Hidden deep in Xingping's mountains, this century-old house became a repository of sweet memories from my daughter's graduation trip. Our biggest surprise during my daughter's kindergarten graduation trip was stumbling upon this guesthouse nestled in the mountains. It's not just a place to stay; it feels more like a century-old home gently embraced by time. The weathered blue-grey brick walls whisper tales of years gone by, while the wooden beams and window frames still bear the imprints of a bygone era. The scattered dark tiles seem to catch every sunrise, sunset, and cloud formation the mountains have to offer. From a dilapidated old farmhouse to its current incarnation as a courtyard house boasting both a Western restaurant and bar, as well as a Chinese restaurant, it has shed its former roughness while preserving its most precious original charm. What truly touched me was the service. When we wanted to go to the county town at night, the owner not only promptly helped us arrange a taxi but was also incredibly warm and helpful. The guesthouse's ambiance is also incredibly photogenic; my daughter took so many pictures she loved, her smile even brighter than the mountain sunshine. This wasn't just a stay; it was like a conversation with the past. It's definitely one of my favorite guesthouses I've ever stayed in. Thank you for tenderly restoring this old house and for making our journey so warm and memorable.

Recommended by a friend, the environment and landscaping are really thoughtfully designed. The kids spent hours playing in the outdoor pool and with the canoes. In the evening, there was even a roasted sweet potato experience. Definitely worth another visit!

I had a very comfortable stay and the service was excellent. The Western restaurant is definitely worth trying, the dishes are meticulously prepared. The coffee was also delicious. The photographer at the guesthouse took some amazing photos of me, truly 'life-changing' pictures, which I absolutely love. I had wonderful conversations with everyone at the guesthouse; they were all friendly, gentle, relaxed, but maintained a comfortable sense of professionalism. It's very quiet here, perfect for a vacation during the off-peak season. I will definitely come back again. Thank you for providing me with such a wonderful holiday! ❤️

This century-old house, with its gray brick walls, subtly reveals the passage of time. The courtyard, adorned with green bricks and dark tiles, features carp swimming gracefully. Opening the window, you're greeted with a rich, layered view of the mountains. Located within the Li River scenic area, it offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. The staff are incredibly responsive and the Chinese food is excellent. Definitely worth staying here!

The century-old house is absolutely beautiful, not a single misleading photo – it looks exactly like the pictures! The room was spacious and clean, the courtyard was stunning, and the pool was also incredibly tasteful. The pick-up and drop-off service was a huge plus, no worries about finding the place. Breakfast was clearly homemade, and even better, their Western food was superb! It's also worth mentioning that the owner doesn't have a dog, which is incredibly rare and a huge relief for someone like me who is afraid of dogs! Felt completely safe and secure!

Room: The room is so spacious. Each room seems to have its own tub. The room is so clean and spacious, I have no complaints. I slept so well. What takes it over the top is that there is an adapter which can take most types of international plugs. The washrooms are so nice and luxe. The shower is perfect. You feel like royalty every time you step into the washroom. Amenities: - The whole estate is so large, with diverse sections, each beautifully built. The whole layout is incredible and beautifully designed. - The pool against the backdrop of the majestic mountains and the sound of nature, especially the birds, is amazing. - There is an outdoor laundry room. I really love that it is an indoor-outdoor vibe. - There is a really cool treehouse and near it are exotic birds you can see up close - There is a bonfire you can use every night and cook sweet potatoes which they provide..amazing - There are scooters right in their parking lot you can rent at any time - There is a respective Western and Chinese restaurant serving diverse foods and drinks (including alcoholic). Not only are the foods amazing, the hot Americano is just as good. The Staff: - The owner and staff are all phenomenal people. They are so friendly, welcoming, hospitable, and helpful. They made me feel right at home. - They were so attentive to my needs at any moment. I am truly so grateful to each and every one. The Location: There is not much to say here because the view speaks for itself. But it's also close to a "downtown" which is the Xingping Ancient Town. You can get there by renting a scooter for cheap with the help of the staff here. By scooter it only takes 15-20 minutes depending on your skill level. There are so many activities you can do in in Yangshuo, and the guesthouse can help arrange any of them. I really appreciate the pamphlet they send out which immediately gives an overview of what activities you can do and they can help you with any of them! Overall: This place is phenomenal. It is perfect for families, solo travelers, business travelers, couples, and all different travelers. It has everything you need. A Western restaurant, Chinese restaurant, both of which serve amazing food and various types of drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). You can rent scooters right outside the building. There is a laundry room. There are even exotic birds in the garden! There is a treehouse, there is a pool, all enveloped by a majestic mountainous landscape. There is plenty of space to get your work done if you are a business traveler, but if you want to cruise around and explore, you can do so on foot or on scooter. If you don't want to find places to eat, the food here is right here for breakfast, lunch, and dinnner. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly, hospitable, and helpful in every aspect. They are really amazing people I won't forget!! I loved it so much here that I extended my stay here! Incredible value. You won't regret booking this guesthouse!!!

