"The hotel's location is great, with a subway station nearby making it easy to get to all the attractions. There's also a snack street next door, and a Wuhan restaurant across the street that's absolutely delicious – a big thanks to the front desk for the recommendation and the digital map they sent! They offer complimentary cold drinks upon check-in, and there are snacks in the lobby too. The room itself is quite spacious with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. I also loved that I could connect my phone via Bluetooth to play music in the room. The price was really fantastic! Unfortunately, I had to cut my trip short due to an urgent family matter, but I'd definitely go back if I get the chance."

"Service: Everyone was very enthusiastic. They called me in advance before check-in to advise on the best place for a taxi to stop, which was very thoughtful. Environment: Everything was very comfortable, and they even upgraded me to a premium king room for free. Cleanliness: The hygiene was relatively clean and tidy. My stay concluded perfectly, and the check-out experience was exceptionally pleasant. The room was meticulously cleaned without any overlooked spots, and the deep sleep mattress was incredibly comfortable, ensuring great sleep quality. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and the check-out process was quick and efficient. They even thoughtfully packed a portable breakfast for me as I was in a hurry to catch my next connection. The hotel offers a well-equipped laundry room, and the breakfast variety is extensive. The environment is quiet and elegant, truly showcasing Atour's humanistic attention to detail. It's my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in town."

"The service was excellent! We stayed during the May Day holiday and the service was really attentive. Manager Hans even gave us a complimentary breakfast, which was incredibly rich and easily comparable to popular breakfast spots outside. The afternoon tea at the executive lounge was also exquisite, but we were simply too full to fully enjoy it. It also happened to be my birthday, and although they didn't have chocolate cake, they still brought us some small pastries. I also heard the pool is quite good. I'll definitely stay here again next time, and hopefully, I'll get to try the pool then!"

"Oh, my check-out date for this Wuhan hotel kept changing. I originally planned to leave for Changsha on the 6th to enjoy the food, but I ended up being so exhausted from exploring Wuhan – walking over 10,000 steps every day. After some thought, I decided to cancel my Changsha trip, stay an extra night in Wuhan to get some good rest, and then head home early 😂! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; it's a short drive to pretty much everywhere, taking no more than 20-30 minutes to reach any destination! And I absolutely love Wuhan's food! There's so much to eat, I couldn't try it all: cold noodles, BBQ, crispy dumplings, Leng Ji braised delights, stir-fried lotus root strips, and those矮子餡餅 (a type of pastry) from Jingzhou, just to name a few. For the BBQ specifically, you don't even need to seek out those super popular online spots; just find a BBQ joint downstairs in a residential area, and the food will be great without the long queues! I do have one suggestion: regarding parking, every time I left the hotel, I had to report my license plate to the concierge. This is quite inconvenient. Wouldn't it be easier for both sides if they could authorize parking for the duration of the stay?"

Hotel near Chu River and Han Street, East Lake Scenic Area,Wuhan
"Honestly, the details across the board here just don't meet Marriott's standards. When I arrived at the lobby, all four front desk agents were gone... The place was deserted. Apparently, there was a car company product launch that day, but does that mean check-ins can't be processed? I had to go find someone to even ask about it, which was quite shocking. Then, the front desk agent who upgraded my room said it had a lake view. But once I got into the room, I found it was a corner room with no lake view at all... Honestly, if you hadn't mentioned it, I wouldn't have minded. But to say it and then not deliver? In the room, the toilet paper holder next to the toilet was empty. I had to pry open the emergency roll. This is the first time I've encountered something like this after staying in so many star-rated hotels. When trying to fill the bathtub, the shower head clearly hadn't been cleaned, and the water kept coming out with fine grit. After filling three tubs, I realized it was an issue with the faucet. I couldn't even use the showerhead to fill it. My boyfriend stood by the tub for almost an hour trying to get the bathwater ready for me. Overall, Wuhan really lags behind the rest of the country in hotel management. They seriously need to step up their training. Even the doormen at the entrance seemed hesitant multiple times, as if they weren't sure whether to approach and open the door for me. I really don't understand it."

