An absolutely amazing hotel. I think it’s the best one we’ve ever stayed at. Everything is clean, incredibly beautiful, and cozy. The reception staff are friendly, and the breakfasts are delicious. This place has everything you need for a great trip. My husband and I don’t speak Chinese, and the staff helped us with everything — ordering room service, showing us the way to the laundry, and they even upgraded our room for free and gave us a drink and fruit platter voucher for our anniversary. It was such a sweet gesture, and we were genuinely impressed and happy with our stay. 🫠🥰

The hotel service, the location, the breakfast were all outstanding. From the gentleman who helped me with my luggage and my breakfast to the front desk. This is the best hotel that I ever stayed for my trip in China

1. Best location. Close to a lot of attractions, like yellow crane tower, Hubuxiang, Changing daqiao, etc.
2. Best service. The front desk ladies are very welcoming. They even provide free laundry services, including washing, dring, and folding your clothes!
3. Well designed room with all the intelligent facilities. Very clean.
4. Robot service is a bonus, too.

Wow! Impressive customer service at this boutique hotel. Unique, artistic designs that are visually pleasing, including the food presentation. There are coupons for DiDi discounts, and the WeChat communication is fantastic, and so is the robot. Kudos to the hardworking staff!

Chic hotel with amazing aesthetics, super nice staff and comfortable rooms. The cafe serves high quality and tasty food. I will come back in the future for sure.

This is a wonderful hotel, just one block from the river. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were extremely helpful. I also loved the decor in the room and in the breakfast room.

The cleanliness is the highlight of this hotel, definitely one of the cleanest places I stayed at. The location was not the closest to the metro station, but taking taxi is cheap in Wuhan, so this was no issue. Right across the street there are shops, coffee and a few decent restaurants and the river is 2 min walk down the road - great place for an evening walk and a drink.
