How to Fill Out the Pre-arrival Vietnam Arrival Card?

Step 3: Review & verify with OTP

• Carefully review all information on the summary screen before submission.

• Once everything is accurate, request the six-digit OTP verification code sent to the email address you provided in Step 1.
• Enter the code to confirm and complete your declaration.

Step 4: Download your QR code confirmation

• Once your information is verified, the system will assign a file number and generate a downloadable confirmation containing your QR code.
• Save the confirmation on your phone, send a copy to your email, or print it for backup purposes.
• You will need to present the QR code to immigration officers upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN).

How to Submit the Vietnam NA1 Form?

Once completed, the NA1 is submitted at the airport VOA counter along with your visa approval letter, photos, and stamping fee.
