The decoration is elegant and generous, very new, smart toilet, and even the floor drain is submarine. The mattress and bedding are very comfortable. Let's talk about the service. The boss has a Lantu business car, whether it is to Universal Studios or the subway station, it is available at any time. The boss lady is very enthusiastic. In short, I strongly recommend friends who come to Universal to stay here. Another small suggestion is that the bathroom should install a towel rack for clothes.

MM25lp3q38****I was traveling in Beijing and after visiting the Great Wall, I came to Sanlitun. I searched for nearby accommodation and found this place, which was quite good. The host even upgraded me to a projector room. It's an apartment, very clean, and the room is huge, more than double the size of the place I stayed at near the Great Wall the night before. The projector's sound and picture quality are both excellent. I absolutely loved the big red fridge! 😻 There's also a microwave and a washing machine. The night view outside is so beautiful.

The staff at reception were extremely kind and helpful, especially considering I am a foreigner; they assisted me with everything they could.
The hotel is located in a safe area, with plenty of restaurants nearby, which made exploring very convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

GGuest UserThe room was really small, completely different from what the pictures showed online. If I had seen the actual room photos, I wouldn't have booked this type. The towels provided were old and frayed. The front desk's phone manner was just okay, but overall, the customer service was good. Since the room was difficult to get to, requiring several turns with luggage, the staff were all very helpful in bringing my bags to the room. The kids' play area was excellent; they absolutely loved the slides and trampolines. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise; the food we ordered was delicious. Both the 'Fish-flavored Shredded Pork' (Yuxiang Rousi) and the pancakes were very tasty.

I had an amazing 6-day stay at the Beijing Champs-Elysees Hotel, and it was the perfect place to celebrate my son’s second birthday! The hotel is conveniently located near the Panjiayuan Shilihe Subway Station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable, offering excellent value for money. It truly felt like a home away from home.
What made our stay even more memorable was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff—Chi Chi, Chi Linfeng, and Henguan. They were all incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. A big thank you to Chi Linfeng for his assistance in booking tours to the Temple of Heaven and the Great Wall of China, which were highlights of our trip.
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion. The hotel’s attention to detail and the wonderful service from the team made my son’s birthday even more memorable. I highly recommend the Beijing Champs-Elysees Hotel for anyone visiting the city—it’s a fantastic choice for families and travelers alike.
