"Very very good hotel, the software and hardware are not worse than the magnificent, especially the service staff is particularly well trained, warm and thoughtful, too few breakfast categories do not affect the possibility of choosing again. Also, the hair dryer is not easy to use, you can bring it yourself."

"This is a new and trendy hotel near Brussels North Station. It has a nice restaurant and bar in the lobby area as well as some reasonably priced room service items. This is a pretty new hotel and it opened in May 2025. The hotel is in a quiet area but there isn't a whole lot around. The main parts of Brussels are about a 15 minute walk away but being by the train station made it very convenient to make a day trip outside of the city and there is quick and frequent access to the airport. They offer breakfast at this hotel but at 25 Euros a person it is hard to justify. We also found a good self serve laundry spot nearby called Wash Club and got our laundry done halfway through our Christmas Vacation. The rooms were nicely arranged with a bench by the TV and a seating area by the window with a small table. There is a mini bar in the room but those items are pretty expensive. They have a coffee/tea station but they did not provide coffee or tea during our stay so we are happy we brought our own. The bed was pretty comfy and we got a good night's sleep each night. There are some interesting decor choices like a curtain in front of the large flat screen TV in an alcove. There is also a window for the bathroom that has blind slats on the outside of the bathroom. We felt the room was mostly fine but they didn't clean the glasses and the kettle could use some descaler. The bathroom was nice with conditioner, shampoo, body wash and body lotion. The shower provided good pressure and temperature but it had an open design and it was difficult to keep the water in the shower area. The towels provided were pretty new and soft but one had a noticeable stain and we would expect a hotel of this caliber to review the items being put in a room and bathroom. We felt we got a good rate when we booked the hotel and got to enjoy the busy city of Brussels and then relax at this hotel. We believe this hotel will improve because they have some nice facilities and good staff."

"The hotel is 15 minutes away from the airport and there is a Chinese consulate nearby. It was an old hotel before, but it was taken over by the Chinese. Chinese signs can be seen everywhere. The hotel breakfast includes Chinese fried noodles and white porridge, pickled mustard, and Western bread and cheese. . Most of the guests are airline employees. Compared with hotels booked in other cities, this one has the largest rooms."

"The hotel facilities are quite old, but there are plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel itself has a great ambiance with a very distinctive charm; you often see influencers taking photos in the lobby. The cocktails at the hotel bar are also excellent, a drink during downtime really helps with sleep. It was a good experience overall!"

"One of the best hotel located just arm distance from the European Parliament in a very nice location. Right in front of the hotel there is a nice piazza or square with many different restaurants and bars. The hotel was nice and super clean, with all the amenities present and buffet options was amazing with quite a variety if food options. Rooftop bar gives you a chance to sit there and enjoy the evening drink looking at the city view. The place I will be looking forward to comeback again"

"Great location, situated in the shopping neighbourhood with a number of luxury brands and famous chocolatier and only take 15-20 minutes to the Grand Place by walk. Right next to metro station and tram station, perfect for travellers who want to wander around in the city and go to the train station. The services are great, the staff are friendly with lots of personal touch. Responsive all the times and sent what I asked for in a short while. The room is spacious and clean, but the mattress is a bit too soft to me (it’s quite personal anyways). Overall it’s a great value for money choice at this price."

"This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk to all the major attractions. However, the service needs improvement. On the day we were checking out, a staff member actually knocked on our door to clean the room at around 7 AM! And then claimed we hadn't put up the 'Do Not Disturb' sign! Such service quality makes this hotel seem overrated."

"Stayed for three nights and had a lovely stay, only problem was the lifts weren't working the morning I was due to check out anyway, but besides that this hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre in Place des Martyrs. Rogier station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre, for airport bus, train and metro connections. I specifically chose Juliana as this hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities, with a mini gym and not many hotels in Brussels have pools. The room I requested was a quiet room on high floor away from lifts, room 306. Very comfortable, but be aware that the large top window brings in a lot of light, you need to ask to get it closed away or it will be very light. It's wonderful to provide Milton Brown toiletries and I enjoyed the Nespresso style coffee and teas provided. Housekeeping were helpful, I lost an earring in the bathroom basin and one of the ladies help recover it, so merci to her for her assistance. Pool, sauna and steam room are great, but be aware that there is no changing area, so go directly down to basement ready changed and wear slippers provided in the bathroom drawers. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels."

"This beautiful boutique hotel gets five stars from us all round. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We had an amazing stay — everything was spotlessly clean, from the floor to the taps. The gym was brand new and immaculate. I loved the interior design of the hotel, from the colour scheme and décor to the furniture, coffee machine, cup and room amenities. It's clear that they pay attention to every little detail. Our room was quiet, which allowed us to recharge after our long-haul flight. We would definitely recommend it and can’t wait to go back."
