GGuest UserCentrally located, it's convenient to get around everywhere. Parking is available in the public parking lot in the building across the street. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The front desk even gave a free ice cream and a small gift when they saw we had a child checking in, which made my little one very happy.

GGuest UserAlthough the hotel is a bit old, the facilities are very well-maintained, some even looking brand new. I read online that parking was $65, but that's actually just for the area in front of the hotel lobby. I asked a bellboy and found out there's a free parking lot not far behind the hotel, which was great! They also have a heated pool, but I was too tired to try it on my first day. The bed was incredibly comfortable! 😊

The cleanliness, however, is just so-so; the bath towels had noticeable black stains. On the first day, I ate takeout at the dining table, and when I returned the next evening, I found the oil stains were still there. The cleaning staff is not very thorough. Parking is $50 a night. Overall, it's great value for money. It's a 5-minute walk to the city, and there's a newly opened Mr. King Beef Noodle nearby which is pretty good.

GGuest Useri arrived around 10am. the staff was considerate to allow us for eraly check in. indeed we really need it after overnight flight. my son was comfortable staying in this hotel. walkable to murray street for grocery shopping, perth library and perth main train station. for muslims there are near to halal eateries like karache by sani , indonesian resto. strategic location and room size was good for 4 of us (2adults , 1toddler and 1 kid aged 6y). overall wonderful stay here

The accommodation itself was very cozy and comfortable.
Having Cole Mart, cafes, and restaurants all nearby was super convenient.
But the biggest highlight was being able to walk to the beach in under 3 minutes from the accommodation. It was perfect for staying with my 4-year-old child.

It’s easy to get around Perth city from here, everything is within walking distance.
The hotel smells nice, and they even allowed early check-in.
The checkout process was also easy.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Parking isn’t provided and you have to pay if you want to park, so it’s better to use public transport.
The room was clean and okay.
The bathroom was fine for getting ready, but not the type you would hang around in for long.
Overall, the staff were very nice and I had a pleasant stay.

That said, the hotel itself feels quite old and would really benefit from some renovations and updates. The rooms and facilities are clean and functional, but the décor and overall condition show their age. Despite this, I still enjoyed my stay. The staff were welcoming, and the comfort and convenience of the location made up for the dated interiors. With some modernization, this hotel could be excellent, but even as it is now, it offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay overall.
