Amazing
GGrennHad a wonderful stay at Hyde Perth during our Perth trip. The service truly stood out from the moment we arrived. We reached at around 5am on 23 May, and the Night Duty Manager went above and beyond to help recommend a temporary accommodation for us at a nearby hotel while waiting for our room to be ready later in the day. It was a thoughtful gesture that really helped us rest after a long flight. He was also incredibly reassuring and helpful when our parcels were delayed, offering to assist with arranging shipment to our preferred address and easing a lot of our worries. The reception staffs were always warm, friendly, and approachable whenever we had questions, and housekeeping was attentive to all our requests throughout the stay. The room itself was spacious, lovely, and thoughtfully designed. We especially enjoyed the aesthetic of the hotel, and our room gave us a beautiful view of the sunrise every morning which made the stay feel even more relaxing. The location was another huge plus — conveniently situated within a short walk to the train station and nearby malls, making it very easy to get around Perth. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay at Hyde again the next time I return to Perth.

YYee11Stayed at Quest South Perth Foreshore during my Perth trip and truly enjoyed the experience. The location is excellent — right beside the beautiful foreshore with a direct ferry connection to Perth City. Taking the ferry across was convenient, scenic, and a fun way to get into the city. The apartment itself was clean, modern and very comfortable. I loved that the room came with a washing machine, which was super useful during travel. And for those booking a Studio (without an in-room machine), don’t worry — the hotel provides a free laundry room with washer and dryer on a first-come-first-served basis. Facilities were great too. The 24/7 gym access made it easy to get a quick workout anytime, and the hotel even has bicycles you can borrow to explore the neighbourhood — a really nice touch. If you’re driving, there are secure parking lots available at the property (chargeable per night), which adds convenience and peace of mind. Overall, a well-located, comfortable and thoughtful stay — highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone who prefers a quieter, scenic base just minutes from Perth City. 🌅🚲🏙️

CChachajiadehuluoboYou should definitely book a room on the sunset side to enjoy the views of yachts and the blue ocean. We booked a sunrise room, but it was separated from the sea by a road, so the view wasn't great. Parking costs 15 AUD per day. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are on the ground floor, while the two bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. This meant going up and down a lot, which was a bit inconvenient. The shower pressure was low, and there weren't enough trash cans, but thankfully we brought extra trash bags. Remember to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers, as the facilities are a bit dated but still clean. It's a convenient 10-minute walk to Pier B. It can get quite windy and chilly in the mornings and evenings. The surrounding restaurants are all pretty good.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel room wasn't huge, but the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was definitely the highlight, with Chinese, Western, and Indian options… truly something for everyone! 👍 On the other hand, what disappointed me most was the attitude of the front desk staff. The male employee at the front desk wasn't very friendly. I arrived in Perth on a very early flight, so I went to the hotel to store my luggage before heading into the city to explore. When I asked him about transportation, he didn't offer any real help, just told me to look at the street signs. On the day of my check-out, the same male employee was on duty. My flight was at 8:30 AM, so I didn't have time for breakfast, even though my room rate included it. When I asked if there was a grab-and-go breakfast service, he simply replied: ”No.” As a tourist, I found his attitude quite cold and completely lacking in customer service. 👎

SSimone PitcherBeautiful hotel in the heart of Fremantle. I advised the office when I booked it was mine and my partners anniversary. We arrived to a lovely bottle of Prosecco and a beautiful handwritten card! The only complaint I have is the abysmal breakfast. $72 for 2 people. Hot food was luke warm at best, the scrambled eggs were sloppy. Tried to eat but ended up not being able to stomach it. Really disappointing end to a wonderful stay.

GGuest UserThe host was incredibly kind and quick to respond to all my questions and requests. The accommodation itself was very cozy and comfortable. Having Cole Mart, cafes, and restaurants all nearby was super convenient. But the biggest highlight was being able to walk to the beach in under 3 minutes from the accommodation. It was perfect for staying with my 4-year-old child.

LLan_aI really liked the apartment; it has everything for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a dishwasher and oven. The washer and dryer are also a plus. It's very cozy and bright. However, the TVs are really old, only the TV, and the key card is constantly stuck. This is annoying in the elevator because you have to constantly insert it; it would be easier to just tap it. Sometimes the staff ignored my requests and didn't bring me what I wanted. The nearest store is at least a 15-minute walk away. It's a bit confusing at first, but after a few days you get used to it. Overall, I'm happy with my stay.

GgeorginaxoxoI had a great experience staying here before, so I booked again. This time, I arrived at the hotel late at night after a tiring flight. The front desk initially said they couldn't find my reservation. After searching for half an hour, they said they found it but claimed I had already checked in. I told them I was right there and hadn't checked in yet. They then spent another twenty minutes verifying. During all this, I contacted Trip.com customer service, who were very responsive and helpful; an agent quickly reached out to the hotel. However, the hotel staff were incredibly slow and inefficient. The whole check-in process took nearly an hour. It was a stark contrast to my previous, much better experience. Furthermore, on my last stay, they provided a full set of disposable amenities, but this time, there weren't even disposable slippers. I was just too tired in the middle of the night to bother looking for another hotel. Honestly, this service experience was really disappointing. The environment is actually good, and the location is right next to UWA. Getting to the city takes about ten minutes by taxi. Kudos to Trip.com's customer service; they were efficient even late at night and had an excellent attitude in resolving the issue!

AasfizinieI really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. I arrived in Perth beyond the normal check in time, but getting the key at night was easy as i have informed my late check in, in advance. The next day must go to the convenience store to make the deposit and get the parking permit and pay for parking. lron, washer dryer provided. Cleaning only once a week but can get top up for tea, coffee and toilet paper at the convenience store. Highly recommended place to stay and value for money. However, the one single bed in apartment 21 was not that comfy. Other than that, the stay was great.