"I arrived and checked in past midnight and understood that room service was not available after 11pm. Ordered some item for delivery from *******. They managed to deliver an instant noodle hot pot to the hotel reception. But the robot delivery from reception to my room took around 30min which is not accepted. Wonder why it took so long for the robot to send the food up to my room. Even a local Chinese hotel without 4/5 stars rating can do better than this."

Service is the foundation of the hotel! Maybe our external environment is not very good, there is no elevator and you need to climb the 3rd floor, maybe our decoration is not the style you like, maybe because we are located in the most prosperous commercial street in Wuhan, the night market downstairs is open until the early morning, and our sound insulation is not very good! But what we can guarantee is that the guest rooms are clean and tidy, the sheets, quilts, bath towels, towels are changed for each guest, and the normal use of smart, projection and other guest room equipment! The most important thing is to make you feel at home! We provide free butler service, all kinds of items for you to use at home, and unlimited natural mineral water, ice water in summer, and warm water in winter. We serve every guest who stays in our hotel with our heart, and are determined to make every lovely guest leave the hotel happily. Thank you for taking the time to read this hotel introduction and have the opportunity to choose us. I hope we can meet in Wuhan and add a bit of warmth and convenience to your journey.

"Service: The front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic. They helped me with my luggage up and down the stairs during check-in and check-out. Complimentary iced water was also available at the front desk. Environment and Hygiene: The hotel is located a little way inside a residential compound. The entrance to the compound was a bit dirty, but it didn't really affect anything. The hotel rooms themselves were completely different from the external environment – very clean. My room had a large window overlooking the night market, which was very lively in the evenings. Once the stalls closed for the night, it became quite quiet, so it was good for sleeping. Location: It's right next to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and dining. The subway is only about 300-400 meters away, and it's just a 20-minute ride to Hankou Station, which made planning my itinerary very easy."

"I chose Tingtao No. 2 based on reviews saying its facilities were newer. However, the front desk service at Tingtao No. 2 truly has that state-owned enterprise vibe 🥹. Before arriving at the hotel, I couldn't find a walking route from the subway station to Tingtao No. 2 on my phone's map, so I called the front desk. To my surprise, their directions were completely wrong! At the time, a mature-sounding female voice from the front desk told me to take the 'Provincial Museum exclusive passage' after getting off the subway. But after exiting the subway, I couldn't find anything labeled 'Provincial Museum exclusive passage.' I called the front desk again under the scorching sun, and this mature-sounding female voice actually argued with me. Just then, after exiting the subway, Huangli Road appeared. I asked if I should just follow this road, and described the shop names I saw along the way, including whether to turn at intersections. This mature-sounding female voice from the front desk actually said she didn't know 🤷. I asked the front desk to transfer me to someone else. A younger female voice, with a much better attitude, then told me how to get there and seemed quite familiar with the surroundings. Upon arriving at the hotel entrance, since the hotel is quite large, I saw there was an electric shuttle service. So I called the front desk to ask for a shuttle. After waiting for 3-5 minutes, no car came. I called the front desk again, and they gave me the driver's mobile number, telling me to contact the driver myself. I called the driver's phone, and then a fully loaded electric shuttle appeared in the distance, telling me that was the car. After I got on, it dropped me off at the back entrance of Tingtao No. 2 and then drove off. I had to carry my luggage up the stairs from the back entrance to reach the front desk of Tingtao No. 2 🥲. The hotel environment is excellent, the breakfast is good, and the facilities aren't old. During my stay, there were groups for conferences, training, and various activities, but it wasn't noisy. I apologize for having high expectations for the hotel, but I truly can't praise the front desk service. Perhaps the front desk at Tingtao No. 2 (especially an older female receptionist) thought my individual booking wasn't worth serving 🤣."

LLove_maimaiThe century-old villa hotel has a charming decor, and the rooms are clean and hygienic with no unpleasant odors in the bathrooms. All the staff at the hotel are very polite and friendly. Xiao Shang provided exceptional service, proactively helping us with our luggage, making coffee for us, and offering water when we went out. The hotel breakfast was also delicious. We were a group of four and booked two rooms for two nights; all my friends agreed that this hotel is excellent.

