Overall, I'm quite satisfied. The room is spacious, the outdoor view is lovely, and the service is excellent. It's very close to scenic spots, with a pedestrian street right downstairs. You can even see Elephant Trunk Hill clearly from here. The handmade crafts are also unique.

The room facilities were excellent, clean and comfortable. What truly stood out was the personalized service. Upon check-in, the staff provided a detailed introduction to both the room and nearby attractions. Every staff member I encountered at the hotel greeted me warmly, making me feel truly at home.

All the photos were taken in my room and on the hotel rooftop, showcasing the beautiful scenery. The hotel is super close to several famous attractions, and I could even see Elephant Trunk Hill and the Twin Pagodas from my room. The room itself was clean and well-equipped, complete with a mini-bar and welcome fruit. The service was excellent, and the hotel's dishes were quite refined. Although the bar didn't have a huge cocktail selection, the bartender made some delicious drinks. Breakfast was also good. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and a great start to my Guilin trip.

Very clean and cozy. The location is central, close to attractions. We had a view of the Two Rivers and Four Lakes, and the Sun and Moon Pagodas right outside our window. I especially want to thank the hotel's front desk staff. On April 30th, at 5 AM, two days after we had already checked out and were staying at another hotel, our child developed a fever. We needed to buy medicine, but our delivery hadn't arrived. I contacted the hotel lobby staff for help, and they were incredibly kind and helpful. Compared to the other hotel, their service was many times warmer and more considerate. I sincerely thank the staff member on duty that day. Later, because the issue was resolved in Yangshuo, they even helped us return the medicine. Their thoughtfulness was exceptional.

A great hotel with a fantastic environment and beautiful views. You can see the Twin Pagodas right from the window, and I didn't even want to close the curtains at night. We also enjoyed an exclusive travel photography experience, intangible cultural heritage handicraft activities, and a Guilin-themed stamp collection.

The hotel service is exceptional, and they even offer intangible cultural heritage experiences. Breakfast is extensive, and the river view rooms are absolutely stunning – you can see the Sun and Moon Pagodas right from your room. Spending a bit extra for the river view is definitely worth it! The hotel has a swimming pool, gym, and laundry room. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and the large bathtub is perfect for a relaxing soak. The rooftop terrace is amazing for photos and you can even grab a coffee there. What a delightful experience, I'd love to stay here again next time I visit.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to get around; Zheng Yang Street is right outside. The service was also great – they even offer airport pick-up for a two-night stay, which is fantastic. The elevator is really smart, voice-controlled even! Our room was clean, comfortable, and felt quite new. The room with a view was particularly pleasant. I didn't have time to join the intangible cultural heritage craft experience, but the hotel still gave me a souvenir and an intangible cultural heritage gift, which made the experience even better! The only minor downsides were that breakfast wasn't very varied, and the slippers were a bit too big, making it easy to twist an ankle. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

This was by far the most comfortable hotel we stayed at during our trip to Guilin and Yangshuo. Since we were traveling with elderly people, we wanted to minimize walking, and from our room, we could see Elephant Trunk Hill, Chuanshan Park, and the Sun and Moon Pagodas. The location was incredibly convenient; we could even watch the waterfall at night. The hotel staff were all very polite and always willing to help. Our room was bright and clean, and the breakfast was delicious too.
