Very good, super convenient for getting around. I'd definitely stay here again next time. The only thing was the mirror wasn't cleaned properly; there were some splash marks from the previous guest's toiletries, which was pretty noticeable. But overall, I'm very satisfied.

Traveling to Wuhan, I booked the Octonauts-themed family room for my child, and they absolutely loved it. The separate small bed was very comfortable. The room faced Chu River Han Street directly, and the night view outside the window was beautiful with all the bright lights. The hotel environment is great, the lobby murals are incredibly grand, the room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. Our butler, Lisa, provided thoughtful and meticulous service. This is definitely my top recommendation for hotels in Wuhan.

Had a fantastic stay! The hotel's location is superb, right next to Chu River Han Street and the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The jade mural in the lobby is stunning and grand, and our room was spacious, tidy, with soft and comfy bedding. The soundproofing was excellent too. The butler service was attentive and professional, always there to help with anything we needed. Breakfast offered a great variety of authentic dishes. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Wuhan!

The hotel stay was great! The room was spacious, and the East Lake view was beautiful. Eve was very attentive. It was a perfect trip, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Convenient location, the hotel's ambiance is fantastic, and the lobby is very grand. The room offers a great view. SKP mall is right across the street, so dining and shopping are a breeze. Liona provided excellent service, being both warm and professional. Overall, a great stay.

The hotel's amenities are indeed luxurious, with comfortable bedding, massage chairs, and bathtubs all readily available. Its location is also very convenient for getting to Chu River and Han Street. However, the breakfast selection is a bit ordinary for a hotel of this caliber, and the executive lounge offerings are just so-so. Furthermore, the butler service seemed a bit chaotic, with different people repeatedly calling to upsell room upgrades and zongzi (rice dumplings). There's a slight discrepancy between the details and its positioning.
