"I was so happy with my stay that I felt compelled to write another positive review, specifically to praise the hotel's public area maintenance and the breakfast restaurant. The cleaning staff here are incredibly dedicated 👍. Whether I was returning to my room after surfing or heading to the restaurant, I'd see them diligently maintaining the hotel's public spaces (watering the lawns, scooping debris from the pool). The staff who cleaned our room were also amazing – it was spotless! The mini-bar was restocked promptly on the second day, which really impressed me. A highlight of the breakfast restaurant is that it's open until 1:30 PM, which is incredibly convenient for surfers 🏄. You can sleep in, surf, and then leisurely enjoy brunch – it's so relaxing, and there are so many options. The wontons and noodles were both delicious, and the chef at that station was very friendly. When checking out, the lovely Miss Lucky was incredibly thoughtful. I wanted to keep a room card as a souvenir, and she patiently helped me pick out a good one for a long time (she really went out of her way to find a new one for me), which was very touching 🥹. The only minor flaw was that I couldn't use the complimentary ice cream and drinks that came with my stay (yesterday, after surfing, I wanted ice cream but there was no one at the shop; today, after surfing, I went to the drink shop and although it was open, they wouldn't start making drinks until 11:30 AM). So I didn't get to use any of these freebies hhhhhhhh. But that's a small detail that doesn't detract from the overall experience. The hotel itself is perfectly fine, and the staff are all very enthusiastic, so it still gets a full 💯 score! One small suggestion: it would be even better if there were more washing machines and dryers. Otherwise, I imagine during peak season, guests would have to wait a long time. It's fine now, but two washers and two dryers for so many guests really does need to be increased."

I had originally booked a standard room, but upon arrival, the hotel thoughtfully upgraded us to a Thai-style villa free of charge, which was such a wonderful surprise! The villa featured high, wooden ceilings that were incredibly stylish, and the living room was spacious and comfortable. The Thai-style soft furnishings were tastefully arranged, with blue and white throw pillows complementing the solid wood furniture perfectly. Being in the room felt like a Southeast Asian getaway, the atmosphere was just incredible. Not only was the hardware superb, but the service was also impeccable. From check-in to everyday needs, the staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful. Their response time was quick, and they even proactively asked about our needs and offered suggestions for activities. The care in every detail made us feel especially welcome. The bedding in the room was soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom facilities and amenities were all high-quality; you could really feel the hotel's dedication in every detail. The surrounding environment was serene, surrounded by lush greenery, offering a truly immersive holiday experience. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

"I can only say this area is suitable for day trips, not long-term stays. This hotel is great for kids to play in the water. For the past two days, it seems like there haven't been many guests, so the environment is well-maintained. There are a few large swimming pools, but no beach here. It's a good spot to bring children to play in the water. If you're a solo female traveler and plan on being out all day, I wouldn't recommend staying here – it's a bit out of the way. Perhaps it's just because I visited during the off-season and there were fewer people; I'm not sure what it's like during peak season. The room facilities are still very good, and the public pools are decent. For food delivery, the minimum order is usually around 100 [currency unit]. To get to more famous restaurants by taxi takes about 10 to 20 minutes. At least I got to see a beautiful sunset!"

The resort is just a few minutes' walk from the beach, making it very convenient for swimming and beachcombing. The resort also boasts well-equipped swimming pools and lounge areas. Breakfast offered a rich variety of fresh and high-quality ingredients. The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, making it suitable for both couples on a romantic getaway and those seeking relaxation. It offers great value for money, and I had a comfortable and pleasant stay. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Wanning."

"The butler service was very warm and attentive. Seeing that we had a lot of luggage, they proactively helped us carry it to our room and even sent us a travel guide and food recommendations. The location is great, just a short walk from the apartment complex to the beach."

"Living the good life right by the sea! The hotel's location is absolutely incredible, right on the beach. I have to mention the dining in the lobby; while a little pricey, the food is incredibly delicious. You could honestly just sit there and gaze at the beautiful scenery all day long. There are tons of activities every day – you don't even need to leave the hotel to have a blast. It's truly the perfect choice for a family trip. Our butler, Mile, was super attentive and generous with complimentary fruits and drinks. We stayed for four days and three nights this time, and we'll definitely be back!"

"The Grand Hyatt Shenzhou Peninsula is absolutely fantastic! All the villas offer great privacy, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. It's just a 1.5 km walk to the popular lighthouse, and the coconut tree-lined avenue is perfect for photos. The hotel has activities for adults, so couples on vacation won't get bored. The Grand Club's private pool offers super relaxing ocean views. The Hainan noodles at breakfast are really authentic, and the service from the staff (especially Cherry🍒, so attentive and warm!) was excellent. I'll definitely choose this place for my next vacation!"

"The front desk upgraded our room for free, and we could watch the sunrise over the sea right from our room – highly recommend! The pool wasn't too crowded, so it was perfect for kids. The hotel is also very close to the peninsula, which has lots of great food options. You can even go clamming on the beach right below the hotel. Recommended!"
