The membership program is tier-based, so you can progress through different levels based on spending and bookings - Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Diamond+. In April 2023, Trip.com released a new member tier validity process: For users who attain a tier upgrade by completing bookings, their new member tier will be set and will not change for 1 year after the date of their member tier change. After this 1 year period expires, member tiers will be recalculated and reset accordingly.