GGuest UserThe room was quite spacious and well-designed. My husband and I were traveling together and worried about not sleeping well, so we each had our own room with two bathrooms, ensuring no disturbances. The location is also very convenient, with a mall downstairs and the subway just a short walk away, making shopping, dining, and getting around very easy. The downside is that while the soundproofing within the room was good – my husband's snoring didn't bother me – I'm quite sensitive to noise, and the sound of water being used from either the next room or upstairs, or the air conditioning starting up, would still affect me in the middle of the night. Also, the trash can in the bathroom was foot-pedal operated, which was quite odd, especially since it was positioned behind me. You'd either have to move it to your feet, which was a hassle. Finally, although the deposit was refunded quite promptly after check-out, I don't really see the necessity of paying a deposit anymore. Many five-star hotels now allow you to stay on credit without a deposit, so there's no need to add unnecessary inconvenience for guests.

At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly. The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

EEthan Matthew HuntI came from Canada due to my business trip, this is absolutely A Hidden Gem That Outshines Even the Hilton Below! I had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Wuhan Hanyang Beike Hotel—this place is a masterpiece of modern hospitality. If you’re looking for luxury without breaking the bank, look no further. Let’s start with the view: from my room, I had a breathtaking panorama of the Yangtze River, with a front-row seat to Wuhan’s cyberpunk-style skyline. The glowing bridges—including the Yingwuzhou Yangtze River Bridge, Yangsigang Bridge, and Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge—light up the night like something out of a sci-fi movie. To top it off, you can even spot the historic Yellow Crane Tower, blending the ancient with the ultramodern in a way that’s visually stunning and emotionally moving. The interior design of the hotel is unbelievably sleek and luxurious—we’re talking five-star finishes, modern lighting, spotless wood flooring, elegant furniture, and a spa-like bathroom that feels straight out of a high-end design magazine. It’s the kind of place that makes you stop and say, “Wow,” the moment you walk in. I’ve stayed at the Hilton, located just downstairs, and while it’s fine, Beike Hotel blows it out of the water in terms of value, design, and overall experience. You’re getting a top-tier, modern boutique stay at a fraction of the cost. The staff, especially the warm and professional Ms. Liu, were incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind—service was impeccable. If you’re a traveler who appreciates unique experiences, luxury on a budget, and a fusion of futuristic style with rich cultural heritage, this is THE hotel to book in Wuhan. I can’t recommend it enough. I will definitely return, and when I do, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else.

GGuest UserThe room has a fantastic view, especially at night. There's a mirror directly opposite the window, and when evening comes, it reflects the outdoor scenery beautifully. It's truly stunning. In the evening, the Yijing Corridor had a ball game playing, and the resident singer was not only beautiful but had an even more amazing voice. You could even request songs, which was a huge plus. The hotel's location is excellent. There's a Manner coffee shop on the first floor, and just down the street, you'll find Tea Color Yuese and several crayfish restaurants, all within about a kilometer. The room was clean and the bedding comfortable. However, on the first morning, while I was still asleep, I was repeatedly woken up by housekeepers knocking on the door asking if I wanted cleaning. I've stayed in many hotels, but this is the first time I've encountered something like that.

GGuest UserAs a guest of this hotel, I must say that this stay far exceeded my expectations! From the moment I stepped in, I felt a unique sense of novelty and attention to detail. All facilities were brand new and spotless. The room had no unpleasant odor from renovations; instead, it had a subtle, pleasant fragrance. The cleaning was impeccable, evident in every detail. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient in check-in. Upon learning that it was our first stay, they responded quickly to any requests we might have. The location is excellent, situated on Jianghan Road, with convenient access to dining, entertainment, and other amenities. This was a near-perfect stay. It's rare to find a new hotel so mature and meticulous. I highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel! I've already recommended it to my friends, and I wish the hotel great success!

GGuest UserI come here every time I want a good night's sleep on a business trip. The rooms are well lit and ventilated. You can get a few parking tickets if you stay for a few days. The rooms are comfortable and reasonably priced. It's the most cost-effective nearby. If you go to a chain hotel, it will cost you at least a hundred more.

KKuznetsova DariaThis apartment isn’t bad, but not very clean. Also there’s no normal towels, only disposable ones. In our room shower didn’t work normally and was too small. But I know, that there are also rooms with cool bathroom. So I can say, that in general it’s 3.5-4/5
