Early Check-in at Jewel Changi Airport

You can drop bags from 3 to 24 hours before Flight Departure Time at Jewel Changi Early Check-in Facility, located at Level 1 of Jewel Changi Airport (excluding USA flights).

The Early Check-in Facility opens daily from 08:00AM to 11:59PM.

Jewel Changi Airport is located in the public area of Changi Airport, next to Terminal 1. It is directly connected to Terminal 1 and can also be reached from Terminals 2 and 3 via covered link bridges.

Get To Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 from the City

By MRT

Take the East-West Line (Green Line) to Changi Airport Station (CG2), located underground between Terminal 2 and Terminal 3. Exits A and B lead directly to Terminal 3 and Terminal 2 respectively.

By Public Bus

Public buses (24, 27, 34, 36, 110) stop at the basement bus bays of Terminals 1, 2 and 3.

By Taxi and Ride-hailing Services

Taxis and private hires drop off kerbside at Departure Halls for both Terminals.

Navigating Between Terminal 2 and Terminal 3

Using the Skytrain

The complimentary Skytrain takes you between T2 and T3 in under 4 minutes. 

Services run daily from 05:00 AM to 02:00 AM, with intervals of about 4 minutes. Stations are located in both public and transit areas—just follow the overhead signs. 

Note: Outside these hours, use the inter-terminal shuttle bus.

Walking Between Terminals (via Jewel)

For a scenic 10-15 minute connection, walk via the air-conditioned link bridges connecting both terminals to Jewel Changi.

From T2 (Departure Hall Level 2) or T3 (near Crowne Plaza/Departure Hall), simply follow signs for "Jewel" or the opposing terminal. 

It’s a seamless way to transit while catching a glimpse of the Rain Vortex – the signature spot of Jewel Changi.
