NNicaiwojiaohougenleI was very satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel is easy to find, close to the business district and the station, making travel very convenient. The front desk staff were friendly and check-in was efficient and quick. The room was spotlessly clean, the bathroom had no strange odors, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. All the amenities like toiletries, hot water, and air conditioning worked perfectly. It offers great value for money, suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit the area.

AAnonymous UserOverall, I was satisfied. The hotel met all expectations, and its decor was quite stylish, offering a more distinctive design compared to other hotels in the same price range. The location is convenient for getting around; taxis are readily available. Within walking distance, you can easily reach Xian'anfang, Li Huangpi Road, and the Jiangtan (riverfront), making dining and strolling around very convenient. Breakfast was just okay, lacking any local specialties, which could be improved. Also, I strongly recommend upgrading the hair dryers in the rooms.

LLuckyxiaojiThis hotel is a true gem! I was drawn to its style and vibe when I booked it, but it turned out to be even better than I expected. It's clean, quiet, and really stylish. The best part, though, is its incredibly convenient location. It's just a 5-minute walk to the famous Li Huangpi Road, so my friend and I could easily stroll around Li Huangpi Road and Xian'anfang every day. Plus, there's a riverside park walkway right next door with stunning night views. Just a heads-up: the street in front of the hotel is one-way, so if you're not lugging luggage, I'd suggest walking to the main riverside road intersection to catch a taxi instead of trying to get one right at the entrance. The staff, from the front desk ladies and gentlemen to the cleaning aunties, were all super friendly too.

GGuest UserThis stay completely exceeded my expectations. What impressed me most were the hotel's overall facilities. From the public areas to the details in the room, you could feel the care and quality put into everything, making for a truly comfortable stay. The lobby felt spacious and bright the moment I walked in, with simple yet elegant decor. The lounge area sofas were soft and comfortable, perfect for waiting or a quick rest. The elevators operated smoothly, and floor indicators were clear, making going up and down very convenient. The hallways were clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear any outside noise, ensuring great privacy. The room facilities were even more impressive. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—allowing me to relax quickly and sleep soundly through the night. The air conditioning worked well for both cooling and heating, with precise temperature control, ensuring a comfortable experience no matter the season. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, ample shower pressure, and stable water temperature. The toiletries were of good quality, and the counter was clean and spotless, making it very reassuring to use. The room was fully equipped. The desk was spacious and suitable for work, with soft, non-glaring lighting. The TV had clear picture quality and a wide variety of channels, making leisure time enjoyable. The high-speed internet was stable and smooth, perfect for work or binge-watching without buffering. The wardrobe offered plenty of space, and items like hangers and slippers were neatly arranged and easy to access. From small details like power outlet placement and light switches to larger aspects like furniture selection and bathroom fixtures, everything was thoughtfully practical. The hotel's public facilities were also a big plus. The gym equipment was varied and well-maintained, allowing guests to work out anytime they wished. The public areas were meticulously cleaned, with spotless floors and surfaces, creating a fresh and elegant environment. The facilities looked new and showed no signs of age or damage, indicating excellent daily management. Overall, this hotel boasts excellent facilities, superior quality, and dedicated maintenance. It caters to all needs, whether for leisure travel or business trips. With its outstanding hardware and superb experience, it's an incredibly high-value choice in its price range. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area and highly recommend it to everyone!

GGuest UserI stayed at the newly opened Ritz-Carlton during the May Day holiday, and it was a great experience. The room's decor, facilities, and amenities all felt very high-quality. The public areas featured elegant and bright color schemes, with grand and beautiful floral arrangements. The off-white base color paired with light purple flowers gave it a youthful and stylish vibe, distinct from other Ritz-Carlton properties. Misty blue reflecting the river, with golden accents. The low-saturation, sophisticated color palette blended the historical culture of Jingchu with modern design, creating a serene and luxurious corner in the clouds. Layered glass and crystal screens mimicked the sparkling and flowing river water. The theme ”Flowing Light of Chu Rhyme, Swans Soaring East” brought a modern interpretation to Chu culture and the watery charm of Jiangcheng (Wuhan). The service, in particular, deserves a special mention. From before check-in, I received prompt email replies. Our butler, Evan, added me on WeChat to meticulously inquire about our needs, arranging flowers, balloons, and a cake to celebrate a birthday. From the moment he personally greeted us at check-in, a 'returning home' mode of service began for our three-day, two-night stay. He arranged our executive lounge check-in, car services, and recommended dining. Any request was swiftly addressed; I'd be upstairs, and the downstairs concierge already knew where I was headed. It was truly meticulous. The Executive Lounge manager also took great care of us during our meals, explaining dishes and providing hands-on service. For a newly opened hotel, the management is incredibly mature. From the greeters at the entrance to the ladies serving at the lobby bar, every hotel staff member we encountered was enthusiastic and greeted us warmly. It was an emotionally fulfilling stay, full marks! Additionally, the hotel's location is excellent, right next to the subway. It's connected to IFC Plaza, so there's no need to go out for all sorts of food, including crayfish. There's also an open-air shopping street to browse, and Cha Yan Yue Se (a popular tea shop) is downstairs with no queues. I thoroughly enjoyed my few days here, not having to go to crowded tourist spots.

HHutouhunaoThe room is very big, and it's very quiet at night. When you get up in the morning, you can go for a run around the courtyard. The manager Jason also gave me fruits. The environment is also very nice, and the breakfast is rich.

JJchen1This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly. The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

AAnonymous UserNo other hotel in Wuhan can beat the view of the Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge from here. When it first opened in the 1980s, it was called Qingchuan Hotel and was the tallest building in Wuhan at the time. Even now, this view is unparalleled and well worth the price. Facilities: As a Holiday Inn under the InterContinental brand, it's already newer than many Holiday Inns in other cities. I heard some rooms have been renovated, so it's not like what Ctrip says (renovated in 2012). The rooms are very new. Hygiene: Excellent. Environment: The lobby of this hotel feels very comfortable. You can walk through the lobby and elevator area to get to the riverside. In spring, you can even see cherry blossoms around the Qingchuan Pavilion area, which is very beautiful. Service: Parking is free, but it's a bit inconvenient to go downstairs to pick up food deliveries.

GGuest UserThe environment is very good, the parent-child room set for the New Year is full of suitable for bringing elderly children to live and play, there is a farm, there is coffee, and the people here are also very good. The weather on the day I came here was good, and the heating was very hot. I like it here. The disadvantage is that the dog has been barking and the rooster crowing at about three or four in the middle of the night, and it is not early, and I have not slept well. Except for these, the time here is very happy.
