"My husband and I came to Wanning for our anniversary, and honestly, this trip was made so special thanks to our butler, Luna. She was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. I wanted to surprise my husband a little, so I contacted Luna beforehand to help me with a 10th-anniversary room setup. To my surprise, she even prepared a small cake for us! I was initially worried it wouldn't be possible, so it was a delightful surprise. Luna was just so heartwarming, and she quickly helped us with any questions we had afterward, from recommending restaurants to booking shuttle buses to Shenzhou Station. She truly deserves 100 stars! It's an older hotel, and while some of the facilities are a bit dated, the room was clean and tidy, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable, giving me two nights of great sleep. The hotel has a fantastic resort vibe; the lawn, pool, beach, and little train all make for great photos. The breakfast was abundant; I ate until I was stuffed. The only slight negative was that the hotel's park guide wasn't clear, so we weren't sure what facilities or activities were available. I suggest providing guests with a paper or digital park map upon check-in, clearly marking facilities and activity times."

The breakfast was still excellent, with a rich variety of fresh and delicious dishes—absolutely no misses. JOKER's service was as thoughtful and meticulous as always, making the check-in experience exceptional. Every visit brings a unique sense of comfort and relaxation. This has truly become my go-to hotel for vacations. I wholeheartedly recommend it!"

"I was a bit apprehensive at first, seeing the mixed reviews online, but the moment we were waiting to check in, our amazing butler, Mile, contacted me and offered to handle the check-in process directly. Throughout our stay, her service was incredibly thoughtful and responsive. She went above and beyond, tirelessly answering my requests for the buggy at any hour – truly exceptional attentiveness that brought our trip to a perfect close!. As for the hotel itself, we booked a two-bedroom villa, and contrary to some online comments, it wasn't damp at all, even though it rained during our stay. The cleanliness was also satisfactory. The room was very spacious and perfectly comfortable for our family of five. We also enjoyed a continuous flow of welcome drinks and complimentary fruit platters and cakes upon arrival, which many five-star hotels don't even offer. The only minor drawback was breakfast; it was just too crowded. I had to queue at 9:00 AM on the first day and again at 10:20 AM on the second day. Everything else was absolutely perfect, and I look forward to visiting again!"

"Our stay was one of the most memorable we’ve had in Hainan. The hotel has a unique South African style, beautiful design, and everything is very well maintained with high-quality furnishings. The swimming pool is clean and large enough for real swimming. The local breakfast noodles were delicious and the coffee was also very good. Service was excellent. The receptionist was incredibly patient from the start and went above and beyond to show us all the room options and help us find the one that suited us best. It’s also very pet friendly. The location is convenient—about a 10-minute drive to most places. The hotel even arranged a complimentary photo session. The photographer was patient and friendly, and helped us capture many beautiful memories. One small suggestion, for the private in-room Jacuzzi pool, there isn’t a shower head or sprayer to rinse it down. Only a large faucet to fill it. It would feel much cleaner and more comfortable if a handheld shower were provided for rinsing before use. Everything else was wonderful, but this little improvement would make the experience feel more hygienic and even more relaxing. We would absolutely love to return and highly recommend it to others."

"We booked a villa for 3000 yuan a night, which turned out to be the worst and most uncomfortable night we stayed in Hainan. For that price, we could have easily chosen any high-end hotel, which would have been far superior in terms of environment, cleanliness, and food. The room and living room were incredibly dimly lit at night, creating a very eerie atmosphere. The bathroom smelled of urine, and there were small, invisible but palpable particles on the bed. The tap water also had a strange odor. We couldn't even check out late. It was an uncomfortable stay for both children and adults. In the future, we will definitely pay attention to negative reviews before choosing a hotel."

The daily breakfast is a fixed set menu, offering a well-balanced spread of congee, steamed buns, corn, eggs, sausage, and fresh fruit. It's light yet filling, perfectly sufficient for a daily breakfast. The overall environment is quiet with plenty of greenery and numerous photo spots. It's suitable for both couples on vacation and friends traveling together. It's not overly commercialized, providing a comfortable, aesthetically pleasing, and ideal slow-paced stay. Definitely consider it when visiting Wanning."

Mr. Tang's courtyard really understands what a vacation should be like: a shuttle bus takes you to the beach to watch the sunset, and when you come back, the room is so comfortable you won't want to move. My photos of the courtyard on social media got so many people asking for the address! The service from Lele at the front desk was incredibly warm and heartfelt. This place really made my Wanning trip enjoyable!"
