The Westin Wuhan Wuchang

The room was very spacious, and the shower had excellent water pressure with instant hot water. When I called for something, it was delivered quickly without a long wait. The disposable slippers were of good quality, very thick. The staff were patient and actively resolved issues, truly thinking and acting for the guests. I slept very comfortably and it was quiet.

The hotel environment was quiet and elegant, and the room was spotlessly clean with no strange odors. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, plenty of hot water, and the bed was just the right firmness, ensuring a great night's sleep. CICI at the front desk was polite and attentive throughout, and responded promptly to all requests, even helping to arrange both our rooms on the same floor. The surrounding area offers convenient transportation and a wide variety of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. Both the environment, hygiene, and service were impeccable. It was a very comfortable stay, highly recommended, and I will definitely book here again for future trips!

The service was really thoughtful. They saw I was doing laundry and proactively left a note with detergent. Noticing I used a lot of drinking water during my travels, they provided 6 bottles at once. They were always on call whenever I needed something. Thumbs up to the staff on the 12th floor! 👍

The Westin has always been a reliable choice in various cities, and this is my second time staying here. Last time was for a business trip, and this time I brought my family for a vacation. The location is incredibly convenient, right by the Yangtze River, making it perfect for running and cycling. We booked an executive room, and to our pleasant surprise, besides the afternoon tea, there was also a light dinner available for the whole family, which was great for those who aren't used to Hubei cuisine. The river view goes without saying; I watched spectacular sunsets from the window for many days, and my child would wake up every morning eager to see the boats. Special thanks to the housekeeper who provided laundry detergent and A4 paper for my child's homework.

The room was clean and tidy, and the location was convenient for getting around. There were plenty of local eateries nearby. The side river view room was very therapeutic, and the room service was attentive. Since it was very hot in summer, they provided extra water, which was a nice touch.

I highly recommend the Westin Wuhan Fuli! The views are expansive, and the environment is elegant. Alan at the front desk was warm, professional, and patiently explained the hotel benefits. The room was clean and quiet, providing a fantastic experience. The thoughtful service made me feel incredibly comfortable, and it's definitely worth coming back to.

It's an old hotel, but its main advantage is being close to the river, which is convenient for a stroll. However, if you're looking for quality accommodation and a great experience, you might want to look elsewhere.

Manager Xiao Li at the front desk was incredibly professional and enthusiastic. His English was also excellent, which was a huge help because my friend was returning from abroad and needed an accessible room. Although there was an issue with the air conditioning, Manager Xiao Li quickly and efficiently helped resolve it. My friend insisted on leaving a good review, so many thanks to him! 👍👍👍
