"I was so happy with my stay that I felt compelled to write another positive review, specifically to praise the hotel's public area maintenance and the breakfast restaurant. The cleaning staff here are incredibly dedicated 👍. Whether I was returning to my room after surfing or heading to the restaurant, I'd see them diligently maintaining the hotel's public spaces (watering the lawns, scooping debris from the pool). The staff who cleaned our room were also amazing – it was spotless! The mini-bar was restocked promptly on the second day, which really impressed me. A highlight of the breakfast restaurant is that it's open until 1:30 PM, which is incredibly convenient for surfers 🏄. You can sleep in, surf, and then leisurely enjoy brunch – it's so relaxing, and there are so many options. The wontons and noodles were both delicious, and the chef at that station was very friendly. When checking out, the lovely Miss Lucky was incredibly thoughtful. I wanted to keep a room card as a souvenir, and she patiently helped me pick out a good one for a long time (she really went out of her way to find a new one for me), which was very touching 🥹. The only minor flaw was that I couldn't use the complimentary ice cream and drinks that came with my stay (yesterday, after surfing, I wanted ice cream but there was no one at the shop; today, after surfing, I went to the drink shop and although it was open, they wouldn't start making drinks until 11:30 AM). So I didn't get to use any of these freebies hhhhhhhh. But that's a small detail that doesn't detract from the overall experience. The hotel itself is perfectly fine, and the staff are all very enthusiastic, so it still gets a full 💯 score! One small suggestion: it would be even better if there were more washing machines and dryers. Otherwise, I imagine during peak season, guests would have to wait a long time. It's fine now, but two washers and two dryers for so many guests really does need to be increased."

"This is a really great hotel! I absolutely love the modern and youthful decor. The breakfast was delicious, especially the freshly made beef noodles with generous chunks of beef. The front desk staff were also wonderful and very enthusiastic. The hotel was clean, and I'll definitely be back. The staff were warm and considerate, taking care of everything from welcome drinks upon check-in to recommendations for attractions and car rental guidance during our stay. They thought of every detail for us, like a warm family. Shimei Bay Beach is just a stone's throw away, a few minutes' walk. The clear blue sea, endless sky, and soft sandy beach cured all our fatigue. The homestay also offers unique experiential activities, allowing us to deeply experience the local customs and culture of Wanning. If you're looking for an island retreat where you can truly relax, Apiya Homestay is definitely the perfect choice in Shimei Bay. You'll fall in love once you're here, and I'll choose it again next time I visit Wanning!"

"I stayed at this guesthouse in Shimei Bay for a few days, and it exceeded my expectations! What surprised me most was the meticulously maintained public pool area. The water was crystal clear, the surroundings spotless, and just a few steps away were swaying palm trees, creating a wonderful tropical vibe. Although the room didn't directly face the mountains or the sea, it came with a cozy little balcony. The lounge chairs and table on the balcony became my favorite spot – I'd have breakfast there in the morning and enjoy the breeze and conversations at night; it was incredibly relaxing. The interior design was also very thoughtful: the thorough wet/dry separation made it super convenient to use, and the two-meter-wide bed was soft and comfortable, providing excellent rest. Even more noteworthy is the beach sofa by the pool. Lying there in the afternoon, watching the palm tree shadows dance on the water, and listening to the rustle of leaves in the wind – that’s the true rhythm of a vacation. The butler service was also very attentive. For anyone looking to enjoy the laid-back atmosphere of Shimei Bay while prioritizing comfort, this place is definitely a hidden gem!"

The facilities were new, with thoughtful details like a smart toilet and a large TV. 📺 Cleanliness was impeccable; every corner was spotless, giving me peace of mind. The location was convenient, with plenty of food and drinks nearby, and easy access to taxis. The staff were friendly and helpful, answering all my questions quickly. Check-in and check-out were also fast. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Wanning; it's excellent value for money! ✨ I carelessly left my watch behind when checking out, thinking I'd never find it again, but the hotel staff quickly contacted me to remind me. After confirming the address, they even kindly mailed it back to me – efficient and responsible! 👍 The room was simple and comfortable, with good bedding, excellent cleanliness, and convenient smart facilities. The location was convenient for getting around, with plenty of food and drinks nearby. The service, from lost and found reminders to mailing, is meticulous in every detail.
