Environment: A beautiful guesthouse. Electric scooters are available for rent downstairs. It's very close to Shenzhou Peninsula, just a 15-minute ride away. It's even closer to Wangfujing Duty-Free Shop, only a 5-minute ride. Service: The receptionist was exceptionally helpful, punctual with pick-up and drop-off, and even helped with luggage. He was also very friendly and welcoming. Cleanliness: The guesthouse is newly opened and exceptionally clean. The rooms are very bright, much brighter than other hotels I've stayed in. Highly recommended! The decor is also beautiful, and the cleaning staff kept everything spotless. Facilities: The guesthouse offers coffee and lunch, which I didn't eat at, but it looked quite good. I highly recommend booking this guesthouse.

I highly recommend the Grand Hyatt Wanning. This is the 8th hotel I've stayed at in Hainan. Before my trip, I was worried that Wanning wouldn't be as lively or fun as Sanya, but after staying here, I didn't want to leave! It offers a fantastic resort experience. The grounds are beautiful, with stunning views at every turn, far from being cliché. If you're tired of Sanya's hotels, this place offers a refreshing change. I paid to upgrade to a connecting full ocean-view suite, and it was absolutely worth it! The room was incredibly comfortable, and both the elderly and children had a great time. I suggest visiting the nearby lighthouse twice: once during the day and once in the evening, as the ambiance is completely different. At night, the beach is covered with a sky full of stars. Additionally, the hotel service is excellent. There are many shuttle buses, and they are incredibly fast; before I even got downstairs, the car was already waiting at the entrance. The front desk staff and my butler, Chery, were also wonderful and made me feel right at home. Check-in at the front desk was very quick, probably because I arrived quite early at 1 PM.

The environment is quiet and comfortable, and the room looks exactly like the pictures. As someone particular about pillows, I slept incredibly well. They thoughtfully provided two types of pillows, allowing me to choose the one that suited me best. The breakfast was also quite good. If you're looking to visit the bar street, this is the place to stay—it's only a 6-minute walk away, so convenient! I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit. ❤️

The best homestay we had in China. A really beautiful place. But the real beauty lies in the people who work there. Incredibly friendly and welcoming. We felt right at home. We also met the owner who is also really friendly and helpful. He took us to a market and to a beach where fishermen pull their nets in the evening. He also invited us to dinner in the evening and we had a great evening with him. The house manager is also a great guy. He took us to the Swallow Cave and helped us get a transport to Sanya when our train was cancelled during a typhoon. We also participated in a number of activities in the afternoon with the wonderful guest service manager. A big thank you to all the warm-hearted people of this hotel, you made our stay really special!

Everything was great, except the price during Chinese New Year was indeed very high. If it were in the 800-1000 range, I think it would be a fantastic hotel. I really loved the environment; after seeing too much of the sea, experiencing tropical nature felt really refreshing and met my expectations. All the staff were very enthusiastic, and the shuttle service offered unlimited rides to nearby attractions. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. Compared to the Westin I'm staying at now, I'd much rather be there; this place feels like a chaotic market with almost zero service.

A very cozy guesthouse. The facilities aren't luxurious, but they have everything you need, and they even thoughtfully provide laundry and drying facilities. The two-story white building has high ceilings in the rooms, easily 3.5-4 meters high, making it feel spacious and airy. Although you can't see the beach, the owner and her family's warm and sincere hospitality completely makes up for it. Electric scooters are available for rent, making it convenient to get around – to the beach, stream tracing, cycling… The courtyard is uniquely decorated, blending seamlessly with the mountains behind it. On summer nights, relaxing and gazing at the stars provides travelers with a sense of home. The surrounding area has complete amenities, making it suitable for surfers seeking a short stay.

Fantastic place to stay, hosts very welcoming and always available if need anything. When we arrived, the hosts sent pictures of local tourist places as well as recommended food. 5 min walk to the beach via a small road, very convenient. The room is very comfortable, great layout, with everything you need plus get a lovely view at sunrise and sunset. I extended here an extra night due to their wonderful hospitality. I was travelling with my 8 month old and the hosts were just so helpful. Will definitely return back here if in Wanning again. Thank you for a lovely stay!

I give this hotel 100% praise. I always thought that the hygiene of B&Bs is difficult to guarantee, but the hygiene here is very good. The balcony is very large, with a panoramic view of the sea. Because I brought children with me, I booked a 3-bedroom. The room is very spacious and the children had a lot of fun. I strongly recommend going to the beach bar opposite at night to sit. There are fireworks 🎆 and it is also very convenient to ride a bike

We arrived early, because there were many babies, the boss specially left us a big bed, and we could see the sea [ye] There is a shuttle bus directly to the room downstairs, which is very convenient. The room was clean and bright, 10,000 times better than our homestays in other places [strong] We stayed for two nights, and there was cleaning in the middle. It was really great and worth recommending [strong][strong]

Facilities: Extremely well-equipped. The washing machine and refrigerator are absolutely essential in a tropical coastal city. It was so convenient to just toss our swimsuits into the washing machine after a dip in the sea every day. The guesthouse even provided small packets of laundry detergent, which was more than enough. It was also great to have a fridge for storing fruits and desserts we bought. The TV is large and supports screen mirroring, which is fantastic. The air conditioning is powerful too. We could use the pools and water park at the Legend Seaview Hotel, which is a great perk. Unfortunately, the water park wasn't open in June, but the pool was still very good. Environment: Absolutely beautiful. The balcony view is exceptional, with double-sided sea views. I wanted to take photos every day, and it really lifted my spirits. For this price, this guesthouse offers incredible value. Service: The housekeeper service is excellent. They respond instantly during working hours and are always ready to help. If something was missing or broken, repairs were done very promptly. An auntie came to clean every day, and the service quality was comparable to a hotel. Hygiene: For a guesthouse, the hygiene was already very good. However, I have a few suggestions: First, because the air by the sea is humid, the carpets in the bedroom tend to develop a musty smell if the windows aren't open for a while, and they're difficult to maintain. Dry flooring would be cleaner. It would be great if the carpet could be removed. Second, upon check-in, we found a bit of old food residue in the refrigerator 😂. It would be good to improve the cleanliness of food storage areas like the fridge. Third, perhaps because the entire building consists of apartments with kitchens, we found large cockroaches every day during our stay (for someone from the north, they truly seemed big). However, after asking the cleaning auntie to increase the dosage of cockroach killer, the ones we found afterward were basically dead. Aside from these three points, I was quite satisfied with the guesthouse's hygiene. Location: It's on Rongchuang Peninsula, where there are plenty of dining and shopping options. There are also many shuttle buses to the beach, which is very convenient. However, food and drinks on the island are a bit pricier. We rented an electric scooter and sometimes went to the village for meals and to buy fruit.
