BBianvyuanMy stay was great! The front desk staff were really warm and efficient; check-in and check-out were super fast, and they explained all the services clearly. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The housekeeping auntie did a very thorough job, and replenished toiletries promptly every day. The breakfast had a great variety, with both Chinese and Western options, including freshly made omelets and wontons – really tasty and nutritious. The location is excellent, with free shuttle service to the subway station and Disneyland. The surrounding area has a mature commercial district, making dining and shopping very convenient. Plus, there's free late-night supper provided, which is a lovely touch. The lobby also has a kids' play area, perfect for children. They even gave us a small gift when we left. Highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserMy stay at the Ritz-Carlton Pudong left a deep impression on me with its meticulous service. Special thanks to Serena, who was thoughtful and attentive from check-in to check-out. She even discreetly prepared a handwritten letter and a lovely small gift, filled with genuine warmth in every word. I'm also grateful to the breakfast restaurant manager for her kind care. Outside, the dazzling Lujiazui night view unfolded, while on the table lay a warm greeting. In that moment, the hotel ceased to be just a stopover in a foreign place; it became a warm and welcoming haven. Thank you all for turning these fleeting moments into cherished memories.

GGuest User🌟 **Prime Location!** 🌟 This hotel boasts an unbeatable location right in the heart of Jing'an. The subway station is literally right outside, and you can easily walk to Jing'an Temple and the West Nanjing Road shopping district. It's incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and experiencing Shanghai's unique culture. The surrounding area is bustling but surprisingly quiet, making for a perfect travel experience. 🏨 **Comfortable & Elegant Rooms** 🏨 I stayed in a superior room, which was spacious and well-laid out. The modern decor paired with soft lighting created a warm and relaxing ambiance. The bedding deserves special mention – the mattress was just right, not too soft nor too firm, and the pillows offered excellent support, ensuring I slept soundly all night. The room had excellent soundproofing, and the city views from the window were charming. I truly enjoyed a high-quality rest during my stay. 💁 **Attentive & Thoughtful Service** 💁 From the warm welcome upon arrival to every staff member I encountered during my stay, the service was consistently friendly and professional. The front desk was very efficient, the concierge proactively offered travel advice, and housekeeping was quick to respond. It's the small details that really made me feel at home. 🍽️ **Delightful Dining Experience** 🍽️ The breakfast selection was extensive, offering a great variety of both Western and Chinese options, and the local specialty dim sum was particularly authentic. The restaurant environment was elegant, and the staff were prompt in refilling dishes and tidying tables. Additionally, the afternoon tea at the hotel's lobby lounge was excellent, perfect for a casual get-together with friends or a business discussion. 🏊 **Comprehensive & Convenient Facilities** 🊃 The fitness center is equipped with new and complete facilities, and the indoor heated pool has crystal clear water and wasn't crowded, making for a very pleasant experience. The business center is well-appointed, ideal for business travelers who need to get work done. Whether for business or leisure, the Pullman Jing'an delivers an outstanding accommodation experience. The high-quality facilities, thoughtful service details, and convenient location all contributed to a truly memorable stay. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai!

WWotiantianxiangshangAn absolutely superb hotel! The location is fantastic, directly facing the Bund, offering panoramic views from the upper floors – the scenery is just stunning. It's a historic old building with interiors that exude a cultured Shanghainese charm. The hotel stated it was redecorated in early 2025, so the facilities are relatively new. The rooms are incredibly spacious, with standard king rooms ranging from 50-60 square meters, very grand indeed. Around the hotel, you'll find a wide variety of charming Chinese and international restaurants. The subway isn't far either, making transport very convenient. The hotel service is also very attentive. There are many foreign guests staying here. If you're looking to experience an elegant taste of Old Shanghai, this high-end hotel comes highly recommended.

GGuest UserOur stay at the hotel was excellent. The room had a breathtaking view of the Bund and the 'three-piece suite' (Oriental Pearl Tower, Jin Mao Tower, and Shanghai World Financial Center). The food at the Executive Lounge on the 3rd floor of the East Building was also delicious. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner were all very good. Rosten provided excellent service, and the butler, Lorna, whom he arranged for us, was exceptional. She called us in advance to confirm our room preferences and helped us secure a room. She even upgraded us to an Executive Lounge room type. Upon arrival, she helped us coordinate our room, and when we found the TV couldn't screen mirror, she brought us an extra mirroring device. She truly paid attention to our needs and helped us resolve issues. However, the service was a bit hit-or-miss. The front desk staff who checked us in not only failed to assign us the room that the butler had secured for us but also disregarded our request for a Pearl Tower view, assigning us a room in the East Building with a Bund view. Then, she self-importantly declared, ”Please trust my taste.” But a service person's taste should not outweigh a customer's needs. This front desk staff member might lack the most basic respect for customer requirements. Fortunately, after some coordination, we were able to switch to a room that met our needs, and the rest of our stay was very pleasant.

AAnonymous UserOverall, the room offered excellent value for money. I really liked the charming retro decor – it's clear a lot of care went into the design. Having a smart toilet, a kitchenette, and a washing machine made it feel very well-equipped for longer stays. The breakfast was a definite highlight; it used high-quality ingredients, offered a great mix of Chinese and Western options, and they even focus on sustainability, which is a nice touch. The staff were also very friendly and provided great service. On the downside, there was a noticeable musty smell in the room, which was quite strong. We also spotted a few minor cleanliness issues, like dirty windows that made it hard to clearly enjoy the view outside. Lastly, the shower pressure was quite weak.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel truly offers great value for money! Fiona at the front desk was very enthusiastic and helpful, the room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were complete. The price was also very reasonable. Both check-in and check-out were convenient, and the staff were friendly, making me feel at home during my travels. If I come back to this area again, I will definitely choose this hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone on a budget who still wants quality!

HHK at SHAPrime location in Jing’an, right by Metro Gate 12 with a Lawson next door. Unfortunately, the hotel feels very dated, especially the room interior, and is in need of renovation. My Bund-view room request made via Trip.com was not acknowledged at check-in and was only changed after I raised the matter. The bathroom is small with dull tiles, no bidet, and unclear hot/cold water indicators. Room lighting is dim, the safe cabinet is rough to use, and the windows need cleaning. Excellent location, but the overall experience falls short of expectations for the room type I paid for, despite the room being spacious. Cheaper room types might offer better value for money.
