The Starry Sky Garden Hotel (Wuhan Sixin International Expo Center) is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. The Starry Sky Garden Hotel (Wuhan Sixin International Expo Center) is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Wuhan. Boasting a convenient location, the hotel is just 12km from Wuchang Railway Station and 34km from Wuhan Tianhe International Airport. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Wuhanshi Qiaoliang Museum, Wuhan Snow Center and Gui Yuan Buddhist Temple all nearby. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. This Wuhan hotel provides parking on site. According to our guests, this hotel provides a very high level of service. This hotel is the usual choice for a large number of business travelers.

"Really enjoyed the contemporary, minimalist design of this room. The highlight was definitely the large projector screen opposite the twin beds-perfect for an immersive evening movie. The bathroom was spotless, featuring a cool industrial grid-tile look and a massive vanity counter with endless space for toiletries. The room layout is slightly tight around the walkways and the seating corner is best suited for one person rather than two, but for a clean, stylish, tech-friendly stay, it's excellent value."

Hilton Wuhan Shimao Hotel is located in Binjiang Avenue, Hanyang, Wuhan, which is a traffic fortress leading to Hankou and Wuchang. It is one step away from the Hanyang River Beach, adjacent to the Yingwuzhou Yangtze River Bridge. More than 50% of the hotel rooms are 180 degree river view rooms. Through french window, you can enjoy the night view of the river city; The Chinese restaurant in the hotel is renowned and is your top choice for tasting local Hubei cuisine. It is only a 15 minute drive from Wuchang Railway Station and a 45 minute drive from Wuhan Tianhe International Airport. The hotel is located near famous tourist attractions in Wuhan such as the Yellow Crane Tower, Parrot Island Bridge, and Guiyuan Temple. Metro Line 4/6 provides direct access to the hotel

"The hotel was exceptionally good. Our butler, Holly, provided excellent and thoughtful service, upgrading many of our amenities. The cleaning staff were also very attentive. The service overall was truly outstanding. The hotel boasts a genuine first-line river view, and the best Hot Dry Noodles I've ever had came from the hotel breakfast. It was also very convenient to have a robot deliver our food orders. All in all, it was a very satisfying trip. Wuhan is great, and I'll definitely be back!"

"After staying at so many hotels, this one truly, truly, truly offers incredible value for money. The lady at the front desk was so, so, so enthusiastic; she greeted me with a smile before I even spoke, instantly chasing away my travel fatigue. The room was more spacious than I expected, with minimalist and modern decor, and the floor-to-ceiling window offered a nice view. The bedding even had a faint scent of sunshine, which was a huge plus. The most pleasant surprise was how well the bathroom drain worked; the water flowed down without any issues, which is a godsend for anyone who hates standing water. The location is also very convenient, with a night market just outside, making it really pleasant to buy late-night snacks and bring them back to eat. When checking out, they even proactively offered bottled water for the road. It’s these thoughtful, unforced small details that truly impress me. I've already recommended it to my friends and will definitely stay here again on my next visit!"

This hotel is wonderful, beds and rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The staff were exceptional kind, especially Claire Shang, who was working at the front desk. She speaks fluent English and a number of the staff know English as well. Every time I have family or friends visit me, I get them a room at this hotel. Can’t recommend it enough. Plus the breakfast is cheap but yummy, and you can order specific dishes you want like an omelette or scrambled eggs. Plus local Chinese dishes. Also they have a cute robot that can bring amenities to your room if you need them.

Overall, my four-night stay at the Ritz-Carlton Wuhan was exceptionally satisfying. The hotel's quality is evident in every detail, and the service was thoughtful throughout. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly, assisted with our luggage, and even held an umbrella for us when it rained, placing it on the luggage cart when we departed. Politeness was consistently demonstrated. A special thanks goes to Alyx at the front desk, whose service was excellent and very attentive. During check-in, he noticed we had a child and proactively provided a children's drawing set and coloring book, along with a Wuhan city map for sightseeing. These small gestures made our family trip feel warm and convenient. We also tried Flair Bar on the 59th floor. Not only does it offer panoramic 360-degree views of Wuhan's night skyline, but the cocktail menu is also quite unique. In summary, for my first trip to Wuhan, this was by far the best hotel experience, exceeding all expectations. The hotel's design is luxurious yet understated, and the attention to detail in service is truly remarkable!

