very good location and big rooms close to Midi and Square. arrived early in the morning paid 40 euros for early checkin.

I like to stay in this hotel every time I come to Brussels. The service is good, clean, the environment is good, the room is big, and safe. There is a fruit shop opposite and it is also very close to tourist attractions.

Good location with easy access to metro, train, and downtown by foot. Surprisingly quiet considering the location. Good water pressure and toiletries.

It's a nice, cosy little hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.
However, the surroundings could have been better. The security could have been improved. It felt like anyone could just walk in. The lifts can be accessed without a key card as does the rest of the hotel facilities.

The hotel is well located and looks good in the common areas. Unfortunately we were given a poor room on the top floor that had reduced headroom for about 1/3 of the space. The bathroom was particularly uncomfortable. When we checked in, we were told that someone had already been checked in under our name and the implication was that we were lucky to get a room at all. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable. Overall we were disappointed.
