The Ritz-Carlton, Wuhan

On a trip to Jiangcheng, I was greeted by a breathtaking view from above. From my window, I watched the river flow gently as the city lights twinkled on one by one, creating an incredibly atmospheric scene. The guest services team was exceptionally attentive and considerate, showing genuine care in every small detail, leaving me with a wonderfully memorable travel experience.

This was my second Ritz-Carlton stay, after Sanya. Before my arrival, the concierge proactively reached out via WeChat, providing detailed information about the hotel and its surroundings. Upon arrival, staff immediately helped with my luggage and even offered to deliver it to my room. During check-in, they kindly asked if I needed a late checkout and extended it until 3 PM, which was absolutely fantastic! 👍 The high-rise lobby offers breathtaking views, with the city skyline and river stretching as far as the eye can see. Although it's a newly opened hotel, there were no strange odors in the room. The decor and lighting directly opposite the entrance immediately caught my eye. The bedding was very comfortable, and the amenities were from Diptyque, ensuring quality. Welcome fruits were provided, and turndown service included a thoughtful local cultural refrigerator magnet. For in-room dining, I ordered a burger and beef noodles, both of which were delicious. The most memorable part of breakfast was the cold brew – truly refreshing on a summer day. Upon checkout, they generously let me keep the room key card as a souvenir. If I ever have the chance to bring my family to Wuhan again, I'll definitely stay here.

The room was fantastic. Angus from the Executive Lounge was waiting for us on the first floor when we checked in. The next morning, he even asked how we slept and if we had breakfast. A lamp on my in-room dining table wasn't working the night before, and he had it fixed by breakfast the next day. He even went to the room to confirm the repair was complete. In the afternoon, he helped me arrange a car to go out. He was off on the third day, which was my check-out day, but he had a colleague send me a small gift. In fact, all the staff in the Executive Lounge team had excellent service attitudes, greeting us proactively and speaking softly. When we checked out, they even walked us to the elevator. The food in the Executive Lounge was also delicious; my son said it was second only to the Ritz-Carlton in Nanjing. It was a holiday that day, and after dinner, they even gave me a bouquet of flowers, which made me very happy, and I took photos. Back in the room, they also sent a fruit platter. All in all, the Ritz-Carlton will definitely be my first choice when I come to Wuhan!

The hotel team was very professional, and the high-rise hotel offered outstanding views overlooking the Yangtze River. The facilities were fully equipped. Overall, the stay was very pleasant, and the service process met the standards for a hotel of this caliber. You can really feel the excellent hospitality of the Ritz-Carlton; it's not as bad as some online reviews suggest and is definitely worth experiencing.

An experience that exceeded my expectations. Camellia, the Lounge Manager, called in advance to inquire about my check-in needs, and was always actively assisting me with any issues online after I shared my contact information. During my stay, the Lounge Manager and the other staff members in the lounge provided warm, meticulous, and very thoughtful service. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Wuhan. Highly recommended!

Excellent. The breakfast staff provided great service, and the breakfast spread was extensive, with both Chinese and Western options being delicious.

I've previously stayed at Niccolo Chengdu and Park Hyatt Changsha, both of which I was highly satisfied with in terms of location, facilities, and service. Now, I can add The Ritz-Carlton Wuhan to that list. This hotel opened in March this year, which I wasn't aware of until after I'd booked two nights at the Marriott. To experience The Ritz-Carlton Wuhan, I extended my trip by an extra night and rebooked my flight. Located above the International Finance Centre, it's just a few blocks from Hankou Riverside. I stayed on the 52nd floor, offering panoramic river views, and the evening light show was truly delightful. The bathroom runs parallel to the bedroom, also featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, so you can enjoy the river view even while showering or bathing. The service was warm and attentive; they proactively asked if I needed a late check-out, and the turndown service included a steam eye mask.

The panoramic king room at the Wuhan Ritz-Carlton was a fantastic experience! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered an expansive view, with the river and city skyline all visible, and excellent natural light. The room design was elegant, the bedding comfortable, and the bathroom amenities high-end. The service was as warm and attentive as ever, and the check-in process was smooth. They even have robots to deliver takeout to your room, which is quite rare in luxury hotels – I really recommend this becoming more widespread 😁

The room was very clean and new, with great views. The staff were very kind and enthusiastic, offering a welcome fruit plate. All our requests were met, and they even offered room service delivery.