We found it super convenient coming from Hankou Railway Station; the hotel is right by the metro entrance. The staff were warm and polite, and the room hygiene was excellent! We stayed for 2 nights, and the cleaning staff were incredibly thoughtful. They even tidied up our randomly placed small items perfectly! Even our reusable bags were folded neatly into squares – it left a strong impression!

This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly. The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

This is for our second night, and I wanted to add a few more details: 1. When the housekeeping staff cleaned our room, they noticed we used the table for drinks on the first night and replenished a box of tissues on the table, which wasn't there originally. 2. The housekeeper helped my girlfriend find her lost hairpin, even though we hadn't mentioned it beforehand. It's clear they clean very thoroughly, and they even folded our messy clothes. The housekeeper really deserves a commendation! 3. The turndown service was also good, and it's a nice touch that the hotel provides steam eye masks. 4. One point I missed in my last review that I'm adding here: I'm really curious why a hotel that opened in December 2019 is still using towels all manufactured in June 2019, with no replacements whatsoever. Personally, I don't think even my own towels would last seven years, let alone those used by rotating guests... There are quite a few things to complain about, but it's still pretty good value for money, and the afternoon tea is very photogenic. However, the hotel seems to put a lot of effort into the public areas, and the guest rooms really need more attention.

Rooms: This hotel is old, after all. I stayed here 19 years ago and had an excellent impression. I didn't expect to be so disappointed this time compared to back then. The glass top of the coffee table next to the sofa in the room was just resting on it and was very unstable. My son leaned on it lightly and almost cut his hand. Thumbs down. I don't know if it was the bedding or the room, but there was a musty smell. This is what I absolutely cannot stand. I guess it's probably similar throughout their rooms. I ended up using my own disposable pillowcases. However, the soundproofing was good, and it was far from the elevator, so I slept quite well. Service: Definitely not good, and certainly no feeling of being 'home away from home,' just cold and indifferent. The business traveler next door got an upgrade, but I didn't, even though I mentioned it to the butler who contacted me in advance. I can understand, though; an individual guest probably can't compete with business accounts. Pool: It was better than I remembered, but... the pool doesn't provide water or towels. You have to buy them yourself. I was speechless. Isn't this your hotel? But then again, the hotel's prices are indeed low, so I'll just put it down to being cheap. Parking: There are charging stations, which is a plus. What left the deepest impression... the matcha toast at the lobby bar. I really liked it, it was delicious.

The location is super convenient, directly accessible from Exit D of Guanggu Avenue Station on Metro Line 2. The lobby retains the design of its predecessor, The Puyu, with a whole wall of bookshelves and bronze elements from Chu culture, giving it an 'ancient tomb chic' vibe that's both sophisticated and tasteful – perfect for photos. The room itself is spacious. The dark wood paneling, while a bit dim, adds a touch of quality. The bedding is soft, and the soundproofing is good. The bathtub and double sinks are a big plus. Breakfast is definitely a highlight! They have all the classic Wuhan breakfast dishes like Re Gan Mian (hot dry noodles), San Xian Dou Pi (three-delicacy tofu skin), and Mian Wo (fried doughnut). The freshly cooked noodle station is bustling with activity, and the Western cold cuts and freshly ground coffee are also excellent. You'll definitely be full before you head out for the day! The overall service is attentive; the front desk even gave me a complimentary upgrade to a higher floor room with a view. I highly recommend this hotel for both business trips and leisure. I'd definitely come back for a second stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our pet-friendly stay was absolutely delightful. The hotel's location is superb, right next to K11, so even on rainy days, you don't have to worry about getting wet when you go out. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, dining, and other activities. The breakfast selection was impressive, especially the wide variety of noodle dishes, which you can customize to your liking. Food service was fast and responsive, and everything tasted great – perfect for a tight schedule during a business trip. The room itself was clean, tidy, and very comfortable, allowing for a truly relaxing stay. A special shout-out to the front desk staff, who were incredibly helpful and had a fantastic attitude. They upgraded our room and, when we extended our stay, patiently helped us find the most cost-effective option. Their dedication and enthusiasm were truly appreciated. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and our dog was just as comfortable as we were. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.
