Rezen Hotel Jiuzhaigou Qianhe

Jiuzhaigou Qianhe Lijing Hotel (Visitor Center Branch) was a pleasant surprise. The overall decor is elegant and grand, with complete facilities, and the staff are professional and attentive. After checking in, the butler proactively came to communicate. The hotel's location is excellent, with a variety of dining options directly opposite, and it's within walking distance to the scenic area, making travel very convenient. If I visit Jiuzhaigou again, I would still choose this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located 2 km from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area and offers a shared shuttle service to the park in the mornings. The direct bus to Huanglong Jiuzhai Station and Huanglong Scenic Area stops at the parking lot of the Xingyu Hotel, right next door, which is very convenient. My room was upgraded, it was clean, though the soundproofing could be better. The hotel staff were enthusiastic and proactively sent us maps of the scenic area. The food at the Yak Song Restaurant was delicious. Overall, it offers good value for money.

I stayed for two nights, and the housekeeper and front desk staff were warm and attentive. They responded to all my inquiries immediately. When my child ordered takeout and missed the call, the staff found it and delivered it to our room. We also got a free shuttle ride to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area entrance.

We chose this hotel after reading many objective reviews from previous guests. We arrived around 12 PM, and the front desk staff kindly upgraded us to a room on the second floor facing the inner courtyard (the second floor is drier, a good height, and rooms facing the courtyard are quieter than those facing the street). We had planned to revisit the park, so in the afternoon, we explored the attractions below Shuzheng Qunhai. In the evening, we had a 2-person yak hotpot set meal at the hotel for 190, which was authentic and more than we could finish. Unexpectedly, around 2 AM, I experienced altitude sickness with chest tightness and couldn't sleep. Worried about potential issues, I decided to cancel the rest of our trip. The front desk then helped us arrange a car to Huanglong Jiuzhai Station to catch the first high-speed train back to Chengdu. I'm especially grateful to the front desk for communicating with Trip.com regarding the refund (we had purchased a two-night group coupon). Their environment and service are truly excellent, and I highly recommend staying here. I also want to seriously warn tourists with pre-existing heart conditions to be cautious when traveling to high-altitude areas. Jiuzhai is beautiful, but your body needs to be compatible with the altitude!

If you're going to Jiuzhaigou, you absolutely must stay at this hotel. It's incredibly convenient, has great service, is very quiet, and super clean. The air is fantastic too! Plus, it feels very safe ✌️, highly recommended! It's close to the scenic area 👌 and offers great value for money - ̗̀(๑ᵔ⌔ᵔ๑) I'll definitely stay here again next time.

I can't believe how lucky I got with this hotel booking! 😁 This was my first time booking a hotel in Jiuzhaigou, and I hit the jackpot. The hotel is brand new and spotless. The room comes with 4 bottles of water, and housekeeping cleans daily. The staff are incredibly friendly and proactively added me on WeChat as my personal concierge. Plus, it includes a shuttle service to the scenic area. The breakfast is rich and nutritious, truly on par with five-star hotels in the area. All in all, thumbs up, thumbs up, thumbs up!

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel environment was expansive and bright. A butler came to help with our luggage even before we reached the entrance, and thoughtfully offered hot tea. After check-in at the front desk, the butler again assisted with our bags and escorted us to our room. They were very responsive to all our questions, providing exceptional service that truly made us feel at home. For dinner, you can enjoy a yak meat hotpot at the restaurant on the first floor, and breakfast offers a rich and varied selection.

The service was excellent, and they even offered shared rides to scenic spots. I couldn't make it back in time for check-out, but they kindly helped organize my luggage. The stay was fantastic; I highly recommend experiencing it. The lobby decor was unique, and the breakfast was delicious.

The surrounding area offers convenient transportation, with dining and shopping options close by. My sleep quality was excellent, making for a comfortable and peaceful stay. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel and is highly recommended. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again.
