"Our stay this time was absolutely perfect! I had originally booked a standard room, but upon arrival, the hotel thoughtfully upgraded us to a Thai-style villa free of charge, which was such a wonderful surprise! The villa featured high, wooden ceilings that were incredibly stylish, and the living room was spacious and comfortable. The Thai-style soft furnishings were tastefully arranged, with blue and white throw pillows complementing the solid wood furniture perfectly. Being in the room felt like a Southeast Asian getaway, the atmosphere was just incredible. Not only was the hardware superb, but the service was also impeccable. From check-in to everyday needs, the staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful. Their response time was quick, and they even proactively asked about our needs and offered suggestions for activities. The care in every detail made us feel especially welcome. The bedding in the room was soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom facilities and amenities were all high-quality; you could really feel the hotel's dedication in every detail. The surrounding environment was serene, surrounded by lush greenery, offering a truly immersive holiday experience. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

"I was so happy with my stay that I felt compelled to write another positive review, specifically to praise the hotel's public area maintenance and the breakfast restaurant. The cleaning staff here are incredibly dedicated 👍. Whether I was returning to my room after surfing or heading to the restaurant, I'd see them diligently maintaining the hotel's public spaces (watering the lawns, scooping debris from the pool). The staff who cleaned our room were also amazing – it was spotless! The mini-bar was restocked promptly on the second day, which really impressed me. A highlight of the breakfast restaurant is that it's open until 1:30 PM, which is incredibly convenient for surfers 🏄. You can sleep in, surf, and then leisurely enjoy brunch – it's so relaxing, and there are so many options. The wontons and noodles were both delicious, and the chef at that station was very friendly. When checking out, the lovely Miss Lucky was incredibly thoughtful. I wanted to keep a room card as a souvenir, and she patiently helped me pick out a good one for a long time (she really went out of her way to find a new one for me), which was very touching 🥹. The only minor flaw was that I couldn't use the complimentary ice cream and drinks that came with my stay (yesterday, after surfing, I wanted ice cream but there was no one at the shop; today, after surfing, I went to the drink shop and although it was open, they wouldn't start making drinks until 11:30 AM). So I didn't get to use any of these freebies hhhhhhhh. But that's a small detail that doesn't detract from the overall experience. The hotel itself is perfectly fine, and the staff are all very enthusiastic, so it still gets a full 💯 score! One small suggestion: it would be even better if there were more washing machines and dryers. Otherwise, I imagine during peak season, guests would have to wait a long time. It's fine now, but two washers and two dryers for so many guests really does need to be increased."

"Although I only stayed for two nights, the experience was great. A butler contacted me upon check-in, and there were welcome fruits. I even received a souvenir upon check-out. The room was very close to the beach and wasn't damp. Housekeeping was also very prompt. The breakfast at the restaurant was quite rich, though there were a few too many tables. Overall, it was good 👍 and worth recommending."

Just step out, and you're at the pool and lawn. Strolling around with the sea breeze is so relaxing. The service is also super warm and thoughtful; check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient. Staff members greet you proactively whenever you see them, and if you have any questions, they're immediately there to help. The entire stay was smooth and effortless. This place is perfect for a vacation; I'll definitely choose it again next time."

Honestly, it's no exaggeration to say it's the most extensive breakfast I've had at any hotel in recent years. Of course, you do have to queue for a bit each morning. "Gift Seaview Castle Resort truly exceeded our expectations! The European-style castle architecture is so romantic and dreamy. Located right by the sea, it's just a few steps out to the beach, making it incredibly convenient for beachcombing and splashing in the waves. The rooms were clean and dry, boasting huge floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning ocean views. We could enjoy both sunrise and sunset right from our bed. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night was incredibly therapeutic. The butler service was attentive and thoughtful, promptly resolving any check-in or travel issues we had, and even recommending nearby attractions. The resort also features a pool and kids' play facilities, keeping our children happily entertained. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh food. The lush greenery within the resort creates a tranquil and elegant atmosphere, perfect for taking amazing photos. Our whole family had an incredible vacation experience, and the value for money was outstanding. We'll definitely choose this resort again for our next beach getaway. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation!"

"This hotel boasts an amazing location right on the cliff opposite the lighthouse. It features an incredible balcony with unbeatable views of both the lighthouse and the sea – absolutely stunning! It offers great value for money. There's really nothing to fault, aside from being a bit far from the bustling city center. I highly recommend it for those who love a quiet getaway and beautiful scenery. Although the facilities aren't brand new, they are very well-maintained, and the air conditioning works exceptionally well. Even when it's scorching hot outside, you can enjoy the sea view indoors in cool comfort, which is fantastic."

"Service: Not good. We ate at the Fisherman’s restaurant, and after our voucher was scanned, the male waiter didn't place our order. We waited idly at the restaurant for over twenty minutes. The restaurant offered no compensation whatsoever. The overall service throughout the hotel was cold and unwelcoming. The only satisfactory service came from the butler, who promptly and thoughtfully addressed our needs and inquiries. Room: Average. The value for money is very poor. For the same price, you can get much better sea views at other five-star hotels, whereas at the Grand Hyatt, you only see a sliver of the sea. The soundproofing in the room is terrible, which is a major issue. You can hear every coming and going from the neighboring room, including doors opening and closing, very clearly. It rained one evening during our stay, and I don't know how the room was designed, but the sound of the rain was incredibly loud. It sounded like water dripping from the eaves onto a metal sheet, deafeningly so. I didn't sleep well for two nights. Breakfast: This was the best among all the hotels we stayed at this trip. While the variety wasn't extensive, the quality of the food was excellent. The Chinese restaurant was much better than the Western restaurant. Environment and Facilities: The lobby was completely empty. The public areas were decent, but there were too many plants and the scenery was repetitive. Mainly, with so many plants, there were an incredible number of mosquitoes. I got bitten multiple times despite having sprayed mosquito repellent. One thing I truly don't understand is that all the restaurants are located in a sunken plaza. Every time you want to dine, you have to go up and down stairs. I couldn't find an elevator or even an accessible elevator. I saw parents carrying strollers up the stairs with their children; I have no idea what the designers were thinking. This trip, I booked Sheraton, Westin, and Grand Hyatt. I had the highest expectations for the Grand Hyatt, but it turned out to be the worst experience. I will visit Wanning again in the future, but I will not choose the Grand Hyatt."

"The butler service was very warm and attentive. Seeing that we had a lot of luggage, they proactively helped us carry it to our room and even sent us a travel guide and food recommendations. The location is great, just a short walk from the apartment complex to the beach."
