"Our family trip to Wuhan brought an unexpected and delightful surprise: this truly hidden gem of a hotel. Initially, we booked it last minute, quite prepared to switch accommodations if it didn't meet our expectations. Little did we know, the stay far exceeded anything we imagined, so much so that we extended our stay for three more days, reluctant to leave so soon. The hotel's location is perfect. Nestled in a bustling area of Hankou, it somehow maintains a serene tranquility. A subway station is right outside, offering convenient access to all parts of the city. It was incredibly easy to walk to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, the Yangtze River beachfront, the artsy old streets of Li Huangpi Road, and the retro alleys of Xian'anfang. Whether we were heading to Yellow Crane Tower, Hubei Provincial Museum, or taking the subway to transfer to the Optics Valley Skyrail, our entire itinerary was smooth and stress-free, saving us a lot of travel time and making our trip with the kids exceptionally relaxed. What truly impressed us wasn't just the location, but the hotel's meticulous and warm service, from top to bottom. No matter how late we returned from our excursions, the front desk staff always greeted us with a gentle smile and a polite, warm demeanor. The catering staff in the buffet restaurant constantly monitored the food supply, replenishing dishes as soon as they were empty. The food was abundant and fresh, never appearing depleted or carelessly prepared. The housekeeping aunties were genuinely warm and sincere, showing kindness in every small detail. Wuhan in summer is scorching hot, with oppressive heat everywhere. Yet, the thoughtful details throughout this hotel made our family feel completely at home in this 'furnace city,' truly experiencing the warmth of hospitality. They proactively offered guests exclusive member discounts for extended stays, which was incredibly practical and thoughtful. The air conditioning was turned on in our room beforehand, so we were greeted with a cool oasis upon entering. Complimentary bottled water and portable energy packs were provided. There was even a handwritten, heartfelt note in the room, every word chosen with care. These little things continuously filled our trip with warmth and感動 (a sense of being deeply moved). After several days of travel, we weren't just captivated by Wuhan's vibrant streetscapes but also deeply touched by the dedicated and passionate spirit of the staff here. Such thoughtful, meticulous, and attentive service is undoubtedly the result of the hotel management team's consistent training and rigorous refinement. While few jobs last a lifetime, the sense of responsibility, warmth, and patience learned in this role will become a valuable asset in their future lives. This trip allowed us to see stunning landscapes, experience the city's pulse, and gain unique life insights. We felt a strong sense of reluctance to leave, lingering over the scenery of Wuhan, this river city, and even more so over the unexpected warmth we encountered on this journey."

Age House 1927 Hotel is located on Li Huangpi Road in Jiang'an District, hidden within a century-old building that is even older than the Ba Gong Old House. Its predecessor was the vault of the Russo-Chinese Bank dating back to 1896, and it was transformed into a distinctive hotel. In 1927, Soong Ching Ling once resided here, and the hotel's name was derived from this. We firmly believe that every building bears its own unique story of the past, and our mission is to convey these accumulated memories to every guest who visits. Here, historical charm and modern style blend seamlessly. The hotel features a riverside terrace and an executive lounge, from where you can enjoy the vast and misty view of the city by the river. The 24-hour 8-to-1 dedicated butler service ensures that your stay is always comfortable and personalized. No matter what time you wake up, you can enjoy a warm breakfast delivered to your room, and afternoon tea and late-night snacks can be provided at any time. The one-on-one free travel outfit change and photo shoot service allows you to capture unique moments with the century-old building as your backdrop. The hotel has 23 guest rooms, each named after a century-old building within a one-kilometer radius. Inside each room, there is an introduction to the "past and present" of the corresponding building. The staggered height design on each floor and the custom tea sets for each room are all thoughtfully crafted. The guest room amenities are carefully selected according to star standards, preserving the historical features of the original building while integrating modern comforts. There is also a free laundry and dry cleaning service, adding more convenience and comfort to your journey. What we create is not just a hotel, but a window to experience Wuhan's culture. Every guest who steps into this place becomes an indispensable part of our story. We meticulously craft every detail to ensure that in the heart of the city, every guest falls in love with Wuhan because of this hotel and retains a memorable experience worth cherishing.

"I stayed here for four nights, and my overall experience was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wuhan! **Amazing Location:** It's super close to Bagong Mansion and the Yangtze River, just a few minutes' walk away. All the dining, drinking, and entertainment options you could want are nearby, making getting around incredibly convenient. The rooftop terrace offers great river views by day, and transforms into a bar at night with live singers and stunning nightscapes. We received complimentary signature cocktails upon check-in, and we also ordered beer and cigars. There was even a bubble machine blowing bubbles, creating an incredible atmosphere! **Super Comfortable Stay:** Our room was cleaned daily, and amenities were replenished. They offer free laundry and drying service for clothes. The bedding was incredibly soft and skin-friendly. I prefer a higher pillow, and after switching to the buckwheat and latex pillows, I slept incredibly soundly. The most pleasant surprise was the soundproofing – despite being on a street, it wasn't noisy at all. It was very quiet at night, ensuring excellent rest. **Flawless Service Details:** The check-in process at the 7th-floor front desk felt very ceremonial; you get to retrieve your room key from a safe yourself. Check-out was quick and easy, just hand the room card to the staff on the 1st floor. A special shout-out to the sales manager, who was super nice and provided one-on-one service. They proactively shared local sightseeing routes and recommended several old-school restaurants popular with locals, and every single one was a hit! Plus, the daily afternoon tea and late-night snacks were never repeated, and there was so much food we couldn't possibly finish it all. In short, this stay had absolutely no shortcomings. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Wuhan and won't hesitate to recommend it to my friends!"

