"Second Aparthotel stay during my trip to Europe. Located right beside De Brouckere Tram station, just 3 stops away from Brussels Midi Train station. Just opposite the hotel is a supermarket, arcade and numerous restaurants and fast food restaurants. Grand Place was a 5 min walk away from the hotel.
The room was big and cosy. Plenty of wardrobe space, ironing board was also kept in the wardrobe. Kitchen was small and it had everything we needed, dish washer was also included. Toilet and shower area was separated. Heater was also placed in the shower room. Breakfast area was on level 2. Washing machines were located on level 2 too. We had some issues with the washing machines but it was resolved by the hotel staff quickly.
Overall we had a great stay here, would definitely come back if travelling to Brussels again! e"
Hotel Mozart offers a variety of unique rooms decorated in Moorish style. Each room has a private bathroom and cable TV. A simple continental breakfast of bread, coffee, and a croissant with jam is served every morning. The hotel also features an oriental-style lobby overlooking an inner courtyard with a fountain. A 24-hour reception and same-day laundry service are available.
"I arrived early and was fortunately allowed to check in ahead of time. The check-in process was fine overall, and although the hotel felt a bit like a maze, I was given directions to my room. The lift was very small and quite old, so I chose not to use it again afterward.
The hotel interior was beautiful and matched the Moroccan-inspired vibe shown online. Even the hallway had a pleasant smell, which added to the atmosphere. However, my room was located in the basement and required going down a few small stairs. It was a bit dark and honestly felt slightly unsettling at times. The lighting inside the room was also quite dim.
The room appeared clean, although there was a woody smell and the linens seemed a little damp, or at least smelled that way. On the positive side, the toilet was clean and had all the expected amenities, and the shower was excellent with hot water warming up quickly.
I also appreciated being allowed to leave my bag after checkout, although I was simply told to leave it in the corner. The staff and owner were friendly throughout my stay, and I was even offered to use the toilet when I returned later to collect my luggage, which was thoughtful.
The highlight of the hotel is definitely its excellent location, with close proximity to both the Grand Place and the train station."

Amazing
YYCYC.Would definitely come again, good environment, friendly staff, big, beautiful rooms, very new. There are many kinds of breakfast food, the highlight is that there is freshly squeezed orange juice, it is really very tasty.
But right next to the metro station, definitely worth the stay. I think this hotel is worth coming again, good value for money, had a great stay.
Absolutely suitable for those who pursue hotel comfort 👍🏻
자자유로운놈I made a reservation to stay for a day on the way to Germany, and as expected, it is a cost-effective hotel brand. There is a large park nearby, a huge military museum, and a car museum, so there is a lot to see. There is also a brunch place next to the hotel, which is delicious.
SShantelle ChewSuper worth stay at this hotel with the cleanliness & low cost. Location wise is the the most convenient to Grand place but it’s still a good option for those who want to have city walk and get a good hotel with cheaper price . The lobby looks very grand and there’s good service provided by the hotel to help to bring up the luggage to your room upon arrival.

Very Good
CCNK_It is the second times that i stay in this hotel, the room is as good as usual, very clean and spacious, there are all the things you need for stay. The location is so great, just near the train station (only 2-3 mins walk), can easily access to most tourist destinations (like Bruges and Ghent).

Very Good
AAngelWong2010This room in a European city center was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Breakfast, at 17.5 euros per person, offered a fantastic spread including ham, cheese, fruits, vegetables, yogurt, milk, coffee, juice, bread, tea, and scrambled eggs – all very fresh, allowing for a leisurely start to the day. The reception area is small and shares space with the restaurant, but check-in was quick. While official check-in is at 3 PM, they allowed us to check in at 2 PM. Luggage storage is available, and the front desk also provides complimentary tea and candies, plus a self-service vending machine for snacks and drinks. The location is superb, with all the main attractions within easy walking distance, and the area feels very safe. Housekeeping doesn't come daily, so I brought my own trash bags to collect rubbish, which I could then dispose of in the large refuse room on the ground floor. There's also a spacious restroom on the ground floor, which was convenient for changing clothes and sorting out luggage before checking in.
AAnonymous UserConveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to get around the city and the bathroom and room were quite clean. However, despite locking the door and hanging the “Do Not Disturb” sign, the cleaning staff entered our room early in the morning. And the toilet flushing system was bit unreliable, sometimes not working properly.
GGuest UserA more soulless hotel experience it is hard to imagine, but if all you want is an ample room in a central location, this might not be a bad option. Be clear: this is a self-service check-in/out hotel, and the strong smell of cleaning detergents was the closest I got to meeting anyone employed by the hotel. It's a strangely desolate experience, with decor attempting minimalism but just feeling like a part-dismantled and neglected film set. In fact, there was nothing exactly 'wrong' with it: but it makes me shudder just thinking of it.

EeM.MWell connected to the city, transport and EU buildings. Close to the park and other entertainment places like restaurants and bars. Close to the bus stop going to the airport. The place is nice and clean, quite a big room, and lots of space. Tea and coffee set inside the room.
BbigosoThe rooms do not have air conditioners. Extremely hot even when you open the windows. You wake up in a sweat! Internet is horrible. We had a luxury suite and paid more for this particular room, but it was so hot. Our stay was miserable. We sent our family to another hotel because of the conditions. Big mistake coming here
