"Facilities: Standard European hotel room amenities, with European plug sockets. Cleanliness: Decent. Couldn't really tell much with the carpeted floors, no obvious stains or mess. Ambiance: Very close to the metro station, and the hotel has a great view. Service: Check-in is strictly at 3 PM."

"This hotel is really comfortable and stylish. My friend and I booked a room with a sofa bed. The bathroom was very spacious and comfortable with a great wet/dry separation. The air conditioning worked perfectly. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance. The staff were also very friendly and their English was fluent! We even saw a double rainbow right outside the hotel, which was very lucky!"

Expensive parking but I’ve found nearly approx. 5m free spots. At the room my girlfriend’ve found hairs from bikini zone around. I hope it will be solved in the future!"

"Excellent hotel in the very center of the city, within walking distance of all the main attractions. Very cozy and warm (we were there in December) room, comfortable bed, good hot water pressure. There is an elevator, on the 4th floor there is a window on the roof, I like these. Delicious and varied continental breakfast. Polite staff, ready to solve any problem. The only thing is that we did not find the entrance right away - you need to go through the Dandy Bar & Kitchen restaurant. I recommend it!"

"Great location, situated in the shopping neighbourhood with a number of luxury brands and famous chocolatier and only take 15-20 minutes to the Grand Place by walk. Right next to metro station and tram station, perfect for travellers who want to wander around in the city and go to the train station. The services are great, the staff are friendly with lots of personal touch. Responsive all the times and sent what I asked for in a short while. The room is spacious and clean, but the mattress is a bit too soft to me (it’s quite personal anyways). Overall it’s a great value for money choice at this price."

"Beautiful property. Great location (opposite Palais Royal). Stayed in Suite Heloise. Beautiful suite. I love the colours, the furniture, the curtains. Guerlain products in the bathroom. Nice bar - Ayala Blanc de Blanc my favourite. Lovely staff. I will definitely stay there again."

"I come regularly in Brussels for biz trip. This 5 stars hotel is not at 5 stars that you should expect. Especially the suite 210 that is too lower floor so when you open the windows, this is not quiet. Important car traffic downstairs. The superieur room are quieter especially if they are in higher floor and inside the courtyard. Quality price and service wise, much prefer Thon Hotel Stephanie at 50m from this hotel."

However, the breakfast restaurant's food and service were just average, which is a noticeable difference compared to the Gransha Hotel in London."

"The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, inside a shopping complex, making it very easy to get around. There is also a designated Uber pick-up and drop-off point, which is very convenient. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. As a pleasant surprise, I met a Thai staff member working at the reception desk, which made me feel very welcome. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. One highlight was the bathroom amenities from Rituals, which were of excellent quality and added a luxurious touch to the stay. The breakfast, however, could be improved. The selection was somewhat limited, and the dining area felt a bit too small, especially during busy hours. Overall, I had a very good stay and would recommend this hotel for its location, service, and comfortab"

"A friend recommended this place, and it's super convenient for all the tourist spots, plus it's surrounded by luxury boutiques. You can check in early, and then just head straight to the hotel, enter your name, and get your room card from the self-service machine. That's way ahead of many hotels in China and definitely deserves praise. Check-out was quick too. The elevator doors opened to a nice surprise, the room had fantastic views, and the facilities were clean and modern. Breakfast was also very satisfying. Highly recommend!"