Choosing Dufuyayuan near the 20-yuan RMB scenic spot was truly an unexpected delight this time. This century-old house, converted into a guesthouse, perfectly captures an amazing ambiance. The ancient architecture combined with the greenery in the courtyard makes every spot picture-perfect. The guesthouse's overall cleanliness was impeccable. The bedding in the rooms was dry and soft, the bathrooms had no unpleasant odors, and even the corners were spotless. During our stay, the owner's service was exceptionally thoughtful; they proactively sent travel routes and local sightseeing guides before our arrival, and even provided helpful tips for purchasing tickets for the Yulong River bamboo raft. The guesthouse environment is serene, far from the noise of main road traffic. During the day, you can relax and cool off in the courtyard, and in the evening, you can enjoy distant views of the mountains and rivers. You can pre-order local farm-to-table dishes for all three meals; the ingredients are fresh and authentic, and the flavors are light and not greasy. The location is exceptionally convenient. You can walk directly to the banks of the Yulong River, avoiding the need to rush early in the morning. The overall accommodation experience far exceeded our expectations. It's an excellent base for family trips to Yangshuo, and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Yangshuo. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all travelers.

This was truly an experience that exceeded my expectations. First off, the front desk staff and other employees were incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all our questions and even proactively checking in on us – it felt wonderfully refreshing. Secondly, the food at the B&B was absolutely delicious! It had that amazing wok-hei flavor, especially good with rice, which more than made up for being a bit far from the main street. But precisely because of that, the surroundings of the B&B were stunning! We were even lucky enough to see peacocks and mynah birds flying in from next door, which was quite a treat! On top of that, the hotel also offered some entertainment, like a swimming pool, and they even lit a bonfire in the evenings. The B&B's shuttle service was also very convenient. All in all, it was a perfect experience, full of happy memories, and I'd love to come back again if I get the chance! Wishing them great success!

During the Daoguang period of the Qing Dynasty, around 200 years ago, the old residence of Yang Ziji, then governor of Guangdong and Guangxi, was transformed into a high-end museum homestay. The house is a unique green brick and wood structure in Guangxi. It is located on the bank of the Huangbu Reflection River, the most beautiful scenic spot in Yangshuo, and covers an area of 1800 square meters. Famous designers worked hard to build it, and completed it after two years of repair and renovation, while preserving the original style and layout of the house. The quadrangle courtyard is divided into a front courtyard, a middle courtyard, a back courtyard, and a middle hall Zuwu Museum and Laowu Bar. The village is known as Yangjia Village for its descendants of the Yang family.
"Sail against the current to Guilin and sail downstream to Guangzhou." Starting from a small town, follow the Lijiang River, connect Guilin and Hunan, connect the Central Plains, descend to Wuzhou and Guangdong, and reach overseas. With a hundred years of vicissitudes, this old house is reclusive among green waters and green mountains. She will welcome visitors from all directions with a new style and features. Together, we will come to this warm house, enjoy the pure and quiet nature, and savor the flavor of history. There are so many tourists and tourists who have taken the trouble to admire their names again and again. Obsolescence is actually a kind of beauty, which hoards years, culture, and history. This kind of beauty can only be viewed and cannot be copied.
