From check-in to check-out, she was consistently patient, meticulous, warm, and attentive. She promptly responded to inquiries and needs, handling them appropriately. She was diligent, responsible, and communicated with politeness and grace. She not only focused on service efficiency but also fully considered guests' feelings and privacy, making us feel incredibly secure and comfortable. The entire stay was made even smoother and more enjoyable by her dedicated service. Her professionalism and service awareness were truly outstanding. She was a wonderfully comforting presence that significantly enhanced this trip. Highly recommended, and I look forward to seeing her again next time.

You truly appreciate the charm of this century-old villa only after staying there – highly recommended! I came specifically for the ”historic building” aspect, and it genuinely exceeded my expectations! This old villa, built in 1915 and converted into a hotel, perfectly blends its historical features like red brick walls and a spiral staircase with modern interior design and amenities, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable too: right in the heart of old Hankou, with Li Huangpi Road, the Bund, and Jianghan Road all within walking distance.

The location is fantastic, super convenient for getting around with the subway nearby. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so soft I slept incredibly well. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast had a great variety. It's my top choice for business trips, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Wuhan.

As a loyal customer of Ascott Group, I've stayed at numerous Ascott and Somerset properties in various cities, and this one in Wuhan truly ranks among the best. It surpasses many 5-star Ascott hotels in other cities in terms of facilities, service, and overall quality. Although the breakfast was a bit simple, it was clean, and some 5-star hotels offer equally simple breakfasts. So, you're getting a 5-star experience for a 4-star price. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Wuhan. The best part is having a huge mall downstairs with a Yonghui supermarket – it's incredibly convenient! Plus, my two-bedroom deluxe apartment faced a quiet residential area, which is perfect for someone like me who's a very light sleeper. I really have to praise them. Before check-in, they even asked about my preferences beyond what was in my booking, which is a level of service I haven't seen in many 5-star hotels. And the free parking in the mall? That really highlights the absurdity of paying over a hundred RMB for overnight parking at a certain 5-star hotel in Beijing – truly, no comparison, no harm! I can't even list all the good points, hahaha!

This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly. The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

My stay at Hilton Wuhan Riverside exceeded my expectations! The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient with check-in, patiently providing information about the hotel's facilities. The room was clean and spacious, and the high-floor river view room offered spectacular views, with floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing the Yangtze River and Parrot Island Bridge—the night view was especially stunning. The bedding was comfortable, and soundproofing was good. The breakfast offered a rich variety, with local snacks like hot dry noodles tasting authentic. The high-altitude river view pool was perfect for photos, and its proximity to Hanyang Beach made for convenient leisurely strolls. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Wuhan!

The pillow height was just right, perfectly filling the space around my neck, making side sleeping incredibly comfortable. The desk by the window was polished to a brilliant shine, with not a speck of dust visible when the light hit it. The front desk staff handled everything efficiently; the check-in process was smooth and quick. When checking out, I felt completely refreshed.

The Marco Polo Wuhan Hotel is ideally situated on Yanjiang Avenue in Jiang'an District, directly opposite Hankou Beach and right next to the renowned Li Huangpi Road. I booked a room on the 27th floor, offering panoramic views of both sides of the Yangtze River, stretching as far as the Second Yangtze River Bridge. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't cooperative during my two-day stay; the river was shrouded in mist, making it impossible to capture clear and stunning photos. The hotel's facilities and services are impeccable. The breakfast spread is extensive, and the dishes prepared in both the Chinese and Western restaurants are excellent and refined. We were particularly delighted with the Western restaurant's waiter-recommended double set menu, which offered a great variety of dishes and exceptional value for money. I had a really unpleasant experience at this hotel, largely due to their faulty UnionPay system. On the first day of Chinese New Year, during check-in, I was incorrectly charged – something that has never happened in all my years of staying at hotels. It took two full days to resolve, and throughout the process, the staff repeatedly blamed UnionPay, denying any hotel responsibility. The compensation they offered was a fruit platter, which I promptly refused. In the family room I stayed in, there were several noticeable dents on the floor near the bathroom entrance. I don't understand why they weren't repaired; instead, they were simply covered with a carpet. It was quite startling if you weren't expecting to step into one. Additionally, the bathroom lacked an exhaust fan, so any odors after using the toilet would spread throughout the entire room. Thankfully, there was a window I could open to air it out. Regarding the air conditioning, it was incredibly noisy and very slow to heat up. On the first day of my stay (Chinese New Year), the room was a chilly 22 degrees. Even after setting it to 26 degrees, it didn't reach that temperature until my check-out on the fifth day. The hotel's ground-level parking lot is tiny and often full. The underground parking spaces are also very small and difficult to navigate. Unfortunately, our MPV got scratched in the dimly lit underground lot at night. As for breakfast, for the first two days of our stay, I assume there were fewer guests, so the breakfast offerings were quite perfunctory. It only improved when more guests arrived in the following days. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory stay!

I stopped over in Wuhan for a night and the accommodation exceeded my expectations. We checked in smoothly with our pet, and there were no additional charges. The hotel did a great job assigning our room, and the soundproofing was excellent. It was the first time my dog slept so soundly outside of our home; she didn't spend the whole night on guard. We kept our dog in a stroller in the public areas. While the hotel is pet-friendly in that it allows pets, there's still room for improvement. For example, the pet bed provided isn't very useful, as most pet owners know that pets won't readily sleep in an unfamiliar bed with unfamiliar scents. Perhaps a pet playpen would be better. Providing pet pads, diapers, and even pheromone sprays for anxiety or flea/tick sprays would truly make it feel pet-friendly. Nevertheless, I'm happy to see that brand-name hotels are gradually opening up to and improving their pet policies, and I believe things will only get better in the future. Aside from the pet aspect being quite satisfactory, I really need to complain about the hotel breakfast. I arrived at the restaurant around 9:45 AM, knowing the hotel was full and breakfast would be crowded, so I specifically tried to avoid peak hours. When I got to the entrance, both the hostess and manager were looking down, and there was no one to seat us. All the trays were empty, and people were scrambling to find plates. I didn't see any service staff in the dining area; it was the head chef who brought out the plates. The food was cleared very quickly by 9:55 AM. I asked an employee who was clearing the food for a main serving spoon to eat my cereal, and she told me they only had ceramic spoons, and that the stainless steel ones were only for the serving counter. The Americano coffee machine at the coffee bar only filled cups about 60% of the way. The restaurant manager really needs to contact the supplier to adjust the machine. What I also can't understand is why the omelet station, which is a key QA check for the Marriott brand, has been changed. There are no more omelets, and although they made sunny-side up eggs, I'm still a bit confused. I've never stayed at a Sheraton before, so perhaps the standards are different? On a positive note, I want to praise the chef at the noodle station. She was incredibly enthusiastic, and the beef noodles were delicious. Even though it was close to closing time, she maintained her warmth and enthusiasm, which was really lovely. However, there's a small detail: the chopsticks provided for eating noodles aren't ideal for picking up the noodles. I observed that most guests were business travelers, and it's very easy for soup to splash onto their clothes. Because of this, I didn't finish my delicious beef noodles.
