly positioned, and there's no suitable charging area by the bed. The B1-level gym shares space with the exterior and operates 24 hours a day, offering relatively complete equipment. The elevators may be insufficient during peak hours."

"Overall, I am very satisfied. The hotel is about a 5-6 minute walk down a cobblestone slope from the station. It's a 3-minute walk from the square. The reception staff were kind and always greeted us. We were on a long trip and had suitcases weighing over 20kg. For some reason, the elevator's lowest level is 0.5 floor, so we had to use the stairs to get to our room. After check-in, they carried our luggage to our room for us. It seems that if you let them know in advance at check-out, they will carry your luggage from your room for you. (We didn't know this and carried it all the way to the reception, completely out of breath!) Our room was a corner room on the second floor, with a decent view, very clean, and spacious enough for two people. There was plenty of room to hang two umbrellas and open two suitcases! The hairdryer had sufficient airflow. There was a table and two chairs, and coffee was provided. The waffle shop next door, which seems to be affiliated with the hotel, was delicious, with a wide variety of toppings. The service was also fast. I was impressed that they wiped down under the tables after each customer left. They mentioned there were no special perks for guests staying overnight."

"We stayed at the apartment for 5 nights. If location is important, and it should be, you can not beat this. The de Manneken Pis is literally out the front door. Three great restaurants 2 minutes away. The Grand Plaza maybe at the max 10 minutes. Room is spacious and very clean. Full kitchen. Great shower and queen bed. Ground floor good wifi and very quiet at night. Honestly it can't be beat would stay here again any time."
