My stay at AMIX Hotel was exceptionally satisfying. The hotel boasts a highly refined designer aesthetic with a simple yet upscale decor, and artistic details are evident everywhere, making it perfect for photos. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, equipped with a voice-controlled system, smart bathroom fixtures, and a mini-fridge – all very thoughtful and complete. The location is unbeatable, right next to Yellow Crane Tower and the Yangtze River Bridge, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. There's also a restaurant/bar on-site with a relaxed atmosphere. The service throughout my stay was attentive and thoughtful; check-in was quick, and any requests were promptly addressed. It's perfectly suited for both leisure trips and short business travels. Highly recommended!

During my stay, I especially want to thank Danna, a hotel staff member, for her thoughtful service and professional demeanor. From check-in to check-out, she was consistently patient, meticulous, warm, and attentive. She promptly responded to inquiries and needs, handling them appropriately. She was diligent, responsible, and communicated with politeness and grace. She not only focused on service efficiency but also fully considered guests' feelings and privacy, making us feel incredibly secure and comfortable. The entire stay was made even smoother and more enjoyable by her dedicated service. Her professionalism and service awareness were truly outstanding. She was a wonderfully comforting presence that significantly enhanced this trip. Highly recommended, and I look forward to seeing her again next time.

Chose to stay at the Manxin Hotel in Wuhan, and my overall experience was great! The bedding quality was amazing – the duvet cover was clean and odorless, and the bedding itself was soft and comfortable. The blackout curtains were fantastic, allowing me to sleep until I naturally woke up. The hotel's location is superb; it's within walking distance to the pedestrian street, making getting around incredibly convenient. The attention to detail is impressive, and it offers excellent value for money. Highly recommend checking it out!

This was my second Ritz-Carlton stay, after Sanya. Before my arrival, the concierge proactively reached out via WeChat, providing detailed information about the hotel and its surroundings. Upon arrival, staff immediately helped with my luggage and even offered to deliver it to my room. During check-in, they kindly asked if I needed a late checkout and extended it until 3 PM, which was absolutely fantastic! 👍 The high-rise lobby offers breathtaking views, with the city skyline and river stretching as far as the eye can see. Although it's a newly opened hotel, there were no strange odors in the room. The decor and lighting directly opposite the entrance immediately caught my eye. The bedding was very comfortable, and the amenities were from Diptyque, ensuring quality. Welcome fruits were provided, and turndown service included a thoughtful local cultural refrigerator magnet. For in-room dining, I ordered a burger and beef noodles, both of which were delicious. The most memorable part of breakfast was the cold brew – truly refreshing on a summer day. Upon checkout, they generously let me keep the room key card as a souvenir. If I ever have the chance to bring my family to Wuhan again, I'll definitely stay here.

The room was very spacious and clean. We were traveling with children, and the large room meant that even with three beds, it didn't feel cramped. We slept really well! The air conditioning was comfortable and quiet, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent, making for a very pleasant experience. A special thank you to Gloria! She reached out before our check-in to ask if we had any special requests. When I mentioned it was my mom's birthday on the day of our arrival, she enthusiastically arranged a room setup for us, including a handwritten card and a complimentary fruit platter. It was incredibly thoughtful!

I like the architectural style of the hotel. The fragrance in the hotel is also very comfortable. The environment is very good and suitable for taking pictures. The room is also large and quiet. All the facilities are very smart. ZOE at the front desk also upgraded it for free. The cleaning aunties are also very nice. Very enthusiastic, highly recommended!

This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly. The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

Upon entering the room, the unobstructed river view was breathtaking, especially at night. The first railway bridge of new China was right before my eyes. I made sure not to turn on the room lights immediately, so I could admire the illuminated Yellow Crane Tower on Snake Hill across the Yangtze River – truly dazzling and beautiful. Once the lights were on, the large cherry blossom painting in the room provided a warm and pleasant ambiance. It's a pity I didn't visit during cherry blossom season; I missed out on the spectacular cherry blossoms outside the restaurant window downstairs. The small rose garden at the entrance had a charming touch. I really admire whoever chose this location. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, and the doorman who helped open the car door, though a bit elderly, was very much a gentleman.

The hotel is very close to Metro Line 7. The room has a good view. You can see the lake. The lake is downstairs. You can go to the lake at night. The hotel is very close to Wansongyuan Snack Street. Wansongyuan Snack Street is very famous in Wuhan. There are many delicious foods. I checked in for crayfish, hot dry noodles, duck neck and lotus root soup... They are all very good. The hotel service is also very good. The child got greasy all over after eating crayfish. I asked the front desk for detergent, which was delivered to the room quickly. The hotel bar has free drinks, and the front desk also has free water and drinks. The hotel service staff are very friendly. There is no uninterruptible power supply at the bedside of the room I stayed in, so it is not convenient to charge the mobile phone at night.

The environment is very good, the parent-child room set for the New Year is full of suitable for bringing elderly children to live and play, there is a farm, there is coffee, and the people here are also very good. The weather on the day I came here was good, and the heating was very hot. I like it here. The disadvantage is that the dog has been barking and the rooster crowing at about three or four in the middle of the night, and it is not early, and I have not slept well. Except for these, the time here is very happy.
