Free airport transfer is the plus point. Room is basic but comfortable enough. Just needed few hours of snooze. There is a in terminal hotel called all seasons... this hotel is just a fraction of the cost. Value for money.

We stayed briefly at this hotel as we had 12 hours to wait for our flight home from Beijing.
Service:The staffs at the reception seemed stressed out because they were probably not so used to foreigners. There was fortunately a kind, young lady who could speak some English and helped us through our short stay here. We had to rely on translating apps which is fine but it was a bit stressful since there were sometimes miscommunications, but everything went well in the end and the lady tried her best to accommodate us.
Although the lady was kind, do not expect the same treatments from others who work in the hotel e.g. we did not really feel welcomed in the restaurant where we had our night snacks. A big plus though for the airport drop off service and the driver was efficient.
Room: There were strong cigarette smells so we believe that the guests around the other rooms smoke inside there since the lobby also smell cigarettes. It is not the hotel’s fault but there could maybe be better regulations. Otherwise the room itself was very pleasant and true to the photos. It was clean, the beds were comfortable to sleep after a rough day of flying and we truly enjoyed our short stay in this room. The toilet did leak a bit but it was functional.
Overall we recommend Qiuguo hotel for short stays as it is central from the airport. The hotel offers pick up service but it has to be reserved in advance, so we personally chose airport shuttle bus (which was confusing to buy tickets for the ride as foreigners, so I would recommend taking taxi). The area is also quiet which is nice when resting in the room. Considering the price, we felt the room was big and pleasant to stay at!

Staff are friendly… we have took care of from airport to the hotel… quite close around 10 minute… not to bis but quite oke…
You can sleep well they give 2 different pillow eqch bed… (hard and soft)

The rooms were clean, spacious . Despite being near the airport, it was surprisingly quiet, ensuring a restful night. The complimentary shuttle service was a great bonus, running frequently and right on time.

We stayed here for just one night after arriving at Beijing Capital Airport and it was perfect for that purpose. The room was clean, the location very convenient, and the check-in process was smooth. The only downside is that the front desk staff doesn’t speak any English — but with a translator app, it worked out just fine. Overall, a great option for a short, restful stay near the airport.

There is a free shuttle from airport, in terminal 3 you need to go out to gate 5. Walk to the spot where the hotel shuttle bus is. I can't speak mandarin so i have printed out the hotel name in chinese and ask around. Better to reach them in wechat *********** to ask what time the shuttle will arrive. I did not ask beforehand what time the shuttle arrives so i waited almost 1 hour. If you can't read chinese letters the number *********** can be found in the shuttle bus that confirms its this hotel. There is another qiu guo hotel perhaps in different location. They only accept alipay or wechat payment. Be ready to install this in your app and fix the payment method before coming to china and learn from my lesson. I tried to download this apps when arrive in china but google play store is blocked. I recommend alipay it works with foreign sim. At the end they accepted yuan for payment they are just so sorry that there is no way I can pay them. I am glad there a person on duty that can speak english and explained the troubles I am getting because google play store is just frozen. I did not know this is blocked. I am not able to have breakfast due to early flight but they have available supper so it is fine. If your taking early flight, you need to tell reception so they can add you to the list

I chose this hotel due to our early morning flight I need to catch on the next day. And while the hotel had some positive aspects, my overall experience was quite stressful. When I checked in, I followed my usual procedure of providing only my passport. The staff found my booking by my name and proceeded with the check-in. However, instead of receiving a key card for the family room we had booked—a spacious room for three people—we were given three separate key cards for three different rooms.
After I showed them the confirmation letter from Trip.com, they confirmed that we could have the three rooms for free. It would have been much more helpful if they had informed us that we could stay in a different room temporarily, then switch to our booked room once it was available. Instead, we were contacted almost midnight—and asked to move rooms, which was very stressful and time consuming as the staffs didn’t speak English, especially with an early flight the next day. While the staff was polite, the lack of clarity and the timing of the request made the situation far more stressful than it needed to be.
