Very cute hotel in a great location. The rooms are basic but have everything you need. Free coffee and water at reception, and a great spot to work on your laptop.

Everything was good, but the only thing I didn't like was the lack of space to unpack my belongings. Otherwise, I recommend it.

The air conditioning wasn't working at all, so I couldn't sleep throughout the summer night. The cleanliness and location were good, though. Hope the AC gets fixed as soon as possible.

The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, and there's free coffee and tea available in the common area. It's really close to the South Station train station, and even though there were quite a few homeless people and some strange characters on the way, once inside the hotel, it felt bright, clean, and safe. When checking out, there's a locker with a keycode at the front desk where you can store your luggage, which was super convenient and thoughtful, allowing us to grab breakfast and then come back for our bags.

Great location, right opposite the train station with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It's also very close to tourist attractions! Definitely coming back next time! The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, which was a plus.

Location is great if you are for short stay, and want to be near the main transport hub. But if you want to visit the tourist spot, you should stay at brussel central. staff are friendly and very helpful. Got several very nice restaurants nearby and there are also marts to buy drinks, water etc

It was really close to Metro and train Station, convenience for travel to other city. On the first day, the water in the bathroom was too hot. The tap is not working and when I tell the staff they say it’s because I don’t know how to use it and I try but finally the staff found out the tap is really not working. He offered to fix it in the next day. But I have to take a shower so at the end we got a new room.
