The location is excellent, right next to a department store and the subway. It's convenient to go anywhere, and there are many great restaurants nearby! 👍👍 I'll definitely stay here again!

I stayed at this hotel on September 2nd, and during my stay, there were bed bugs in the room, which bit me. Bed bug bites have an incubation period, so the rashes and itching only started appearing after I checked out. I also found bed bugs in my luggage and took photos as proof. I reported this to the hotel and provided all the evidence, including photos of the bites, the bugs, and my booking details. However, the hotel called back, claiming the bites occurred after I checked out, and refused to take responsibility. There was no apology at all throughout the process. The hotel's room hygiene is substandard, and the pest problem caused me physical discomfort and a lot of time spent communicating and trying to resolve the issue. 1. They sent me a检测报告 (inspection report) for room 1113 from June. 2. Their attitude towards the whole incident was passive, saying the customer only reported it after checking out. I should have told them earlier if I had known? What do they mean by 'only reported after checking out'? I reported it on September 5th, the day I checked out. What's the point of sending me an inspection record from June on September 8th? They really need to train their staff better; they have no professionalism or problem-solving skills at all. 🙂↔️

Although the rooms aren't as spacious as those on the mainland, they are clean, tidy, and odor-free. They're cleaned daily, and any messy items are neatly arranged for you – even your charging cables are coiled up. The attention to detail is excellent. There are staff at the hotel entrance to help with your luggage and take it to your room. The front desk staff are trilingual in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, and their attitude is consistently excellent. Overall, it lives up to its five-star rating. While a bit pricey, it's definitely worth it.

The location is excellent, with a subway station just 10 meters from the entrance. The view is amazing, overlooking Victoria Harbour.

Extremely satisfied with this hotel! The location is super convenient with tons of food options nearby. The staff, from the bellboys to the front desk and room service, were all incredibly warm and welcoming. Breakfast was also plentiful. The room was quite spacious for Hong Kong standards. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely be staying here for all my future business trips to Hong Kong.

The location and views were fantastic, and the hotel and room cleanliness and style were also superb. On top of that, they surprised me with a birthday cake and even decorated the room for my birthday, which truly touched me. It was my first time visiting Hong Kong, and the experience at this hotel is one of the reasons I want to come back. I would definitely love to stay here again on my next visit. The hotel is very clean overall, and its location is excellent, being very close to K11 and Harbour City, making it convenient for travel and shopping. The hotel was renovated in 2023, so the facilities are still quite new. We traveled as two adults and two children, aged 6 and 11. Hong Kong hotels are quite strict about the number of guests per room. We initially wanted to book a king-size room but were concerned it might be cramped and worried about potential issues during check-in. Unexpectedly, a handsome, blonde, fair-skinned British expat at the front desk provided particularly thoughtful and attentive service. There was also a warm, mainland-accented lady who proactively reminded us that the king-size room would be quite small and helped us upgrade to a sea-view twin room for a small additional fee. The room offered a spacious, unbeatable sea view, and the experience was excellent. The staff were all easygoing and friendly. Overall, during our trip, we noticed that some Hong Kong taxi drivers and local shop owners were not very friendly towards mainland tourists. However, our stay at this hotel was exceptional and offered great value for money. You can get a king-size room for just over a thousand dollars and a sea-view twin room for just over two thousand. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Hong Kong. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
