LLilyxiaoxiaoThe hotel's location is great, not far from the central train station, about a 10-minute walk away. It's very close to the Manneken Pis and Grand Place; just a few steps to the left when you exit the hotel. The price was a bit high during Christmas, and the bath towels were a bit yellowed.

AAndrea SamuelsThis hotel was on point, I loved the size of the room, the size of the bed, & the en suite was clean and everything was modern. I would definitely recommend it and would definitely stay here again..
I did feel there needs to be clearer instructions on how to turn up the heating and warm the room up.....
Other than that it was well worth the money.

So, it was perfectly balanced for my work and rest during a short business trip. I will definitely come again and recommend it to my colleagues. Great value for money!

GGuest UserThe room was clean and spacious. The location is excellent, as the hotel is directly opposite the train station, and most sightseeing spots are within a 10–20 minute walk. We traveled to Brussels mainly for the Christmas markets, which were spread across different areas of the city, and we were able to reach all of them on foot. Although the breakfast was not particularly impressive, it was still convenient and nice to have it included in the stay.

GGuest UserStayed for three nights and had a lovely stay, only problem was the lifts weren't working the morning I was due to check out anyway, but besides that this hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre in Place des Martyrs. Rogier station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre, for airport bus, train and metro connections. I specifically chose Juliana as this hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities, with a mini gym and not many hotels in Brussels have pools. The room I requested was a quiet room on high floor away from lifts, room 306. Very comfortable, but be aware that the large top window brings in a lot of light, you need to ask to get it closed away or it will be very light. It's wonderful to provide Milton Brown toiletries and I enjoyed the Nespresso style coffee and teas provided. Housekeeping were helpful, I lost an earring in the bathroom basin and one of the ladies help recover it, so merci to her for her assistance. Pool, sauna and steam room are great, but be aware that there is no changing area, so go directly down to basement ready changed and wear slippers provided in the bathroom drawers. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels.

GGuest UserHappy with the location, accessibility, and courteous front desk staff, however, the nearby area is not too great. But if you are travelling via Eurostar to Brussels then location is perfect. I am not too happy with the cleanliness of the room as there was dust on the floor, carpet is not clean either, and a one of the linen is soiled. Washroom was clean and spacious.

GGuest UserAlthough the building is great and the location is also great, the management of this establishment is terrible: the shower screen leaks water and the bathroom floods, so towels are scarce. It was very dirty and had spiders (see photo), but the worst thing is the service, because if you have a problem they don't even let you know (as happened to some colleagues) who were left on the street due to a problem with the local tax WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. Honestly, when I return to Brussels I will look for another accommodation option. The management was very good for us because of the good service of Trip.com, but our friends who booked with Stayforlong had a catastrophic experience and spent a few days from problem to problem. Thank you Trip.com and goodbye BApartahotel Grand Place.

GGuest UserSo much potential let down by poor management. We’ve stayed in over 200 hotels, and this is the first to charge a fee for a baby cot/crib (at €35!). This was requested to be placed in our room at arrival. We arrived at 1pm and after chasing relentlessly, the only placed it in our room at 9pm. Staff are very rude too. Mentioned nothing about WiFi, breakfast, location of room. Just throw a key at you without a smile and turn away.

HHAL_xoshxoI did a late check-in. The reception is open 24 hours so I was able to check in with peace of mind. It was hard to work at night so as not to disturb other guests. There are no curtains for the beds. There is a bathroom and toilet in one room.
