"The Quest Hotel in East Perth is close to everything is always super clean, smells so beautiful & fresh, the view from the rooms I have had the pleasure of staying in have been quite lovely, lots of room to move & the last room overlooked the WACCA & just so happened from the 12th floor the view of the fireworks was a suprise but a lovely distraction. Staff are very happy, very efficient & extremely friendly, helpful & accomadating nothing is too much of an ask for them to do & all done with a smile!"

Amazing
GGuest UserMy friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Personally, I loved the amenities — the Dyson hairdryer, BOSS speaker, full-length mirror, and the spacious area to get ready before heading out for the day. The overall room design was also beautiful and thoughtfully done. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Amazing
GGuest UserA distinctive hotel with a minimalist aesthetic, one that strives to have personalized service but perhaps overstretches what it can accomplish. Very spacious rooms, almost too spacious given the design features, unless one plans to entertain, and limitations in practical design—the one small table in my room was nearly three meters from a power outlet, making it a burden to keep a computer charged. I had an oddly unhelpful exchange with the concierge before arrival (as if I didn’t know how to use Google) and little subsequent support. On the pro side, the room was spotless and truly refreshed twice a day, and the breakfast was quite generous, the quality excellent. Indeed the restaurants were the real highlight—the beetroot risotto was wonderfully rich and flavorful, sweetness tempered by a generous addition of parmigiana. Yet overall, I think if I return to Perth I will try the Ritz Carleton.

Great
JJamieeXMy family and I were extremely satisfied with our stay at Crown Towers this time. The hotel is renowned for its luxurious facilities, top-notch service, and excellent location. The spacious rooms consistently delivered comfort and satisfaction.
Crown Towers Perth not only offers spacious rooms but also boasts a variety of entertainment and dining options, such as ******, a shopping mall, and various styles of restaurants, catering to the needs of diverse guests. Furthermore, its location is incredibly convenient, being near Perth city center's main attractions, making it easy for visitors to explore the city.
Crown Towers Perth is an integrated resort offering accommodation, entertainment, and leisure all in one. I personally highly recommend it.
MM252127****This was by far the most comfortable hotel during my trip to Western Australia. I originally booked two nights and thought it might be a waste of time, planning to leave a day earlier. However, after checking in, I absolutely didn't want to leave! The kitchen facilities in the room were excellent, and I spent two wonderful nights there. Especially enjoying breakfast on the small balcony overlooking the sea in the morning – it was simply idyllic!
CColin Koh YSWe booked a 2 bedrooms apt. It was spacious and clean. The floor are carpeted and there are aircon/heater in all the rooms. The nicest thing is we hv our own washer and dryer in the room.
The location is great and within walking distance to Fremantle mkt, the pier and most restaurants and eateries. My next trip to WA will be staying in Fremantle instead of Perth for sure.
TThe CaspersLovely older hotel with character. Our room suited us nicely, great bar and seating area, inside and out. Breakfast was delicious. My husband uses a small mobility scoot and the hotel is very accessible. The parking situation worried me initially but turned out to be easy. Best of all is the location. The pool looked great too.
AAnonymous UserClean and comfortable stay. Walkable to many shops and food outlets. The only gripe is that the paid parking is one street away.
The room is neat and clean. The dryer and washer are clean and well-maintained - surprised that the lint filter is clean and empty, unlike some accommodation that don't bother to empty it. Spare pillows provided in the cupboards if you need additional ones.
Would be good if a trash bin can be provided at the living area, and a drying rack for wet dishes.
Pleasant and helpful staff. Note that the front desk is open till 11pm only. For late arrivals, do inform them. We reached at about 8pm and none of the street parking outside the apartments was not available so it was cumbersome to move all our luggages along with our kids. The entrance is not barrier-free (3 small steps into the main door) so travellers with heavy luggages might require some help.
The building is secure with a tap access lock into the main door.

Very Good
GGuest UserBooked this room last minute due to an unexpected situation, and the process was super convenient. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but it's great for families with kids. It's also close to a supermarket, so grabbing breakfast essentials is quick and easy, which is a real plus.

AAmy AdventureWe stayed for 4 nights and overall the hotel felt more like a 3-star rather than a 4-star. During our stay, we ran out of soap and i asked three times, no one came to replace it until I personally asked the cleaner for a refill.
Our first room also had a cracked toilet seat with rough edges that actually scratched us, so we requested a room change.
In the second room, the room phone was not working, we went out for the day expecting it to be fixed, but nothing was done by the time we check out the hotel.
To be fair, the location is convenient and the staff are friendly, but the experience and maintenance standards did not reflect a 4-star rating. With improvements in housekeeping responsiveness and room upkeep, this hotel could offer a much better stay.