"This hotel is located in a bustling area, yet the rooms are surprisingly quiet, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. There's even a shopping mall right downstairs. The room was clean and tidy. The cleaning lady (I forgot her name, but she cleaned room 1322) was very warm and attentive. She replenished our water, changed our towels, and replaced the trash bags, always with a smile. The front desk staff, particularly Xiao Wu, was also very welcoming. She greeted us proactively, asked about our stay, and even gave us a small gift. My only minor complaints are regarding the room facilities. Firstly, the floors in both bathrooms are elevated, with the threshold stone being about three to five centimeters higher than the carpet in the bedroom. There were no warning stickers, making it easy to trip when entering and exit. Secondly, the master bedroom's large bed is next to a wardrobe, and the entire wardrobe door is a large mirror, which was disturbing to sleep next to and quite startling when waking up in the middle of the night. Thirdly, the room lighting was too dim. Adding a main light fixture would better suit modern needs."

"I had to stay one night in Wuhan and wanted a hotel with convenient transportation, good food, and shopping nearby. This hotel met all my needs for a half-day stopover. From the airport, Metro Line 2 goes directly to the hotel building entrance, which is extremely convenient. The entire building houses five hotels on different floors. Atour's front desk is on the 56th floor, and all rooms offer high-level views. The hotel is close to Hankou Street and the Art Museum, making it lively and convenient. Downstairs, there's a convenience store and a souvenir supermarket – a paradise for young girls! Nearby, you'll find popular spots like Cha Yan Yue Se, crayfish restaurants, and lotus root soup, with a whole street dedicated to food. The hotel's main entrance is under construction, so taking a taxi isn't very convenient, but the metro is the best way to get around and ensures a timely arrival at the airport. The room itself was clean and minimalist, typical of Atour, with comfortable bedding and towels. I chose a river-view room, and while it faced the river directly, the view wasn't as spectacular or brightly lit as the one from the restaurant area; it was a bit ordinary. The room size was also just average. The hotel's service, however, deserves the highest praise. When I used the laundry room, they proactively folded my clothes and delivered them to my room. The clothes came back fragrant and soft, perfectly solving the hassle of doing laundry on a humid day."

"Tracing the footsteps of a great leader. This isn't just a hotel; it's a living piece of modern history. From 1953 to 1974, Chairman Mao Zedong stayed here 48 times, with his longest visit lasting 178 days. Aside from Beijing's Zhongnanhai, this was where the great leader spent the most time, earning it the nickname ”Hubei's Zhongnanhai.” Strolling along the tree-lined paths of Meiling, with ancient trees towering overhead and a gentle breeze blowing from the lake, one can almost hear the echoes of the era when grand plans were forged here."

The 1,600-square-meter column-free grand ballroom is an ideal venue for high-end banquets, romantic weddings, and various social and business events.

"We chose this hotel for our family trip, and the stay far exceeded our expectations, especially thanks to Xiao Cheng at the front desk. We had pre-booked a family queen room, and at check-in, due to a room allocation adjustment, Xiao Cheng, upon learning we were traveling with two young children, proactively offered a free upgrade to a family bunk bed suite without any extra charge, which was a delightful surprise. The layout of this family suite was very practical, with a queen bed for adults and bunk beds for the kids. The children were incredibly excited to see the bunk beds and had a blast climbing up and down. The room was equipped with special toiletries for children, anti-slip slippers, and even had corner protectors, showing great attention to detail. The overall space was open, with the living area large enough to comfortably place our luggage, allowing adults to relax and children to play without disturbing each other in the evening. The window didn't face the main road, so it was very quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. Xiao Cheng handled the check-in process efficiently, thoughtfully explained the suite's amenities, and provided genuinely sincere service throughout. Traveling with kids can be stressful, and this thoughtful upgrade saved us the cost of booking a separate family room, while the room's comfort was excellent. Both the service and the room type are very suitable for family travel. If we visit this area again with family, this will definitely be our first choice."

