Nanfeng Hotel (Xi'an Zhonggulou Huimin Street Branch )

This hotel is excellent and very comfortable. Its central location in Xi'an makes it convenient to get anywhere. The rooms are clean, tidy, and odor-free. The staff are warm and attentive, and the breakfast is plentiful – I honestly couldn't find a single fault. What's even better is the complimentary airport shuttle service. Friends planning a trip to Xi'an definitely won't regret choosing this hotel. There's a street food alley right downstairs. If you turn right from the hotel, then left at the crossroad and walk straight, then right again at the next crossroad and walk to the end, you'll find a restaurant called Camilla BBQ, which serves delicious and generous portions. The people of Xi'an are truly hospitable. I didn't have time to visit several places this trip, so when I come back to Xi'an, I'll definitely stay at Nanfeng Hotel again.

My Xi'an trip was perfect, and the hotel I chose received rave reviews from my sisters! The biggest draws for me were that it's a new hotel opening in 2025, offers free airport shuttle service, and free shuttle service to the Terracotta Warriors. The young man who picked us up at the airport was sunny and cheerful, the front desk lady was patient and welcoming, and the housekeeping auntie was meticulous and thorough. Overall, it was a delightful stay!

Regarding the environment: The hotel room wasn't very big, but it had all the necessary amenities. When checking in in the afternoon, I specifically requested a quiet room. However, even before entering my room, I could hear children loudly talking with their families in the hallway, and I could hear them very clearly even inside the room. I could also clearly hear street noise at night while trying to sleep. The soundproofing isn't very good. The electric curtain button seemed unresponsive, and the curtains didn't close properly, letting light in. Regarding airport transfers: When I got on the hotel's pick-up car after landing, it reeked of smoke. For the departure transfer, I specifically took a taxi back to the hotel early, but still had to wait over 10 minutes. The driver played music very loudly, without considering the passengers' comfort. The business van was spacious and quite comfortable. Regarding the 40 RMB voucher for the 'Qingyun Xingshen Head Spa': The hotel front desk service, the head spa service, and the breakfast were all decent.

The hotel is a ten-minute walk from the subway station. The location is okay, not great but not bad either. The service, environment, cleanliness, and room layout were all quite good, exceeding my expectations. There are also computers on the first floor for gaming, perfect for a quick session when you get back in the evening. They have automatic laundry and drying facilities, which is great for families. The Terracotta Warriors shuttle service was real and effective, and the Xianyang Airport pick-up was also genuine.

The room was very clean and the facilities were brand new. The service exceeded our expectations, with airport pick-up and drop-off, and even transportation to the Terracotta Army. They also provided commentary during the journey, which really enhanced our sightseeing experience. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. It made traveling with kids a breeze!

The hotel's location is convenient for getting around by taxi, and even during peak season, traffic isn't too bad. It has a Chinese-style aesthetic, making it a good choice for family trips. There's a small convenience store nearby, and in the evenings, some mobile food stalls set up, which creates a lively atmosphere. The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to the front desk lady who was very flexible in how she handled things – really impressed! I'll definitely choose Nanfeng again next time I'm in Xi'an.

The room was very clean and the room attendant was very enthusiastic and helpful, proactively offering extra bottles of water. The breakfast was also quite rich. The location is excellent, very close to the Muslim Quarter and other attractions. I forgot to rent an electric scooter this time, but next time you could consider renting a small covered three-wheeled vehicle – you can park it anywhere and it makes getting around super easy. The hotel's ground floor restaurant has a charming, antique feel. Our two double beds were pushed together, making for a very spacious sleeping area. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and even accepted a package for me, as they have a dedicated storage room. There's a small night market downstairs, and I actually think their noodles are better than those in the Muslim Quarter – you can just pop downstairs and eat!

The location is quite good, and there's a head spa downstairs. It's a great deal if you stay at the hotel and go for a massage. The hotel also offers airport shuttle service every two hours (on odd hours, like 9 AM, 11 AM, 1 PM). The cleanliness is also decent.

Excellent! The hotel has a great location, and the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. They even offer airport pick-up. But the absolute best part is their private car service to the Terracotta Warriors – that service alone is a game-changer! I stayed here for all four days of my trip to Xi'an. It's super convenient for getting around, and the breakfast is delicious. A truly perfect trip!
