SShangshanxiaxiang110This was my first time using the laundry and drying service, and my soaking wet clothes came back perfectly clean. The room itself was tidy, ignoring my own clutter. It really lives up to its name as a designer hotel; all the little design touches, like the 'pull' and 'hairdryer' icons, were so cute. The smart devices were also comprehensive. Breakfast was abundant, fresh, and clean. Enjoying a coffee by the window after the rain was simply delightful. They even provided a fruit platter! I'll definitely be back, and I'll tell all my friends to come too.

AAnonymous UserOverall, I was satisfied. The hotel met all expectations, and its decor was quite stylish, offering a more distinctive design compared to other hotels in the same price range.
The location is convenient for getting around; taxis are readily available. Within walking distance, you can easily reach Xian'anfang, Li Huangpi Road, and the Jiangtan (riverfront), making dining and strolling around very convenient.
Breakfast was just okay, lacking any local specialties, which could be improved. Also, I strongly recommend upgrading the hair dryers in the rooms.

Qqupid^_^The room is spacious and very clean, with a separate bathroom and toilet. Food deliveries are brought to your room by a robot, and the toiletries are comprehensive, even including a razor. I've stayed here twice already and will definitely come back again. It's very close to Jianghan Road, just a short walk downstairs every day.

GGuest UserThis stay completely exceeded my expectations. What impressed me most were the hotel's overall facilities. From the public areas to the details in the room, you could feel the care and quality put into everything, making for a truly comfortable stay.
The lobby felt spacious and bright the moment I walked in, with simple yet elegant decor. The lounge area sofas were soft and comfortable, perfect for waiting or a quick rest. The elevators operated smoothly, and floor indicators were clear, making going up and down very convenient. The hallways were clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear any outside noise, ensuring great privacy.
The room facilities were even more impressive. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—allowing me to relax quickly and sleep soundly through the night. The air conditioning worked well for both cooling and heating, with precise temperature control, ensuring a comfortable experience no matter the season. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, ample shower pressure, and stable water temperature. The toiletries were of good quality, and the counter was clean and spotless, making it very reassuring to use.
The room was fully equipped. The desk was spacious and suitable for work, with soft, non-glaring lighting. The TV had clear picture quality and a wide variety of channels, making leisure time enjoyable. The high-speed internet was stable and smooth, perfect for work or binge-watching without buffering. The wardrobe offered plenty of space, and items like hangers and slippers were neatly arranged and easy to access. From small details like power outlet placement and light switches to larger aspects like furniture selection and bathroom fixtures, everything was thoughtfully practical.
The hotel's public facilities were also a big plus. The gym equipment was varied and well-maintained, allowing guests to work out anytime they wished. The public areas were meticulously cleaned, with spotless floors and surfaces, creating a fresh and elegant environment. The facilities looked new and showed no signs of age or damage, indicating excellent daily management.
Overall, this hotel boasts excellent facilities, superior quality, and dedicated maintenance. It caters to all needs, whether for leisure travel or business trips. With its outstanding hardware and superb experience, it's an incredibly high-value choice in its price range. XxufengyinThis hotel is absolutely fantastic! My last stay at a Ritz-Carlton was years ago at the Pudong location, and I understand this Wuhan branch is currently the newest Ritz-Carlton in China. We headed straight here after getting off the high-speed train and arrived in just half an hour. Since check-in is on the 46th floor, the concierge in the ground-floor lobby took our luggage, allowing us to go upstairs hands-free. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and every staff member we encountered was wonderfully friendly and welcoming. Our room, over 50 square meters, felt spacious enough for our family of three. The hardware and amenities are, as expected, top-notch – the Ritz-Carlton has been a leader in Chinese luxury hotels for a long time. What truly stands out is how perfectly everything is executed. My wife particularly loved the Diptyque Fig scented toiletries, and as a soap enthusiast, I was quite taken with the small bar soaps. Our stay was for three nights and four days. Breakfast was served in the Western restaurant on the 46th floor. The restaurant boasts high ceilings and offers a stunning 180-degree view of Wuhan city, with window seats providing a distant view of the Yangtze River. The food selection was incredibly rich and exquisite; I especially enjoyed the unlimited Spanish ham – good thing we only stayed three days, or I'd have gained a ton of weight! In the evenings, my daughter enjoyed the rooftop pool. The tranquil atmosphere made even just sitting on a lounge chair by this 'cloud-top' pool an extraordinary experience. This short holiday was made truly special by the Ritz-Carlton. It certainly lives up to its reputation as the city's premier luxury hotel. On our last day, after check-out, a staff member thoughtfully gave me our room card as a small souvenir. This, along with the little lobster lion plushie my daughter received, will be important mementos of our trip to Wuhan. I hope to stay here again. A huge thank you to every staff member here – you truly embody the 'Ladies and Gentlemen' of the Ritz-Carlton!

DDongzhouYou can see the hotel right after exiting the subway station, which is very convenient. They also offer a free shuttle service to Tianhe Airport. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, and they even walked me to the elevator. Excellent service! The hotel breakfast had a great variety of options. I highly recommend staying here.

AAnonymous UserNo other hotel in Wuhan can beat the view of the Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge from here. When it first opened in the 1980s, it was called Qingchuan Hotel and was the tallest building in Wuhan at the time. Even now, this view is unparalleled and well worth the price.
Facilities: As a Holiday Inn under the InterContinental brand, it's already newer than many Holiday Inns in other cities. I heard some rooms have been renovated, so it's not like what Ctrip says (renovated in 2012). The rooms are very new.
Hygiene: Excellent.
Environment: The lobby of this hotel feels very comfortable. You can walk through the lobby and elevator area to get to the riverside. In spring, you can even see cherry blossoms around the Qingchuan Pavilion area, which is very beautiful.
Service: Parking is free, but it's a bit inconvenient to go downstairs to pick up food deliveries.

GGuest UserThe environment is very good, the parent-child room set for the New Year is full of suitable for bringing elderly children to live and play, there is a farm, there is coffee, and the people here are also very good. The weather on the day I came here was good, and the heating was very hot. I like it here. The disadvantage is that the dog has been barking and the rooster crowing at about three or four in the middle of the night, and it is not early, and I have not slept well. Except for these, the time here is very happy.
