GGuest UserThe room was spacious and very clean. I was very satisfied with my stay. The breakfast was also great, and the location is incredibly convenient for getting around. It's only about a 5-10 minute taxi ride to the high-speed train station, and the subway is also very close by. There's a bustling shopping area, JinDi Plaza, nearby, which is very lively with lots of people, offering plenty of options for dining, entertainment, and shopping. It's definitely worth checking out! Overall, it was excellent, and I'm very happy with my choice! I highly recommend staying here; the environment is great, and the service is excellent.

LLove_maimaiThe century-old villa hotel has a charming decor, and the rooms are clean and hygienic with no unpleasant odors in the bathrooms. All the staff at the hotel are very polite and friendly. Xiao Shang provided exceptional service, proactively helping us with our luggage, making coffee for us, and offering water when we went out. The hotel breakfast was also delicious. We were a group of four and booked two rooms for two nights; all my friends agreed that this hotel is excellent.

LLuckyxiaojiThis hotel is a true gem! I was drawn to its style and vibe when I booked it, but it turned out to be even better than I expected. It's clean, quiet, and really stylish. The best part, though, is its incredibly convenient location. It's just a 5-minute walk to the famous Li Huangpi Road, so my friend and I could easily stroll around Li Huangpi Road and Xian'anfang every day. Plus, there's a riverside park walkway right next door with stunning night views. Just a heads-up: the street in front of the hotel is one-way, so if you're not lugging luggage, I'd suggest walking to the main riverside road intersection to catch a taxi instead of trying to get one right at the entrance. The staff, from the front desk ladies and gentlemen to the cleaning aunties, were all super friendly too.

GGuest UserThe room was quite spacious and well-designed. My husband and I were traveling together and worried about not sleeping well, so we each had our own room with two bathrooms, ensuring no disturbances. The location is also very convenient, with a mall downstairs and the subway just a short walk away, making shopping, dining, and getting around very easy. The downside is that while the soundproofing within the room was good – my husband's snoring didn't bother me – I'm quite sensitive to noise, and the sound of water being used from either the next room or upstairs, or the air conditioning starting up, would still affect me in the middle of the night. Also, the trash can in the bathroom was foot-pedal operated, which was quite odd, especially since it was positioned behind me. You'd either have to move it to your feet, which was a hassle. Finally, although the deposit was refunded quite promptly after check-out, I don't really see the necessity of paying a deposit anymore. Many five-star hotels now allow you to stay on credit without a deposit, so there's no need to add unnecessary inconvenience for guests.

GGuest UserHotel is in very convenient location in Wuhan, almost right on Line 5 subway. Intererior was well renovated and appointed. Staff was helpful and responsive with issue. Hotel breakfast was decent for hotels in general but the neighbourhood has much better breakfast options. Only issue was the other hotel guests smoking in contridiction to all of the no smoking signs.

At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly.
The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

As soon as I arrived at the hotel entrance, a staff member immediately came forward to help with my luggage. Upon entering, Leon Li at the front desk promptly stood up with a smile to greet me. He was patient and efficient throughout the entire check-in process. I arrived two hours late due to a flight delay, but the front desk didn't rush me at all. Instead, they thoughtfully informed me that they had already reserved a room with a better view. They also thoroughly explained the hotel's breakfast hours, gym operating times, and local transportation tips. What touched me even more was when I casually mentioned needing to catch an early high-speed train the next day. The front desk proactively helped me book a wake-up call and even prepared a portable breakfast bag in advance. The attention to detail truly made me feel warm and cared for. Throughout the entire interaction, the front desk maintained a gentle tone, professional yet approachable, without any hint of perfunctoriness. It instantly melted away my travel fatigue, giving me a sense of comfort and belonging, like coming home.

The moment I opened the guest room door, I was struck by the abundant natural light and tidy layout. The room was spacious, with a simple yet elegant decor. There were no superfluous decorations, but every detail exuded sophistication. Comfortable, clean, and quiet room with partial river view; only complaint was the window needed cleaning to give full marks for our stay. Breakfast was also very good with pleasant seating atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it for a very good value if you're touring Wuhan!

EExpatinChinaAmazing room, the pool was nice, easy check in and check out process, the tub was great! Amazing Breakfast, Amazing staff, Amazing experience. Good location to pharmacy, shops and other food eateries. 45-1 hour from Hankou Train station. I had no complaint except the elevator was a bit annoying having to get off then get on another. But the stay is 10/10 perfection. I would definitely recommend. I would definitely stay here again for sure!
