The hotel's location is excellent! It's right in the heart of Wuyi Square IFS, making it super convenient for transportation and surrounded by tons of shops. The hotel facilities are really unique, and the staff are all incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful.

Jeremy provided exceptional service throughout my stay, from the check-in instructions to the efficient and thoughtful check-out arrangements. The hotel's interior design is equally outstanding, featuring a dopamine-inducing color palette throughout. The guest rooms primarily use four main colors, including cobalt blue and emerald green. Even the floor numbers in the elevators are creatively crafted from chopsticks in different colors, showcasing impressive design ingenuity.

The front office manager, Jeremy, provided excellent and thorough service. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all the hotel's facilities and patiently explained everything. The hotel's theme is 'a delightful encounter with art,' and this is evident from the vibrant, stylish, and avant-garde decor to the room designs. The new art installations, visible everywhere, are truly dazzling.

Facilities: The room design is modern and stylish, with great color coordination. Cleanliness: Spotless, and the cleaning lady was very welcoming. Environment: Right above IFS at Wuyi Square, super convenient location. Service: The staff were very friendly, especially Hans, who was great. I'll definitely come back next time!

This is my go-to hotel every time I visit Changsha. You can take the subway directly from Changsha South Station to the hotel, and it's located in a bustling area with plenty of shopping, dining, and fitness options. The front desk and housekeeping staff are very responsive, and the rooms are clean and tidy. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Changsha.

This time in Changsha, I experienced the unique MAKH Hotel, part of the Wharf portfolio. Its style is completely different from Marco Polo. The hotel's overall design is avant-garde with artistic color blocking, making it perfect for young people! The hotel is located right above Wuyi Square, offering an excellent and very convenient location. Great value for money! Jeremy at the front desk provided excellent service. Highly recommend!!!

Stayed here again after a year, and the quality is still consistently excellent. The turndown service was very thoughtful. The location is superb, right inside IFC, which is incredibly convenient. Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, and what's rare is that the quality is consistently high across all items. They also have a complimentary à la carte menu with unlimited orders, which is fantastic! 👍

The hotel is new with a well-thought-out design. It's very clean, and the service is attentive. The location is central, and Huangxing Street is very close by.

The front desk service was absolutely terrible. They charged me a deposit, a guarantee fee, and the room rate, and the staff themselves seemed confused about their own policies. The soundproofing was also awful; I was woken up multiple times throughout the night. Anyone considering staying here will regret it. If you want to experience the attitude of an unfriendly front desk, then by all means, come check it out 😊!
