"I saw a CCTV report and was drawn to this hotel, and indeed, as the first wave pool hotel in China, it lives up to its reputation. The hotel's location also offers many unique advantages. The design of the park's architecture and vegetation is novel and distinctive. Both during the day under the sun and at night under the streetlights, the scenery will not disappoint strolling travelers. During my vacation stay, I'd like to thank Manager DY for their prompt responsiveness, as well as all the other attentive and enthusiastic staff members in various positions. The entire trip was very pleasant. See you next holiday!"

"The hotel room was comfortable and the service attentive. The environment is perfect for a family vacation, especially with our dedicated butler Mile who contacted us in advance to arrange everything. The service was thoughtful and made us feel right at home. The pool is right outside the door, and the beach is just two steps away, which is incredibly convenient."

"Our parent-child trip to Hainan for the Mid-Autumn Festival was greatly enhanced by the Sheraton Shenzhou Peninsula, giving it a big thumbs up! 👍 🏡Room: Before arriving, I saw quite a few complaints online, so I came with some apprehension, but once I got to the room, all my worries disappeared. A big thank you to our butler, Peter, for arranging a 6th-floor corner room for us. It offered an unobstructed view of half the public area and half the sea – the scenery was absolutely stunning! 🌟 The room is indeed a bit old, but it's well-maintained. It's spacious, with powerful hot water and air conditioning, and no musty smell at all. You can definitely stay here with peace of mind. ⛲️Facilities: You can trust the aesthetic of this established resort hotel. The lobby, pool, lawn, and beach are all perfect for taking photos. The pool is very well managed, with responsible safety officers and heated, disinfected towels. The kids' club is a bit small, suitable for children under 5, but the activities are plentiful. Rock climbing and pool surfing are more suitable for older children. 🧒 🗺️Location: Convenient for self-driving. Shimei Bay and Xinglong Town are both within a 30-minute drive. It's about 2 kilometers from Shenzhou Peninsula commercial street, and food deliveries can arrive within half an hour, which is very convenient. 💁‍♂️Service: Excellent! The butler service was thoughtful. Housekeeping was quick to respond, and all staff members proactively greeted us. The room was equipped with Crocs-style shoes, which were super convenient for beach outings. The hotel's surf shop and travel photography services were also great, with no forced or induced spending. Wanning is wonderful, we'll definitely come back next time! ❤️"

"This hotel boasts a Chinese garden style (though with coconut trees!) right by a beautiful white sand beach. The beach is fantastic, and the hotel butler service is incredibly attentive, always responding to requests immediately. The hotel also offers a wide range of activities (categorized for adults and families with children), which I unfortunately didn't have time to experience. However, I loved the pool and the adjacent 40-degree open-air hot spring bath. The breakfast was also excellent. While the hotel's exterior and corridors show a bit of age, the interior facilities are very well-maintained. The service responsiveness is truly impressive, living up to its reputation as a well-established hotel. Its location in Shimei Bay is also very convenient for reaching the snorkeling spots around Jiajing Island. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is right by the sea, making it very convenient for boat trips. The beach and water are both clean. The hotel service is very attentive and warm, with a thoughtful butler service that responds quickly and resolves issues promptly, truly going above and beyond. The swimming pool is clean, and the various parent-child activities organized by the hotel, such as beachcombing and digging for sand crabs, are very fun. It's perfect for family trips, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time."

"Hyatt Regency Shenzhou Peninsula - a hotel I'd definitely choose to stay at again! Stepping onto the room balcony, you're greeted by lush tropical gardens, with wooden boardwalks winding through vibrant flowers and greenery 🌳🌸. The sea breeze carries the scent of plants, and a short 7-minute walk brings you to the pristine white beach – so peaceful and rejuvenating. The hotel's service, like fresh cherries 🍒, is thoughtful, attentive, and warm; they respond to every request. There's a wide variety of dining options, from Southeast Asian to Italian and Chinese (Cantonese, Hainanese cuisine) – truly delicious and perfect for photos. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel environment is superb, with a large garden and even small squirrels. We even got a travel photography voucher when we checked in. It's a bit hot this season, but it doesn't detract from the amazing scenery. The front desk staff were also fantastic; they told me about good places to eat and even mentioned insects I might encounter. This trip was absolutely worth it, and I'll definitely stay here again when I come back."

"The hotel room was basically clean, and the beach was within walking distance. The pool was quite large, but with people trying out paddleboarding and surfing, it felt a bit crowded and chaotic for kids to swim in. The hotel's second phase is still under renovation, and you could clearly hear the sound of drills near the pool, starting promptly at 8 AM. The guests next door and their children were noisy until midnight, but a call to the front desk resolved the issue promptly. Upon check-out the next day, they even offered small lotions as an apology. The uploaded picture shows the sea view from the room for reference."

"Our stay was one of the most memorable we’ve had in Hainan. The hotel has a unique South African style, beautiful design, and everything is very well maintained with high-quality furnishings. The swimming pool is clean and large enough for real swimming. The local breakfast noodles were delicious and the coffee was also very good. Service was excellent. The receptionist was incredibly patient from the start and went above and beyond to show us all the room options and help us find the one that suited us best. It’s also very pet friendly. The location is convenient—about a 10-minute drive to most places. The hotel even arranged a complimentary photo session. The photographer was patient and friendly, and helped us capture many beautiful memories. One small suggestion, for the private in-room Jacuzzi pool, there isn’t a shower head or sprayer to rinse it down. Only a large faucet to fill it. It would feel much cleaner and more comfortable if a handheld shower were provided for rinsing before use. Everything else was wonderful, but this little improvement would make the experience feel more hygienic and even more relaxing. We would absolutely love to return and highly recommend it to others."

"An incredibly satisfying stay at Wanning Yuyue Hotel! Last night's check-in experience at the Wanning Riyuewan Yuyue Hotel far exceeded my expectations, and I just have to rave about it. After checking in, Manager Yang personally and thoughtfully escorted me to my room. Along the way, she briefly introduced the hotel's facilities. Her demeanor was gentle and attentive, and her service was both meticulous and heartwarming, making me feel incredibly welcomed right from the start. The room's cleanliness was absolutely top-notch. Every corner was immaculately tidy; the floors and bathroom were spotless, the bedding was soft and dry with no strange odors, and the toiletries area was neatly organized. The attention to detail from the cleaning staff was evident everywhere. The room itself was spacious and quiet, making for a relaxing and peaceful stay. After a tiring journey, returning to such a comfortable room was simply perfect. The hotel's location is uniquely advantageous, right next to the surfing park, making for an incredibly exhilarating surfing experience. You can enjoy the fun of surfing without being limited by weather or ocean conditions, which is great for both beginners and casual surfers. The rolling waves create an amazing atmosphere and it's definitely an unmissable activity when visiting Wanning. The entire resort environment is elegant and well-equipped, and the staff are friendly and responsive. My stay was comfortable, and my playtime was enjoyable; the service, cleanliness, and leisure experience were all excellent. If you're planning a vacation to Wanning, this hotel is highly recommended. I'll definitely choose Yuyue Hotel again on my next visit to Wanning, and I recommend it to any friends planning a trip."
