"This time, I got a room on the fourth floor, which was more standard (last time, the top-floor 'Dachzimmer' was smaller). The bathroom renovation was also good. The breakfast was quite rich, with self-service freshly squeezed juice, a good variety of cheeses and meats, and excellent baked goods. The hotel is about 150 meters from the subway station, making it very convenient for getting around."

"This is a new and trendy hotel near Brussels North Station. It has a nice restaurant and bar in the lobby area as well as some reasonably priced room service items. This is a pretty new hotel and it opened in May 2025. The hotel is in a quiet area but there isn't a whole lot around. The main parts of Brussels are about a 15 minute walk away but being by the train station made it very convenient to make a day trip outside of the city and there is quick and frequent access to the airport. They offer breakfast at this hotel but at 25 Euros a person it is hard to justify. We also found a good self serve laundry spot nearby called Wash Club and got our laundry done halfway through our Christmas Vacation. The rooms were nicely arranged with a bench by the TV and a seating area by the window with a small table. There is a mini bar in the room but those items are pretty expensive. They have a coffee/tea station but they did not provide coffee or tea during our stay so we are happy we brought our own. The bed was pretty comfy and we got a good night's sleep each night. There are some interesting decor choices like a curtain in front of the large flat screen TV in an alcove. There is also a window for the bathroom that has blind slats on the outside of the bathroom. We felt the room was mostly fine but they didn't clean the glasses and the kettle could use some descaler. The bathroom was nice with conditioner, shampoo, body wash and body lotion. The shower provided good pressure and temperature but it had an open design and it was difficult to keep the water in the shower area. The towels provided were pretty new and soft but one had a noticeable stain and we would expect a hotel of this caliber to review the items being put in a room and bathroom. We felt we got a good rate when we booked the hotel and got to enjoy the busy city of Brussels and then relax at this hotel. We believe this hotel will improve because they have some nice facilities and good staff."

"This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk to all the major attractions. However, the service needs improvement. On the day we were checking out, a staff member actually knocked on our door to clean the room at around 7 AM! And then claimed we hadn't put up the 'Do Not Disturb' sign! Such service quality makes this hotel seem overrated."

"First time in Brussels. First time at this hotel. A lovely experience all round. From the Concierge to the first floor check-in to the catering, staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. I'm afraid I didn't get everyone's name, but I remember Anel went above and beyond to provide an enjoyable experience. Hotel is located in a cleaner, calmer part of the city but the busier part is only a 15 minute walk away. There are convenience shops located nearby, so it is in a good location. Room was clean and comfortable. Definitely plan to return."

"Perfectly located just minutes from Grand Place, this aparthotel offers smartly-designed suites with full kitchenettes, washing/drying facilities and surprisingly quiet rooms despite the central location. Guests frequently praise the friendly, multilingual staff and the comfortable, clean accommodations.  A few drawbacks: the shower/bath setup has a high step which some found awkward.  Air-conditioning may be less effective in hot weather.  If you’re comfortable with self-service amenities and want to stay in the heart of Brussels, this is a very solid choice."

"A truly perfect stay; everything was exactly as pictured. The room was spacious, clean, and very well-equipped, making you feel right at home thanks to the kitchenette and comfortable living areas. The only slight drawback: the hotel is located about 30 minutes from Brussels city center, but it's ideal for a stay near the airport."
