Anonymous UserSecond Aparthotel stay during my trip to Europe. Located right beside De Brouckere Tram station, just 3 stops away from Brussels Midi Train station. Just opposite the hotel is a supermarket, arcade and numerous restaurants and fast food restaurants. Grand Place was a 5 min walk away from the hotel.
The room was big and cosy. Plenty of wardrobe space, ironing board was also kept in the wardrobe. Kitchen was small and it had everything we needed, dish washer was also included. Toilet and shower area was separated. Heater was also placed in the shower room. Breakfast area was on level 2. Washing machines were located on level 2 too. We had some issues with the washing machines but it was resolved by the hotel staff quickly.
Overall we had a great stay here, would definitely come back if travelling to Brussels again! e

Guest UserDue to transit at Abu Dhabi, out of safety concerned of the unstable war situation, my flight is canceled and I did not travel. Can only comment on experience with hotel and trip.com on the refund situation. As the booking is non refundable thus they strictly follow and refused to refund. Initially I emailed hotel no response from them. Later on I communicated via trip.com then they responded.
As need to give rating then can write comments thus my ratings does not reflect my situation at all.

This room in a European city center was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Breakfast, at 17.5 euros per person, offered a fantastic spread including ham, cheese, fruits, vegetables, yogurt, milk, coffee, juice, bread, tea, and scrambled eggs – all very fresh, allowing for a leisurely start to the day. The reception area is small and shares space with the restaurant, but check-in was quick. While official check-in is at 3 PM, they allowed us to check in at 2 PM. Luggage storage is available, and the front desk also provides complimentary tea and candies, plus a self-service vending machine for snacks and drinks. The location is superb, with all the main attractions within easy walking distance, and the area feels very safe. Housekeeping doesn't come daily, so I brought my own trash bags to collect rubbish, which I could then dispose of in the large refuse room on the ground floor. There's also a spacious restroom on the ground floor, which was convenient for changing clothes and sorting out luggage before checking in.

Guest UserGreat location. The room was a good size, and the bathroom was suitable even for larger individuals. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff provided excellent service. There's parking available, and it feels very secure (though there is a parking fee).

RinkenkyoThe location is great next to Bruxelles-midi station for my trip to paris. The room is great as well and clean for a 1 night stay. However, the luggage storage required payment. 1 locker cost 6 euro. As I have 3 luggage, it cost me 18 euro in total just for waiting to check in.

Guest UserThe hotel is very well located, 10 minutes from the central station and 5 minutes from the city center. There's a metro stop just 5 minutes away. The bed was comfortable and clean. In the bathroom, there weren't the usual complimentary toiletries like toothpaste, a comb, or a cup. If you want to check in early, you have to pay 20 euros. There are lockers available for 5 euros to store your backpacks. There's also a free cold water fountain.

KuangbenzhongdeayiI've stayed at hotels in this location many times before. It's very close to the Grand Place, making transportation, sightseeing, and shopping all very convenient. Compared to my last stay at the H*I hotel next door, the room size is similar. The price fluctuates slightly depending on the season. The front desk staff here seems more patient; perhaps it's just a difference in individual employees.

QinglingquanI was in Brussels for a conference, staying a total of 5 nights for both work and leisure. The room rate averaged out to 1000 per night. The hotel's location is excellent, right near Rogier metro station and very close to Gare du Nord (North Station), though due to safety concerns, taking the metro is recommended. It's about a 20-minute walk to Grand Place and other attractions. Honestly, the room wasn't new, but it was exceptionally clean, and the window view was nice. My only complaint is the constant sirens from police cars and ambulances on Botanique street, which were quite loud. The overall service attitude at the hotel was great. I left something behind when I checked out and came back to look for it; they diligently helped me search, and I eventually found it. A hotel can significantly improve one's impression of a city, and my very positive impression of Brussels is largely thanks to this hotel.

ZhuyuxixiThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right near Brussels' Grand Place – literally a two-minute walk away. There are tons of restaurants and shops nearby, making it super convenient. The room itself was surprisingly spacious, which is a rare find in Europe, and the facilities were great. Having a kettle was a huge plus for us. We stayed for two nights, and the steak restaurant directly across from the hotel entrance was amazing – delicious and not expensive, so it was incredibly convenient to grab a meal right outside. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money and I highly recommend it!

nursewandererI arrived early and was fortunately allowed to check in ahead of time. The check-in process was fine overall, and although the hotel felt a bit like a maze, I was given directions to my room. The lift was very small and quite old, so I chose not to use it again afterward.
The hotel interior was beautiful and matched the Moroccan-inspired vibe shown online. Even the hallway had a pleasant smell, which added to the atmosphere. However, my room was located in the basement and required going down a few small stairs. It was a bit dark and honestly felt slightly unsettling at times. The lighting inside the room was also quite dim.
The room appeared clean, although there was a woody smell and the linens seemed a little damp, or at least smelled that way. On the positive side, the toilet was clean and had all the expected amenities, and the shower was excellent with hot water warming up quickly.
I also appreciated being allowed to leave my bag after checkout, although I was simply told to leave it in the corner. The staff and owner were friendly throughout my stay, and I was even offered to use the toilet when I returned later to collect my luggage, which was thoughtful.
The highlight of the hotel is definitely its excellent location, with close proximity to both the Grand Place and the train station.
