"This new hotel is really great and super pet-friendly! We booked a pet room with a small garden where our dog could play outside independently. The hotel staff were also wonderful with dogs, constantly complimenting how cute ours was. We originally planned for a two-day trip but ended up staying an extra day because we loved it so much. Plus, free surfing! Miss Cassie's service was excellent too; she actively helped me communicate and resolve any issues. Big props to her!"

I had originally booked a standard room, but upon arrival, the hotel thoughtfully upgraded us to a Thai-style villa free of charge, which was such a wonderful surprise! The villa featured high, wooden ceilings that were incredibly stylish, and the living room was spacious and comfortable. The Thai-style soft furnishings were tastefully arranged, with blue and white throw pillows complementing the solid wood furniture perfectly. Being in the room felt like a Southeast Asian getaway, the atmosphere was just incredible. Not only was the hardware superb, but the service was also impeccable. From check-in to everyday needs, the staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful. Their response time was quick, and they even proactively asked about our needs and offered suggestions for activities. The care in every detail made us feel especially welcome. The bedding in the room was soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom facilities and amenities were all high-quality; you could really feel the hotel's dedication in every detail. "The room was spacious with high ceilings, and the hotel interior was quiet. Right by the sea, there's a bar serving martinis and Coronas. We also had a butler who proactively communicated about check-in details. Our butler, Owen, provided excellent service! "We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The service was excellent, especially from 彬彬, who was very responsive and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The team also thoughtfully arranged a birthday surprise for us, which was a lovely touch. Since we had an early trip schedule, they even helped arrange an earlier breakfast for us, a gesture we truly appreciated. N helped to book a driver to take us out to 五指山. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the sea and a stunning sunrise in the morning. The beach has fine, gentle sand and clean water, perfect for digging, collecting shells, and playing in the waves. Adults can relax and enjoy the scenery while feeling the sea breeze. The room was spacious enough, and the children's amenities were well-prepared in advance, including a cot and toiletries for kids, which showed great attention to detail. "The hotel rooms are very good, the service is also very user-friendly, and the hotel has a high cost performance ratio. With a room price of over 100 yuan, this one is the most worth it! The front desk lady is very friendly and always greets guests when entering or leaving the hotel. The room has good sound insulation, complete facilities and equipment, soft and comfortable mattresses, a clean and hygienic environment, and the whole house is smart. The room facilities are innovative and the layout of dry and wet separation is reasonable. There is a charging station about 50 meters away from the hotel, and across from it is Huaya Happy City, which is very convenient for eating, drinking, and playing."

"I highly recommend this hotel – it's perfect for young people! I saw many reviews complaining about noise, with the bar in front playing loud music until 3 AM, making it hard to sleep [right huff]. But the DJ here has such great taste, and some of the dancers are incredibly professional [swoon]! From KPOP to Afro to Chinese rap, everything was right on my playlist and hit me in the feels. The older folks traveling with us went for a drink at the bar and came back, slept even better than at home without earplugs! We even left our balcony door open until midnight and continued listening to the music from bed – it was so therapeutic [spin, jump, spin, jump]. Plus, it's super close to the sea!"

The hotel's cleanliness and service were excellent; the butler even helped arrange delivery for our takeout, which was fantastic. We enjoyed the clean swimming pool every afternoon, and with several lifeguards on duty, we felt very safe. However: The facilities are a bit dated, with too few power outlets and an unreliable internet connection. The breakfast selection was also limited, which slightly detracted from the overall experience."

"I saw beautiful photos of the sea and sky on Ctrip, but when I arrived, I found it to be a very old hotel with outdated facilities. The rooms on the first floor were small and smelled musty. The roads within the complex were narrow and uneven. Some of the wooden floorboards on the viewing platform in front of the lobby were damaged, making it easy to sink in. The view was still nice, but you couldn't go down to the beach; you had to take a long detour. The service was good. Because parking was limited, electric carts were readily available and could take you to the street outside to transfer to your own car."
