During my stay, I especially want to thank Danna, a hotel staff member, for her thoughtful service and professional demeanor. From check-in to check-out, she was consistently patient, meticulous, warm, and attentive. She promptly responded to inquiries and needs, handling them appropriately. She was diligent, responsible, and communicated with politeness and grace. She not only focused on service efficiency but also fully considered guests' feelings and privacy, making us feel incredibly secure and comfortable. The entire stay was made even smoother and more enjoyable by her dedicated service. Her professionalism and service awareness were truly outstanding. She was a wonderfully comforting presence that significantly enhanced this trip. Highly recommended, and I look forward to seeing her again next time.

Since we arrived in Wuhan late, the front desk staff, Xiao Shang, helped us communicate and upgraded us to a huge, super comfortable room with a balcony for an additional charge. It was really pleasant to wake up in the morning and enjoy the breeze on the balcony. The hotel's location is also excellent, making it convenient to get everywhere.

I stayed at the Orange Crystal Hotel in Wuhan's Jiedaokou for a business trip, and my overall experience was great. I especially want to commend the front desk staff, Xiao Di. I often stay in hotels, and I don't really expect anything overly luxurious; what I value most is the service attitude and attention to detail. Xiao Di excelled in this regard. When I checked in, there were quite a few people, but she handled everything efficiently and quickly, so I didn't have to wait long. Communication with her was very pleasant – neither cold nor overly formal. She clearly explained the check-in procedures and breakfast times, and patiently answered all my questions.

For the past few years, I have traveled to Wuhan at least once a year, and every single time I choose to stay at Royal Grace Hotel. For me, it’s more than just a hotel — it feels comfortable and familiar, almost like a home away from home. One of the main reasons I keep coming back is the exceptional care and attention I receive. Before each trip, I always message the manager, Coco, to let her know about my specific needs, such as having large-print labels on the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other amenities. She consistently takes care of everything before I arrive. It truly means a lot to feel understood and cared for in this way. Whenever I need anything from the front desk, the staff responds immediately and with genuine kindness. Their efficiency, warmth, and professionalism make every stay smooth and relaxing. I am sincerely grateful for the wonderful service and hospitality I receive each time. The room was fantastic. Angus from the Executive Lounge was waiting for us on the first floor when we checked in. The next morning, he even asked how we slept and if we had breakfast. A lamp on my in-room dining table wasn't working the night before, and he had it fixed by breakfast the next day. He even went to the room to confirm the repair was complete. In the afternoon, he helped me arrange a car to go out. He was off on the third day, which was my check-out day, but he had a colleague send me a small gift. In fact, all the staff in the Executive Lounge team had excellent service attitudes, greeting us proactively and speaking softly. When we checked out, they even walked us to the elevator. The food in the Executive Lounge was also delicious; my son said it was second only to the Ritz-Carlton in Nanjing. It was a holiday that day, and after dinner, they even gave me a bouquet of flowers, which made me very happy, and I took photos. Back in the room, they also sent a fruit platter. All in all, the Ritz-Carlton will definitely be my first choice when I come to Wuhan!

The hotel facilities are excellent, and the surrounding amenities are comprehensive. The location is very convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. It's a 5-15 minute walk to Zhongjian Optics Valley Heart Commercial Street and Innovation World. A short taxi ride (minimum fare) will get you to Joy City. You can also walk to the Science and Technology Museum and the Architecture Museum. Next to Joy City, you can experience the popular '网红空轨' (internet-famous elevated monorail), and I heard an art gallery will open there later. The hotel offers free parking. The room is spacious, and even after 6 years, it's still well-maintained. It comes with a JBL Bluetooth speaker, a large floor-to-ceiling window almost spanning an entire wall, an imported bathtub, a separate wet and dry bathroom, and very comfortable bedding. The staff provided warm service, especially Kiki from the service center. When I mentioned I forgot my charger, she responded very quickly, helped me find one, and even thoughtfully arranged for it to be mailed to me. I will definitely return if I have the chance.

This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly. The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

No other hotel in Wuhan can beat the view of the Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge from here. When it first opened in the 1980s, it was called Qingchuan Hotel and was the tallest building in Wuhan at the time. Even now, this view is unparalleled and well worth the price. Facilities: As a Holiday Inn under the InterContinental brand, it's already newer than many Holiday Inns in other cities. I heard some rooms have been renovated, so it's not like what Ctrip says (renovated in 2012). The rooms are very new. Hygiene: Excellent. Environment: The lobby of this hotel feels very comfortable. You can walk through the lobby and elevator area to get to the riverside. In spring, you can even see cherry blossoms around the Qingchuan Pavilion area, which is very beautiful. Service: Parking is free, but it's a bit inconvenient to go downstairs to pick up food deliveries.

I had a really unpleasant experience at this hotel, largely due to their faulty UnionPay system. On the first day of Chinese New Year, during check-in, I was incorrectly charged – something that has never happened in all my years of staying at hotels. It took two full days to resolve, and throughout the process, the staff repeatedly blamed UnionPay, denying any hotel responsibility. The compensation they offered was a fruit platter, which I promptly refused. In the family room I stayed in, there were several noticeable dents on the floor near the bathroom entrance. I don't understand why they weren't repaired; instead, they were simply covered with a carpet. It was quite startling if you weren't expecting to step into one. Additionally, the bathroom lacked an exhaust fan, so any odors after using the toilet would spread throughout the entire room. Thankfully, there was a window I could open to air it out. Regarding the air conditioning, it was incredibly noisy and very slow to heat up. On the first day of my stay (Chinese New Year), the room was a chilly 22 degrees. Even after setting it to 26 degrees, it didn't reach that temperature until my check-out on the fifth day. The hotel's ground-level parking lot is tiny and often full. The underground parking spaces are also very small and difficult to navigate. Unfortunately, our MPV got scratched in the dimly lit underground lot at night. As for breakfast, for the first two days of our stay, I assume there were fewer guests, so the breakfast offerings were quite perfunctory. It only improved when more guests arrived in the following days. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory stay!

The environment is very good, the parent-child room set for the New Year is full of suitable for bringing elderly children to live and play, there is a farm, there is coffee, and the people here are also very good. The weather on the day I came here was good, and the heating was very hot. I like it here. The disadvantage is that the dog has been barking and the rooster crowing at about three or four in the middle of the night, and it is not early, and I have not slept well. Except for these, the time here is very happy.
