We stayed at this hotel last year in late October when our child was on holiday. The staff were very enthusiastic and responsive to all our needs. The environment is great, and the facilities are complete, which is very friendly for families with children!

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. Being able to walk to shopping and having Korean restaurants and grocery stores within a 5-minute walk was incredibly convenient.

I was utterly impressed the moment I checked in. The lobby has such a noble, old-money family vibe. The hotel staff are incredibly helpful, assisting you with your luggage and taking it up to your room. Plus, the hotel is right above a station, making it super convenient to get anywhere.

Ideally located, I really appreciated the amenities, the gym, and the breakfast. A small downside is the paid access to the spa… €50 for 24 hours. A discount for hotel guests would have been very welcome. Also, the sauna is a bit small and very busy during peak hours. Furthermore, it was difficult for me to get extra water in the room because I was told that room service and the bottle itself would cost €17…

I'd say it was just okay. The hotel's service needs significant improvement. The staff at the entrance were very cold; they didn't even offer to help with luggage, even though it was obvious guests with big bags would struggle with the steps. They just acted like they didn't see anything.

This hotel is located in the city center, highly recommended for tourists who want to explore the city on foot.

The carpets in the room were dirty, they weren't cleaned or maintained. A dead fly was there when we checked in and was still there after 3 days. Apparently, room cleaning only involves making the bed and changing towels, which is something, at least. Bathroom: The toilet seat was dirty, the toilet was leaking, and the shower was leaking. It was very inconvenient that the soap and shampoo came in bottles with screw caps. Also, there was only one bar of soap for one person, but there were three of us, which isn't very hygienic to share. The folding bed for my daughter was very uncomfortable; the room was big enough to dance in, not to sleep in. The soundproofing was also poor, and we could constantly hear the neighbors. The only positive thing I can highlight is the breakfast, but even that was repetitive.

The room was clean and tidy, with well-maintained and complete facilities. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. The staff were warm, polite, and provided thoughtful and meticulous service. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, highly recommended.

The hotel is very nice and clean, with comfortable and quiet rooms. The beds are very comfortable and the staff is friendly.
