AAndrea SamuelsThis hotel was on point, I loved the size of the room, the size of the bed, & the en suite was clean and everything was modern. I would definitely recommend it and would definitely stay here again..
I did feel there needs to be clearer instructions on how to turn up the heating and warm the room up.....
Other than that it was well worth the money.

Jjalanjalan2Hotel staff were friendly. Provided really good dinner options at chez Jacques that was really near hotel. Best to go early before dinner crowd. Breakfast is complimentary however it is basic and don't expect much. Room is small but manageable. Overall I would recommend this hotel for short term stay.

GGuest UserStayed for three nights and had a lovely stay, only problem was the lifts weren't working the morning I was due to check out anyway, but besides that this hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre in Place des Martyrs. Rogier station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre, for airport bus, train and metro connections. I specifically chose Juliana as this hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities, with a mini gym and not many hotels in Brussels have pools. The room I requested was a quiet room on high floor away from lifts, room 306. Very comfortable, but be aware that the large top window brings in a lot of light, you need to ask to get it closed away or it will be very light. It's wonderful to provide Milton Brown toiletries and I enjoyed the Nespresso style coffee and teas provided. Housekeeping were helpful, I lost an earring in the bathroom basin and one of the ladies help recover it, so merci to her for her assistance. Pool, sauna and steam room are great, but be aware that there is no changing area, so go directly down to basement ready changed and wear slippers provided in the bathroom drawers. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels.

GGuest UserHappy with the location, accessibility, and courteous front desk staff, however, the nearby area is not too great. But if you are travelling via Eurostar to Brussels then location is perfect. I am not too happy with the cleanliness of the room as there was dust on the floor, carpet is not clean either, and a one of the linen is soiled. Washroom was clean and spacious.

SShenhuaguowangThis time, I got a room on the fourth floor, which was more standard (last time, the top-floor 'Dachzimmer' was smaller). The bathroom renovation was also good. The breakfast was quite rich, with self-service freshly squeezed juice, a good variety of cheeses and meats, and excellent baked goods. The hotel is about 150 meters from the subway station, making it very convenient for getting around.

GGuest UserIm Hinterhof des Hotels war eine groĂe Baustelle, die in der Hotelbeschreibung nicht stand. Leider war diese Baustelle zu hören.
Die Zimmer waren auch etwas hellhörig. Im Badezimmer in der Dusche war die Fliese in der Mitte gebrochen und kaputt, da war ein halbes Loch, Verletzungsgefahr. Ebenso konnte man die BadezimmertĂŒr nicht schlieĂen, weil man die sonst nicht mehr auf bekommen hat.
Der Wellnessbereich war schön aufgemacht, jedoch waren am ersten Abend ganz viele weiĂe StĂŒcke (keine Ahnung was das war) im Becken auf dem Boden. Durch die Whirlpool Funktion wurde das ganze Wasser aufgewirbelt und irgendwann wurden sie raus gespĂŒlt. Die Sauna wird wohl von vielen ohne Handtuch benutzt, weswegen das Holz schon âschrumpeligerâ ist. Aber schön gemacht.
Beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck, wenn es sehr voll war, kommt der Mann oftmals mit dem NachrĂ€umen der ganzen Sachen nicht hinterher. Dann muss man echt lĂ€nger warten bis neue SĂ€fte, Croissants, Toast, FrĂŒchte und RĂŒhrei da sind.
Man konnte sich jedoch echte Belgische Waffeln selber machen. Der flĂŒssige Teig steht neben dem GerĂ€t und man konnte es einfach rein gieĂen und das GerĂ€t schlieĂen und umdrehen.
Sonst ist das Personal echt nett und hilfsbereit und es ist sonst auch echt sauber.

GGuest UserSo much potential let down by poor management. Weâve stayed in over 200 hotels, and this is the first to charge a fee for a baby cot/crib (at âŹ35!). This was requested to be placed in our room at arrival. We arrived at 1pm and after chasing relentlessly, the only placed it in our room at 9pm. Staff are very rude too. Mentioned nothing about WiFi, breakfast, location of room. Just throw a key at you without a smile and turn away.

TTuzidainiqulvxingIt was alright, pretty standard. It's quite close to the station, and the supermarket behind the hotel has incredibly cheap prices, which was a pleasant surprise! As for the hotel itself, well, it's missing a lot of basic amenities. No slippers, no toothbrush or comb, no kettle, no cups. I can somewhat understand not having a toothbrush, comb, or kettle, since it's Europe after all, but no slippers or cups? That's just unacceptable. Check-in involves doing it online first, then picking up your room key from the front desk. And a 10 AM check-out time is just unreasonable. They say it's new in 2025, but it feels more like a renovation.
