Guest UserMoxy is great as always. The vibe of the hotel is fun. It was world cup season, so there was soccer screening. The lobby is always vibrant. Usual amenities like water and kettle aren’t available, but you can get it from the lobby/cafe area. We didn’t mind that since the space to hangout downstairs is cooler. Room was comfortable. Gym looked great, although I didn’t manage to use it. Walking distance to metro and great food options around. But what stand out most at Moxy is their service crew. Warm and kind, making the stay fantastic.

Kate ThomCheck-in is 3pm and we arrived at 3pm but the room was only ready at almost 4pm. The story was that it was cleaned already but ”awaiting inspection”. We were handed 2 bar coupons with a blithe apology in rapid fire French for our 50 min wait.
The vacuuming in the room left much to be desired. When we got into the room on the 1st day, there was a pistachio at the side of the bed. My sister's dust allergy was triggered throughout our 4 day stay.
When we opted for housekeeping on the 3rd of the 4 days we stayed, the same pistachio remained there after the cleaning staff were done. Towels and bed linens were refreshed but the coffee/tea and bathroom amenities were not.
If you choose the Deluxe twin room like we did, please note that the room is 24 metre square and there is only room to open up one medium sized suitcase on the ground. Our other suitcase had to be accessed via the wardrobe which was spacious enough to keep the 2nd suitcase in.
Location wise, it's ideal and a stone's throw from Grand Place - the historic city centre, and many shops and good brasseries. It's a 10 min uphill walk from the hotel to the nearest train station called Brussel Centraal / Bruxelles-Midi which will bring you straight to the Brussels Airport in 17 min on the direct train (1st class carriage €12.10).
The buffet breakfast is plentiful and of good quality (with eggs cooked to order) in a nice space with a courtyard view crewed by pleasant staff fluent in English.
The bar has a relaxing ambience with an outdoor view and affordable drinks. My guide is always how much the increasingly rare digestif liqueur Chartreuse Verte costs. It was €14 per pour. Note : You get a free coupon for a soft drink/coffee/beer/wine if you pass up on room cleaning. If you have a short stay, you should as there wasn't much cleaning done.

Guest UserI am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel, especially considering the price and its 4-star rating.
When we checked in, I politely asked if it was possible to have a room on a higher floor. The receptionist responded rudely, saying, “No, you came too late. You should have come earlier.” This was surprising because we arrived at around 3:30 PM, and check-in starts at 3:00 PM.
After getting to our room, we noticed there was no hair dryer, even though one was listed as an in-room amenity. I called reception and was told that one would be sent up “in a moment.” We waited for over an hour, but nothing arrived.
The most frustrating issue was that the room lights kept turning off every five minutes, and the curtains would automatically close every five minutes as well. This made it extremely difficult to get anything done. We called reception again to report the problem, but the staff member struggled to understand what we were explaining. After repeating the issue several times, he simply said he would send someone to the room and then hung up. Another hour passed, and no one came to help.
To experience so many problems within just the first few hours of our stay was incredibly disappointing. For the price we paid and the standards expected of a 4-star hotel, the service and maintenance fell far below expectations. I hope the hotel improves both its customer service and its response to guest issues, as this was not the experience we were expecting.

Thian FernBest location ever. It is right next to the Grote Market and just 2 mins walk to the Brussels Central Station. Close proximities to all the attractions and restaurant. The hotel is clean and well sound-proofed. The staff were very helpful with early check-in. I have left my necklaces in the hotel room before leaving brussels and wrote in to the hotel which replied promptly that they have found it and will arrange for the courier of my necklace to my home country. Really appreciate their help. The only downside is that they didnt provide indoor slippers. It costs 5 euros for a pair.

Anonymous UserWins because of location. Once exiting central station, its a 30m walk to the hotel. Very convenient as it avoids needing to lug luggage across town, with the slopes and cobblestones and also saves taxi fare. Booked this to stay the night as we were going to the airport the next morning. Lobby, reception was good, room ambience was ok only.
There is a mini convenience store within the hotel, with self service checkout that may be useful for some guests who arrive late. Shoe shine available on level 1. Excellent gym. 24H Gym is new, clean smelling, towels and sanitiser provided with mood lighting you can choose, and 2 treadmills that face the central station.
Room view was of central station. Space adequate to open up luggages. 2 twin beds were placed quite close together. Bedding clean, fridge was cold, kettle available.
Toilet had a bathtub, no separate shower area. Water pressure good. Marble tiles are nice, but have some yellow stains after years of use, toilet still clean. Crabtree toiletries.
After running sink water for a while, it became very hot. And it could not be adjusted. Informed reception and they sent someone up but he couldn't help as well and asked us to use the bath tub spout instead. Not sure how this can be resolved.

CansuqixingThis hotel is really old... Don't let the five-star rating fool you, it feels more like a three-star. The elevator is incredibly slow, from 1999! The furniture in the room is also very dated. The front desk sells bottled water in glass bottles for 8 euros a pop – ridiculous. As our Belgian client told us, the hotel's location is right between a safe area and an unsafe one. It's close to the light rail, but there's no elevator from the light rail station to the street level, which is quite annoying. Walking to the city center is fairly convenient though. For the price, it offers good value for money; other hotels in the same area are more expensive.

KitMeeEasy check-in n out. Reception counter n residence located separately. Same row though. The lobby closes at 11pm. A water dispenser n coffee kiosk available complementary for guests. Need to exit residential block n enter lobby block if were to refill or drink coffee or any admin issues. Laundry room is located at basement. Free usage but need to bring own detergent.
Great location coz the Brussels Luxembourg train station bus stops are just opposite the hotel. Some eateries n bars just next n across the hotel. A mini mart is just opposite the bus stop.
Spacious and clean room. Comfortable. No toothpaste n toothpaste or indoor slippers provided. But shower cap, shoe shine n mini sewing kit provided. No hair conditioner is provided. A kitchenette with a new set of cleaning materials provided.. Equipped with complete utensils.
AC is centralised. Rather stuffy n warm at times. A cute little balcony.
No house keeping for short stays.
Requested for new towels at the reception counter but did not receive any.

Anonymous UserGood location
Spacious room
Good environment
The only downside was the artwork of a lady in the room. It was a little unsettling, especially when the lights were off and the glow-in-the-dark words “I hate u” appeared.
酒店很好,这个室内设计太阴了
前台开了个联通房(尾房),直接能走进邻居的房间(中间门锁坏了),和陌生人面面相觑很尴尬,为了安全考虑只能换房了。

Room service has to be demanded every morning. Smelly sinknand shower had stains. But many towels and soap, also water kettle and instant coffee, was nice. Breakfast really expensive, hard to find breakfast stores nearby.

The hotel is very nice and modern. The staffs are helpful and friendly. The room is spacious and clean. The only problem is the location. It is not located in the touristy area. There is no easy public transportation to the grand place except by bus or taxi/uber. Walking to grand place takes around 30 mins passing through Brussels Park and Royal Palace. The positive point is that the area where the hotel is located is very quiet.