"This is a really nice hotel! I stayed at two Sheratons on this trip, and both were excellent. The service truly stands out. The security guards at the entrance were all very polite and professional. The hotel even offered complimentary breakfast for my child and supper at the executive lounge. Our butler was also incredibly kind, always asking what services we needed. I definitely prefer big-brand hotels; the service, bedding, and overall sense of relaxation are just completely different. The breakfast was absolutely delicious – hot dry noodles, beef noodles, and guokui, among others, were all so satisfying! If I go to Wuhan again, I'll definitely choose a Sheraton. It left a lasting impression! Despite a lot of guests, you wouldn't know it when you're in your room at night. No matter how carefully you listen, you won't hear anyone in the surrounding rooms – it's incredibly quiet, ensuring great sleep quality! The location is also excellent, very close to Hankou Railway Station, and directly downstairs are Wanda Plaza and a supermarket. I also want to commend the hotel lobby for having a photo exhibition area called 'Wuhan Memories.' I think this shows the hotel's respect and understanding for this glorious city. I spent a long time looking at every single photo with my child, learning about the history. I personally found it to be a wonderful touch!"

As a loyal fan of Ascott and Somerset, I previously stayed at the Somerset on Wusheng Road, and this time I tried a new Somerset location – it was truly fantastic! The room was spacious and brand new, decorated in my preferred minimalist European style, and the heating was excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. Future City is right downstairs, with a Yonghui Supermarket and subway access, making it convenient to get anywhere.

An absolutely fantastic hostel! Cleanliness: Very clean. Common Areas: Spacious, with people singing, a pool table, board game area, and a study room – really great. Location: Excellent, right on Dacheng Road, with lots of delicious food options. Very close to Wuchang Station. Everything was great overall. Just a couple of small suggestions: The windowless 6-bed dorm and the study room had a bit of a strong odor. It was much better after I switched to a 4-bed dorm with a window. I suggest airing these areas out more often. The room itself was a bit small; two people could barely stand side-by-side in the aisle, it was really quite cramped. The drying area was also tiny. I often heard the owner holding meetings with staff in the common area, which was a bit disruptive. The staff themselves were very good, though. And most importantly, could you please install doors on every shower stall?! Just having curtains really makes one feel insecure!!!

This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly. The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

I booked it for two consecutive days and I was very happy. First of all, the proprietress was warm and thoughtful. After adding WeChat, she sent me nearby food and transportation attractions, etc. It can be said that there are questions and answers. I should have checked in at 2 o'clock. I came out of the Yellow Crane Tower in advance and there was no place to go. I wanted to lie down quickly. It was too hot outside Wuhan. After contacting the proprietress, she immediately promised me that she could free up the room for me at 11:30, and intimately asked the aunt to turn on the air conditioner for me in advance. At that time, I really felt that I had saved my life! Entering the room, I was particularly happy. The floor-to-ceiling window was the Pazhou Bridge and the vast Yangtze River. The scenery was great! I immediately felt a lot refreshed. Without saying a word, put water in the bath, taste the aroma, soak in the bathtub, and enjoy the beautiful scenery outside the window. It is very comfortable! In the evening, I went to the nearby alley to eat. There are many restaurants and stalls along the way, which is very convenient for eating and drinking! When I finally checked out, the proprietress repeatedly asked me to pay attention to the heat prevention and cooling, and I felt warm in my heart! Since I lived for two days and I took a taxi to the place I wanted to go back and forth, I had no say in the traffic! In short, a very good experience, thank you boss!

The hotel's location is excellent, right by the riverside in Jiang'an District. It's surrounded by bustling streets and alleys like Li Huangpi Road, full of local delicacies such as hot dry noodles and Hubei cuisine. Along the street, you can visit famous architectural sites like the Soong Ching-ling Former Residence. In the evenings, a walk along the river is incredibly refreshing and pleasant. The room felt much larger than its estimated 46 square meters. The original design was simple yet practical, with a very reasonable layout and a bright overall color scheme that made me feel relaxed and happy. Upon check-in, the front desk proactively upgraded me to a deluxe room with a partial river view, which was a delightful surprise. This hotel was the best experience and offered the best value among the four hotels I stayed at during my trip from Changsha to Wuhan. Five-star rating, a big thanks to the front desk and service staff. Just one small suggestion: the spin dryer in the swimming pool changing room should ideally be replaced. It takes over an hour to dry clothes, and the effect isn't great. I'd also recommend replacing the bath towels.

The hotel's location is quite good, making it convenient to get everywhere. The rooms are a bit small and the facilities aren't new. The price was acceptable during the Chinese New Year period, but the room's cleanliness really impacted our stay. There were spills that hadn't been wiped up, the trash hadn't been emptied, and the water glasses had mold spots. When we contacted the front desk, the staff said they were too busy because of Chinese New Year and could only address it the next day. The parking lot is very small, but the parking attendant was enthusiastic and had a good service attitude. The soundproofing was decent, and breakfast was just okay.

I come here every time I want a good night's sleep on a business trip. The rooms are well lit and ventilated. You can get a few parking tickets if you stay for a few days. The rooms are comfortable and reasonably priced. It's the most cost-effective nearby. If you go to a chain hotel, it will cost you at least a hundred more.
