Facilities: Extremely well-equipped. The bedding was super comfortable, and they had all the essential kids' amenities. Hygiene: Spotless. I walked barefoot upon check-in and didn't feel a single speck. The pool was cleaned and skimmed daily, and the water was crystal clear with no debris. Environment: Beautiful! There's a heart-shaped pool, and the overall decor has a lovely Southeast Asian vibe. Our room's balcony opened directly onto the pool canal, which was perfect for kids to play in. Service: Every staff member was incredibly patient. They kindly upgraded our room for free when they saw we had two babies. They actively helped with our luggage and even assisted with looking after our 6-month-old baby, which was incredibly thoughtful and warm. Overall, the food and drinks were all great and perfectly suited our tastes. While it's a bit far from local attractions, it's very quiet and comfortable. This hidden gem of a guesthouse was a pleasant surprise! The experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely be back!

Just take a picture and it's worth it! The breakfast is good, but it's a bit monotonous. Children still like buffets, but adults think it's good. The drinks and snacks in the room are free to eat and drink, and the children like it very much. The only two shortcomings are that the location is close to takeaways and you have to drive when you go out (there are also paid special cars here), and the second is that the service response is a little slow, maybe there are fewer people, but it feels that the guests are not full... The hotel is at the innermost part of the island, quiet, and convenient for parking. If you drive, the hotel will reimburse the parking fee. The hotel also has a shuttle bus to the surfing beach and bar street. It is very convenient overall. It was off-season when I checked in, and the housekeeper also upgraded the room type. It is very nice overall.

I stumbled upon this hotel while seeking shelter from the rain. The young lady at the front desk was exceptionally warm, attentive, and thoughtful. My room was spotless and comfortable, and the surroundings were elegant and quiet. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, all fresh and delicious. To the left of the hotel is the popular ”Malt” internet-famous photo spot, and directly in front is the beach where many people were surfing 🏄. There are plenty of local eateries nearby, and the streets come alive at night with a great bar atmosphere. Overall, my stay was very satisfying!
